Pengaruh High Performance Work System Terhadap Kinerja Melalui Resiliensi pada Karyawan Bank
Full text linkThis article aims to study the effect of the High-Performance Work System (HPWS) on employee performance through employee resilience to employees of Bank BTN in Surabaya city. This study uses a type of causality research that uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used disproportionate stratified random sampling. Respondents are 57 employees of Bank BTN in Surabaya. The statistical analysis in this study used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) by using the SmartPLS 3.0 software for data processing assistance. The results show that HPWS had no effect on employee performance. HPWS has a positive and significant effect on employee resilience. Employee resilience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and HPWS has a positive and significant impact on employee performance through employee resilience

Full text linkThe income disparity is still a concern for the Central Java regional government. Several factors can cause inequality of income. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of economic growth, an investment that will be divided into PMDN (Domestic Investment) and PMA (Foreign Investment), inflation, labor force, population growth, and sector contribution to income inequality in Central Java in the 2014-2098 period. The data to be analyzed is obtained from the Central Java Province BPS and analyzed using regression analysis, t-test, and F-test. The results obtained indicate that only PMDN (Domestic Investment) and sector contributions partially influence income disparity. Simultaneously, economic growth, PMA (Foreign Investment), inflation, labor force, and population growth are recorded as not being able to affect a difference in income distribution partially
Dampak Pariwisata Terhadap Tingkat Kemiskinan di Lima Negara ASEAN
Full text linkTourism is one of the economic development strategies to reduce poverty by increasing the country's foreign exchange income in developing countries. This study aimed to analyze the impact of tourism on poverty in five ASEAN countries, namely Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Thailand. The data used in this study is quantitative data with secondary data types from 2000 - 2019. The analysis method used in this research method is a panel data analysis method with the Fixed Effect Model(FEM) model. In contrast to previous research, the study examined monetary variables to use financial inclusion to determine poverty rates with coverage in five ASEAN countries. The results showed that investment variables, employment rates, and financial inclusion in the tourism sector consistently reduced poverty rates in the five ASEAN countries. In contrast, tourist consumption variables did not affect poverty rates.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ease of use and price on consumer buying interest on the Shopee online shopping site. escriptive quantitative type approach. The population used is people who have made online purchases at the Shopee online store. Population infinity, the number of samples used was 83 respondents. The unit of analysis is students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Gorontalo. Non-probability sampling method with accidental sampling method. The results showed that ease of use had a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest online. Price has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Ease of use and price simultaneously influence purchase intention. The most dominant influence is the price variable. Another implication is that Shopee online store management leaders or Shopee online policy makers should consider further about policies that can increase Shopee's online buying interest

Full text linkThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of productive zakat mustahik on increasing mustahik's income in BAZNAZ Banyuwangi Regency. This research is a research that uses a quantitative approach that was carried out at BAZNAS Banyuwangi Regency in 2021 using multiple linear regression analysis method with a sample of 50 respondents. Sources of data was obtained through primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from the results of the distribution of questionnaires distributed to mustahik. The questionnaire given relates to the target variable for zakat distribution and the guidance given to mustahik. While secondary data is obtained from reading sources and various sources of reports, notes, documents and literature studies obtained from the results of previous research. As for the results of the t-test that has been carried out, the researchers found that the utilization of productive zakat funds had a positive and significant effect on the income level of mustahik

Full text linkThe presence of the capital market in Indonesia is marked by the number of investors who purchase shares of entities that are registered in the capital market. The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of profitability, dividend payout ratio and inflation on share prices in consumer goods entities listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study is 41 consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014- 2018, the sample of this study is 17 companies x 5 years = 85 samples. The data analysis method of this research is to use multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results of this study are Profitability has a significant and significant effect on stock prices, while Dividend Payout Ratio and inflation have no effect on Stock Prices, and simultaneously Profitability, Dividend Payout Ratio and inflation have a significant and significant effect on Share Prices in Consumer Goods Entities listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. 2014-2018

This research was conducted to determine the effect of the cooperative management function which consists of planning, organizing, actuating, controlling, and Islamic work ethic on the formation of the entrepreneurial spirit of the santri at the Al-Qodiri Islamic Boarding school, Jember. This research is classified as confirmatory research with SEM analysis techniques. The population in this study were all members of the Al-Qodiri Jember Islamic boarding school cooperative(Kopontren), in total of 1,300 people. Sampling using probability technique and the quota sampling technique, so that 150 respondents were selected as the research sample. Data in this research is collected using questionnaire and direct interviews with the board and Kopontren members. Furthermore, the analysis is carried out using SEM analysis. The results show that planning, organizing, actuating, controlling, and Islamic work ethics have a significant direct effect on the formation of the entrepreneurial spirit of the santri. This implies that it is important to actualize management functions in every Kopontren activity and operation so that the entrepreneurial spirit of the santri is better honed. Planning, organizing, actuating, controlling have an indirect significant effect on the for mation of the entrepreneurial spirit of the santri through Islamic work ethic as an intervening variable. This shows the importance of fostering the Islamic work ethic of the Al Qodiri Kopontren students as an effort to form the entrepreneurial spirit of the santri even though the impact is indirect
Analisis Respon Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Indonesia Akibat External Shock Amerika Serikat dan China
Full text linkThe purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the response to Indonesia's economic growth caused by external shocks from the United States and China. The method used is VECM, because it is stationary at I (1) and there is cointegration. The estimation results show that the uncertainty of China's economic policies and the contribution of China's economic growth has a greater effect than the United States on Indonesia's economic growth. The shock of the rupiah exchange rate against the US dollar was better than the rupiah exchange rate against the RMB. The shock of changes in oil prices was responded negatively by changes in Indonesia's economic growth. In the long term, there are no signs of a movement in response to changes in Indonesia's economic growth towards equilibrium (convergence).

Full text linkImproving performance is critical in every organization including waqf institutions. Assessing performance can be useful to indicate whether they have been effective and efficient in managing waqf assets. In the context of non-profit organizations such as waqf institutions that aim to prosper the community still do not realize the importance of assessing performance. Waqf management is indispensable for the usefulness of waqf assets. Waqf will provide benefits for ummah if managed professionally. Nadzir is obliged to manage and develop waqf property in accordance with its purpose, function, and provision. This research uses qualitative methods with a deksriptif approach, which aims to know the financial performance and management of waqf in Sabilillah Mosque Malang. Data collection is done by means of interviews, observations, and library studies. The results showed that financial performance is quite good because it meets the criteria of the seven financial ratios. Waqf management in Sabilillah is also well organized according to their respective jobdisks. In waqf management in Sabilillah mosque use the principles of al-amin (siddiq, amanah, tabliq, and fathanah). nature of waqf property management has obstacles such as nadzir who are still passive in overseeing the management of waqf, but everything is implemented to the maximum extent possible and planned to give the same understanding to the waqf manager at Sabilillah mosque
