Analisis Keamanan Jarak Antar Alat Penyambung Geser (Shear Connector) Berdasarkan Distribusi Tegangan Dengan Menggunakan Metode Elemen Hingga
The function of the shear connector is to keep concrete plate oriental position. The installation of the shear connector will influence the distribution of the stress spread in unevenly on concrete plate. This research aims to analyse the safe distance of shear connector based on distribution of stress in concrete plate. This research used software SAP2000 version 14 to find maximum stress on beam then the stress in the plate was analysed by finite element method and Microsoft Excel used base on Kirchoff-Love theories. The analysis result show that maximum stress was located in the middle of span near the support (shear connector). If position of the shear connector not accord with SNI-1729-2015, the plate can crack due to the exceed of modulus concrete crack (fr). The risk of failure increased as line with the wider shear connector distance due to overpass of crack stress.Keywords : Stress, shear connector, plate, finite elemen method, SAP2000
PENGARUH WAKTU PEMERAMAN TERHADAP UJI KUAT TEKAN PAVING BLOCK DARI CAMPURAN TANAH, SEMEN DAN PASIR MENGGUNAKAN ALAT PENETRASI MODIFIKASI MODIFIKASI
AbstractPaving blocks are compositions of building material constructed from a mixture of Portlandcement or other similar hydrolysis, water, and aggregate or without other additives which do notruduce the quality of the material. In this research, the process of making paving blocks using amodified penetration tool in oder to improve the paving blocks quality in accordance with SNI-03-0691-1996. The soil samples tested from Kota Baru, Lampung Selatan. The amount of mixturepaving blocks was 75% of soil, 10% of sand and 15% of cement. The variation of curing time were0 days. 7 days, 14 days and 28 days as well as with pre and post burning treatment on the pavingblocks samples. The result showed that the making of paving blocks using silt with additionalmaterial of cement and sand fulfill the requirement in SNI-03-0691-1996. The addition and thecuring done could improve the physical and mechanical properties of the soil. For thecompressive strength value of the paving blocks with or without burning treatment, the best resultis shown in addition of 75% soil, 10% of sand and 15% of cement with 14 days curing time whichfulfill the requirement in SNI-03-0691-1996. The result of water absorption value which wasbetween 20,7% - 24,2% did not meet the specification in SNI-03-0691, 1996 that is 3% - 10%.Keywords : paving block, silt, compressive strength, curing time, water absorption
Pengaruh Waktu Perendaman Terhadap Uji Kuat Tekan Paving Block Dengan Campuran Tanah, Pasir Dan Semen Menggunakan Alat Pemadat Modifikasi
Paving blocks are compositions of building material constructed from a mixture of Portland cement or other similar hydrolysis, water, and aggregate with or without other additives which do not reduce the quality of the material. Paving blocks in the field are made of cement, sand, aggregate, and water by mixing all the ingredients and form the paving blocks. In this research, the paving blocks are made of the mixture of soil, sand, and cement. In the process, the paving blocks are compacted by a modified penetration tool in order to improve the paving blocks quality in accordance with SNI-03-0691-1996.The soil samples used in this research were from Kota Baru, Lampung Selatan. The amount of mixture used for making the paving block was 75% of soil, 10% of sand and 15% of cement. The variations of curing time were 7 days, 14 days, 21 days and 28 days as well as with pre and post burning treatment on the paving block samples.The results of the compressive strength test to the paving blocks which are made of soil, sand, and cement showed that the cement and sand do not meet the standard of SNI 03-0691-1996 for the paving block classification because the highest compressive strength value is obtained by the paving blocks with pre and post burning treatment on the variation mixture of 75% soil, 10% sand, and 15% cement with the value 7,65 MPa and 7,25 MPa. STUDI KONVERSI ENERGI PEMADATAN TANAH DENGAN MODIFIED PROCTOR METHOD UNTUK TANAH PASIR BERLEMPUNG
Related to increased of society economics and the growth rate of vehicles, this needs to be balanced with facilities of transportation. So, a new road or repair existing road is needed. The physical and mechanical conditions of soil are closely related to the construction. It caused the soil has a very crucial role in supporting the construction. To obtain good quality pile of soil, soil compaction is required to stabilize against both structural or non-structural loads. In this study comparing the modified proctor method soil compaction energy with modified press compactor tools.The soil samples used is from Tirtayasa Region Sukabumi District Bandar Lampung, it consists of twelve samples used for modified press compactor tools tests, with pressure used are 5 MPa, 10 MPa, 15 MPa, and 20 MPa. For every pressure conducted for 3 soil samples.Laboratory experiment result shows that the maximum volume weight (γdmaks) of 1,42 gr/cm3 amount on modified proctor method tests with the results on modified press compactor tools obtain pressure value of 7 MPa value and the pressure on sheep foot rifling machine of 6,9 N/mm2.KEYWORDS : Modified Proctor, Modified Press Compactor Tools, Compaction, Soil Pile
