    Pengaruh Aktivitas Kendaraan Pabrik Semen Terhadap Kinerja Jalan Lintas Sumatera

    AbstractTrans Sumatera highway is an arterial road that connected Lampung in eastern and Aceh in western of Sumatera island. One of the road section passed in Lampung Selatan Regency, Lampung Province is Rangai Tri Tunggal district which is located in industrial zone. Througt traffic and local traffic are mix in this area and affecting road performance in terms of delay, conflict, degree of saturation. Hence, it is necessary to conduct such analysis in order to predict the level of services of Sumatra highway along the industrial area’s affected. The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of cement plant activities on the performance of  Sumatera Highway. Data collected on Thursday and Saturday from 06:00 am to 06.00 pm (24-08-2017 and 26-08-2017). Calculation methods used are based on inter-urban roads category and unsignalised intersection which refers to MKJI 1997 and KM No. 14 of 2006. Based on findings the degree of saturations is ranging from 0.68 to 0.67 on Thursday and 0.68 to 0.66 on Saturdays indicating road performance at service level B stable and average speed of light vehicles is 41.5 km/h. Degree of saturation at the unsignalised intersection ranging from 0.97 to 0.96 on Thurday and Saturday and the delay is stand from 18sec/pcu to 17 sec/pcu on Thurday and Saturday which indicate service level C which mean as normal conditions. Keywords: degree of saturation, level of service, road performance

Kapten Abdul Haq)OlehMUHAMMAD AGUNG SETIA DARMAPertumbuhan dan perkembangan penduduk memicu peningkatan aktifitas mobilisasi lalu lintas, hal ini memicu masalah kemacetan pada ruas jalan, terutama pada pertemuan ruas persimpangan. Oleh sebab itu, perlu dilakukannya pengaturan kinerja simpang bersinyal agar lalu lintas dapat berjalan secara lancar dan optimal.Penelitian dilakukan di simpang Damri pada Jalan Soekarno-Hatta – Jalan H.Komarudin – Jalan Kapten Abdul Haq, Kecamatan Rajabasa, Bandar Lampung. Tujuannya yaitu untuk menganalisa kinerja simpang Damri dalam kondisi eksisting serta memberikan solusi alternatif agar kinerja simpang tersebut lebih optimal. Analisa kinerja simpang menggunakan metode Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 1997.Hasil penelitian didapat pada simpang Damri bahwa pada pendekat utara, selatan dan barat, memiliki nilai derajat kejenuhan (Ds. >0,75) masing-masing sebesar 1.90,1.23,0.82, sedangkan pendekat timur 0.65. Panjang antrian tertinggi pada simpang sebesar 824,68m. besar nilai angka henti seluruh simpang adalah 5,82 stop/smp. Tundaan rata-rata simpang yang dihasilkan adalah 314,38 det/smp. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja simpang Damri dilakukan alternatif perbaikan dengan melakukan Pelarangan Belok Kanan, Pelebaran Geometrik, Perubahan Fase dan kombinasi antara Pelarangan Belok Kanan dan Pelebaran Geometrik serta Kombinasi Pelebaran dan Perubahan Fase. Dari alternatif tersebut solusi perbaikan yang paling efektif yaitu Kombinasi Pelebaran dan Perubahan Fase, Kombinasi Pelarangan Belok Kanan dan Pelebaran Geometrik Serta Pelarangan Belok Kanan.Kata Kunci: Simpang Bersinyal, Derajat Kejenuhan, Panjang Antrian, Tundaan

    AbstractPaving blocks made from a mixture of portland cement or a kind of adhesive hydrolysis, water, and aggregates with or without other ingredients. In this study the process of manufacture of paving blocks will use a mix of soil, portland cement and ashes a rice husk. Moreover, curing of the paving blocks that are expected to increase the strength of paving blocks is according to SNI 03-0691-1996.Soil samples tested were from Kota Baru, South Lampung. The composition of the paving block in this study is 80% soil+15% portland cement+5% ashes a rice husk with a variety of curing time 0 day, 7 days, 14 days, 21 days and 28 days as well as to the treatment of pre-combustion and post-combustion of the sample of paving blocks. Based on the results of physical testing the original soil, USCS classify soil samples as fine-grained soil and belong to the group ML. Results from this study is the manufacture of paving blocks using silt soil, portland cement and ashes a rice husk soil material that does not meet the specifications of SNI 03-0691-1996. Ashes a rice husk does not give effect for the compressive strength of paving block and the curing time too. The longer of curing time, the compressive strength will decrease too. The highest result for the compressive strength of paving blocks post-combustion are best shown in curing time of 0 day 11,70 Mpa.Keywords: Paving blocks, silt soil, ashes a rice husk, compressive strength, curing time

    Taman Nasional Bukit Barisan Selatan, Lampung Barat, adalah wilayah dengan curah hujan yang tinggi,hal ini telah mengakibatkan jurang di tepi ruas jalan Liwa-Simpang Gunung Kemala STA.263+650 mengalami kelongsoran dan mengikis sebagian bahu jalan. Diperlukan analisa stabilitas lereng untuk mengetahui faktor keamanan dari lereng yang mengalami kelongsoran. Salah satunya dengan menggunakan simplified bishop method yang dikontrol dengan menggunakan diagram Taylor. Dalam analisa ini digunakan data masukan parameter tanah, antara lain: kohesi (c), sudut geser dalam tanah (φ), sudut kemiringan lereng, berat volume tanah (γ) dan berat volume air (γw). Penentuan faktor aman divariasikan dengan 3 kondisi muka air tanah pada lereng, yaitu kondisi tanah submerged, kondisi tanah jenuh sebagian, dan kondisi tanah jenuh penuh.Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa parameter tanah sangat berpengaruh terhadap stabilitas lereng. Kondisi lereng dengan muka air tanah jenuh penuh memiliki stabilitas paling kecil dibandingkan dengan kondisi lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil analisa yang dilakukan dengan simplified bishop method didapatkan nilai faktor aman 0,4. Sedangkan analisa yang dilakukan dengan diagram Taylor didapatkan nilai faktor aman 0,25.Kata kunci: stabilitas lereng, faktor aman, simplified bishop method, diagram taylor.

