    Respon Awal Petani, Nelayan, dan Usaha Mikro, Terhadap Bantuan COVID-19

    In general, research proposes to assess the Covid-19 Response Program's implementation based on the receiver community's perceptions. A qualitative approach is used to study and interpret the meaning of an individual or group of people. Respondents were selected purposively in three districts in East Java, namely Lamongan, Bangkalan, and Gresik. The following is a brief conclusion that: (1) initial information is clear enough; thus, the process of obtaining assistance is simple, and the requirements that must be met are also pleased, (2) implementation of pandemic response assistance has been running, and social service has been running before, and (3) impact of the pandemic community income depends on the type of business, its scale, and its strategic capabilities.     The formulation of the problem in this study is how the Promotion Strategy through Social Media, Service Quality, and Word Of Mouth affect Customer Loyalty. The research objective was to determine and analyze Promotion Strategies through Social Media, Service Quality, and Word Of Mouth partially influence Customer Loyalty. The theory used in this research is marketing management theory, Promotion Strategy through Social Media, Service Quality, Word Of Mouth, and Customer Loyalty. The research was conducted on customers of Cak Kebo Jember Coffee Shop. This type of descriptive quantitative research using purposive sampling method with a sample of 100 respondents. The nature of the research is explanatory. The test tool used is multiple linear regression, with SPSS software version 25.00. Results of Service Quality, and Word Of Mouth have positive values and significance values that meet the testing criteria. Meanwhile, the Promotion Strategy through Social Media has a negative value. This also shows that Service Quality, and Word Of Mouth affect Customer Loyalty and Promotion Strategies through Social Media do not affect Customer Loyalty which means better Service Quality, and Word Of Mouth will have an impact on better Customer Loyalty

    The importance of building word of mouth as an efficient promotion in universities. The purpose of this study is the Educational application facilities and academic atmosphere influence word of mouth promotion, satisfaction as a mediating variable. The research approach used quantitative. The population of this study were all Master of Management students, the sample was a portion of Master of Management students, the sampling technique used purposive sampling with respondents from four universities in Indonesia. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equational Model (SEM) with the PLS Program. The results showed that 1. Application facilities and academic atmosphere did not affect word of mouth. 2. Application facilities and academic atmosphere influence word of mouth promotion which is mediated by student satisfaction. The novelty of this research is to create student satisfaction so that it can increase word of mouth. The results of this study contribute to the development of models of consumer behavior. For the University, improving the learning application training facilities will make it easier to store soft data for accreditation and accelerate the graduation of quality students so as to create satisfaction that has a positive impact by word of mouth

    Analisis Faktor "Pemicu" Minat Melakukan Whistleblowing

      This study aims to analyze the factors that trigger employee interest in whistleblowing. The population in this study were employees who worked in the OPD as a financial sub division and one financial staff member from all Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) in Jepara Regency using simple random sampling. The results showed that the factors that triggered employee interest in whistleblowing were employee attitudes, organizational commitment, personal costs and the seriousness level of employee fraud. The better the employee's attitude which is shown by agreeing to disclose the fraud, the greater the person's interest in taking whistleblowing. The greater the employee's commitment to an organization, the greater the employee's interest in uncovering the fraud or in whistleblowing. The higher the risk faced by employees as indicated by the high personal cost to reveal the occurrence of fraud, the lower the employee's interest in reporting fraud or the lower the interest in whistleblowing. In addition, the higher the seriousness level in eradicating fraud, the higher the employee's interest in exposing the fraud to the authorities by becoming a whistle-blower, which also means that employees' interest in taking whistleblowing action will be higher

    One of the commodities which play a role in the economy of Indonesia is Cocoa, as one of the largest cocoa producers in the world, every year Indonesia keeps giving its effort to fulfilling the demand of the market, including Germany. This article has the objective of analyzing the competitiveness of Indonesian processed cocoa in Germany and analyzing the export competitiveness of processed cocoa between Indonesia and Ivory Coast, Belgium, Switzerland, and the Netherlands from 2014 to 2019. The data used are secondary data, obtained through various institutions such as the Indonesian National Agency for Statistics Center, International Trade Center (ITC), UN COMTRADE, and International Cocoa Organization (ICCO).  In order to analyze the competitiveness of all processed cocoa commodities, the methodology used is Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA). The result of the RCA calculation shows that all Indonesian processed cocoa commodities such as cocoa paste (HS 1803), cocoa butter (HS 1804), and cocoa powder (HS 1805) have a comparative advantage in the German market. The result of this analysis shows that cocoa powder commodity has a higher RCA score compared with the other processed cocoa products. The implication of the research is that the research was conducted as empirical support that cocoa processed commodities in Indonesia must be taken into account in order to compete in the German market. Indonesia must increase the export volume of its processed cocoa in order to increase the value of the domestic cocoa industry. This research is expected to provide input to the government so that it can provide assistance in the form of incentives to small cocoa entrepreneurs engaged in the export sector so that these entrepreneurs can reduce production costs and stabilize Indonesian cocoa prices

      This study aims to understand the personal financial behavior of Indonesian Muslims empirically using data from the Indonesia Family Life Survey (IFLS) 5. IFLS5 provides broad information about indicators of a person's financial and demographic behavior such as education level, age, gender, and location of residence. The financial behavior data is based on individual data in the form of savings, income, and decision to take loans. The variables obtained from the IFLS5 data were then tested using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The results of the test show that the amount of saving is influenced by the amount of income, the decision to take a loan, the level of religiosity, level of education, and age. It is hoped that the results of this study can provide information on the determinants of the financial behavior of Indonesian Muslims based on savings decision. The positive influence of the level of religiosity on financial behavior is expected to give a positive signal to Islamic banks and use them to developing products based on shariah compliant

      The stable condition and absence of a country is reflected in the stability of the currency exchange rate and with respect to the rate of inflation and benchmark interest rates. The aim of the study analyzes short-term and long-term relationships between exchange rate variables, inflation and interest rates in Indonesia. The study uses the VECM data secondary time series mode l for the period 2011-2019. Results show that short-term relationships occur only on inflation variables affecting the exchange rate, while others are not significant. Results also show that out of all three rate variables, inflation and interest rates there is a long-term reciprocal relationship

      Organizational citizenship behavior is an individual contribution that exceeds the demands of the role at work. Many factors can affect organizational citizenship behavior, namely servant leadership, empowerment and organizational commitment. The population in this study were all employees at the Royal Hotel n'Lounge Jember. The sample in this study as many as 45 respondents using the method used is a census technique in which the entire population is taken as a sample. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the significant value of servant leadership is 0.003, the significant empowerment variable is 0.009 and the organizational commitment variable is 0.018 less than the significance value of 0.05. the conclusion obtained in this study is that servant leadership, empowerment and organizational commitment affect organizational citizenship behavior. Company leaders are advised to improve the style of leadership that serves, the company gives responsibility and autonomy to employees and employees of the company are expected to maintain commitment to the organization

    The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Customer Relationship Management on customer loyalty in Cold n’ Brew. The population in this study were customers of Cold n’ Brew in Surakarta. Using Purposive sampling, the sample in this study was 1000 respondents. The analysis in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart PLS 3.0. The results showed that process variables, human resources, and data and information technology had a positive effect on consumer loyalty in Cold n 'Brew.