Perencanaan Dinding Penahan Tanah Concrete Cantilever Dengan Menggunakan Program Plaxis (Studi Kasus : Jalan Liwa – Simpang Gunung Kemala Krui KM.264+600)
Landslides in Bukit Barisan Selatan National Park (TNBBS) usually occur during the rainy season, because the intensity of the rain more than usual, causing soil to become saturated with water in which the soil is no longer able to accommodate the water into the pores so that the pore water will rise resulting in shear strength become so small that the land becomes unstable and prone to landslides. Plaxis is a computer program based on two-dimensional finite element method that is used specifically to perform deformation and stability analysis for various applications in the geotechnical field by modeling geometry and mesh elements based on cross section. From the analysis of slope stability with a height of 10 m, the slope is expressed in critical condition. The countermeasures are carried out with three conditions, the slope with cantilevered wall strengthening B is considered safe because it has a safety factor value of 1.4953, and the smallest displacement and settlement value between two other conditions and satisfies the shear stability of 2.8200> 2 (Safe), the stability of overturning 3.9631> 2 (Safe) and soil bearing capacity is 2.2782> 2 (Safe). Proyek pembangunan jalan tol tidak pernah lepas dari berbagai masalah baik teknis maupunmasalah non teknis. Masalah ini disebabkan berbagai macam faktor yang dianggap sebagai risikoproyek konstruksi. Risiko-risiko tersebut akan sangat mempengaruhi kinerja proyek danmengakibatkan kerugian baik dalam hal biaya, mutu, dan waktu, yang menentukan keberhasilansebuah proyek. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi danmenganalisis risiko yang mungkin terjadi pada studi kasus proyek secara kualitatif yangdikuantitatifkan menggunakan metode Soft System Methodology (SSM) pada studi kasus ProyekPembangunan Jalan Tol Trans Sumatera Bakauheni-Terbanggi Besar seksi II Sidomulyo –Kotabaru (Sta. 39+400 – Sta. 80+000). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknikpurpose sampling untuk mengumpulkan data dari enam responden. Metode analisis data yangdigunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Uji Risiko Probabilitas, Uji Risiko Konsekuensi, dan SoftSystem Methodology (SSM). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa risiko kendala pada pembebasan lahanmerupakan risiko yang paling ekstrim yang menghambat kelancaran pada proyek Jalan Tol TransSumatera Bakauheni-Terbanggi Besar
Perencanaan Embung di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara 7 Unit Usaha Bunga Mayang, Kabupaten Lampung Utara
Dalam rangka peningkatan produktivitas kebun tebu di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara 7 Unit Usaha Bunga Mayang, Kabupaten Lampung Utara, dilakukan revitalisasi puluhan embung untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air irigasi tanaman tebu.Perhitungan – perhitungan yang dilakukan dalam perencananaan embung ini meliputi analisa kapasitas tampungan menggunakan lengkung kapasitas, perhitungan curah hujan rencana menggunakan metode Log Pearson Tipe III, debit rencana menggunakan metode Rasional, analisa spillway, analisa tubuh embung, serta analisa kestabilan tubuh embung terhadap longsor.Dari perhitungan yang telah dilakukan diperoleh kapasitas tampungan sebesar 37224,24 m3, curah hujan rencana periode ulang 25 tahun sebesar 121,2384 mm, debit rencana periode ulang 25 tahun sebesar 1,89 m3/detik, mercu spillway menggunakan mercu Ogee Tipe I dengan elevasi mercu pada +42,5 dan elevasi muka air banjir pada +42,70. Tubuh bendungan menggunakan urugan tanah dengan kemiringan hulu 1 : 3 dan hilir tubuh embung adalah 1 : 2,25, elevasi puncak berada pada +44,0 dan elevasi dasar berada pada + 36,0. Tinggi jagaan tubuh embung dipakai sebesar 1,50 meter. Tubuh embung dan spillway dinyatakan aman terhadap gaya – gaya yang terjadi
Perencanaan Sistem Pemanenan Air Hujan Skala Rumah Tangga Di Korea Selatan
South Korea is classified as a water shortage country. The government has been promoting a "comprehensive water conservation step" since 2000, and one of the government's programs is to expand the areas that implement the installation of Rainwater Harvesting. This study intend to analyze rainwater harvesting planning system and calculate the cost that must be invested in making rainwater harvesting system according to South Korean standard. Where the water needs to be fulfilled from this research is for flushing water and washing.
In this research, hydrological analysis with rainfall data is located in Jeju city from 2007 until 2016, population water requirement and budget cost plan analysis for rainwater harvesting system.
From the analysis, the value of water flushing water and laundry for one family can be fulfilled with optimization ratio of 67.75%. The simulation of this research using two cubic meters water tank. The budget plan for construct a rainwater harvesting system for single house is 862,316 won. Base on the simulation this study also could estimate the cost of electric power for the pump of 1130 won per month, therefor for the payment of water which is 30,378 won - 31,613 won can be saved about 30,000 won with the value of NPV of 17,190 won on month 35.

THE INFLUENCE OF THE ADDITION OF RICE HUSK ADDITIVES AND MATOS TO THE VALUE OF CBR (CALIFORNIA BEARING RATIO) OF CLAY SOIL IN TERMS OF CURING TIME
Soils have different types and different carrying capacity. One of them is clay soil that has the low carrying capacity. Viewed from the rapid development of infrastructure in Indonesia, does not rule out the possibility that the infrastructure built in areas with clay soil types. Given the small carrying capacity of the clay, the soil should be improved in order to support the development of a construction.soil improvement with an additional mixture of rice husk ash and matos as stabilizer can improve soil quality. This research was conducted with rice husk ash mixture of 6%, 8%, 10%, and 12% and matos with level 3,3898% gr. Then, curing for 7 days, 14 days, 21 days, and 28 days without immersion. Soil that used in research is from Sidomulyo, South Lampung is a type of clay soil that belongs to the A-7-5 group based on the AASTHO classification. Research in laboratory showed that 28 days of curing with 12% rice husk ash mixture had the highest CBR value from other curing durations. Soil clay CBR value increased from 7.3% to 31.8%. This shows that the ash mixture of rice husk and matos is quite effective in increasing the carrying capacity of clay soil. Keywords : Matos, CBR, Rice Husk As
Stabilisasi Tanah Lempung yang Dicampur Zat Additive Kapur dan Matos Dtinjau Dari Waktu Perendaman
In order to obtain a good, strong and sturdy foundation layer, good soil carrying capacity is required. In addition, the soil also serves to support the foundation of a civil construction such as buildings and pavement. Therefore it is necessary to do soil improvement for soil types that have low carrying capacity. In this final project, a research on high plasticity clay soil is taken from Sidorejo area, Sidomulyo district, South Lampung to find CBR value with variation of immersion time. From this research, we can see the change of CBR value with immersion variations that have been done for 4, 5, 14, and 28 days.From the research conducted in the Laboratory of Soil Mechanics of Lampung University , it is known that the soil originating from Sidorejo area, Sidomulyo District Southern Lampung is classified into A-7-5 clay soil which has a soil bearing capacity value of 7%. After the improvement of soil with lime additive substances with optimum content of 12% and 3,472 gr of matos stabilizer which is then done with immersion test with a duration of 4, 5, 14 and 28 days, the value of CBR is 24% at 4 days, 22% at 5 days, 15.6% at 14 days and 9% at 28 days. The value of CBR obtained tends to decrease as the duration of immersion is increased, so it can be concluded the duration of immersion greatly affects the size of soil bearing capacity