    Pada umumnya, pemeliharaan tanah dengan semen dicampur dengan kadar semen rendah dengan ataupun tanpa kekuatan yang ditargetkan sangat tergantung pada fungsinya. Sementara itu stabilisasi tanah dengan prosentase semen cukup tinggi harus dengan target kekuatan tertentu.Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui pengaruh variasi kadar campuran semen dan mencari kadar semen yang ideal dalam pencampuran semen. Sampel tanah yang di uji pada penelitian ini yaitu tanah lempung di daerah Belimbing Sari, Kecamatan Jabung, Kabupaten  Lampung Timur dan jenis tanah lanau di daerah Desa Yosomulyo, Kecamatan Metro Timur, Kota Metro. Alat yang digunakan untuk uji analisis saringan, uji berat jenis, uji kadar air, uji batas-batas atterberg, uji pemadatan, uji kuat tekan bebas dan peralatan lainnya yang ada di Laboratorium Mekanika Tanah Jurusan Teknik Sipil, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Lampung yang di sesuaikan dengan standar ASTM D-2216. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap tanah lempung dengan campuran semen dengan kadar 12% dan waktu pemeraman 28 hari sebesar 0,84kg/cm2. nilai kuat tekan bebas tertinggi dari penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap tanah lanau dengan campuran semen dengan kadar 12% dan waktu pemeraman 28 hari sebesar 1,13 kg/cm2. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin banyak kadar semen yang dicampurkan pada tanah lempung dan lanau akan menjadikan nilai tekan kuat bebas tinggi. Disarankan Untuk penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk menggunakan persentase campuran antara tanah lempung dan semen serta tanah lanau dan semen yang lebih rinci agar didapat perbandingan yang lebih baik. Kata kunci : Nilai uji tekan bebas, tanah lempung, tanah lanau, semen

    Landslide are one of the natural disasters that often occur during the rainy season. As in the area of Bukit Barisan Selatan National Park, Lampung Barat, which is a road that is always passed many vehicles. This happens because of an increase in pore water pressure on the slope, which then resulted in a decrease in shear strength (c) and friction angle (φ). Required slope stability analysis and prevention of sliding slopes experiencing.One of the slope stability analysis method used is Fellenius with countermeasures using retaining wall. Fellenius slope stability analysis method (1927) considers the forces that work on either side of any resultant slices have a zero in the direction perpendicular field of avalanche. Fellenius method provides a safe factor is relatively lower than a matter of a more thorough way.From the analysis of slope stability, slope expressed in critical condition. Countermeasures sliding slope using stone retaining wall plug and using gabion.     There are three intersections that are within 1.3 km of study focused on Jalan Z.A. Pagar Alam.  The problem that sometimes occurs is vehicles must stop at every intersection because it always gets a red signalThe data collection was done by a direct survey at all three intersections. The data that taken from the intersection are geometric and volume intersection.  The first intersection released from signal coordination between intersections, with a cycle time of 63 seconds was obtained degree of saturation on average 0.7378 and the queue length 70.23 m. After three planning between the intersection II and III intersection obtained the best cycle time of 99 seconds. The average degree of saturation of intersection II is 0.77 with queue length 146.71 m and the third intersection is 0.85 with queue length 82.03 m. Because the degree of saturation is approaching 0.8 and 0.8 exceed existing special construction needs to be done

    The use of paving blocks (concrete bricks) is widely used for various elements of building construction, on paving block work is often used for pavement road pavement, yard and public facilities, environmental roads and various other needs. This research is curing the paving block. This is intended for the maintenance of paving blocks using clay soil with lime and cement with varying curing time ie curing for 7 days, 14 days, 21 days, and 28 days with the aim of analyzing the optimum time of addictive substances ie cement and lime in Binding of particles. Based on the analysis, the cement and lime material greatly affect the value of compressive strength to paving block, at optimum curing time of 14 days, the highest value of compressive strength in post-burn samples of 12.58 Mpa and pre-burn of 6.92 MPa, with compressive strength value In the postburn sample the paving bloc now meets the quality standard c which can be applied to pedestrians based on SNI 03-0691-1996. Similarly, the results of the combustion of samples for 2 x 24 hours gained the compressive strength of the paving block is higher than the sample that is not done burning. The result of absorption value of paving block ranges from 7 - 9% hence absorption paving block fulfill specification of absorption value of paving block based on SNI 03-0691-1996 which is 3-10%.Keywords : paving block, organic clay oil, compressive strength, water absorption, broode

              Water is the source for life. Earth is called the blue planet, as water covers three-quarters of Earth's surface. It's just that most of the sea water (salt water).  Generally, the condition springs in Indonesia experienced a decline in the amount and debit, were damaged in the catchment area and the surrounding environment. To determine the existence of water resources, necessary to identify water resources. This research is to identify the sources of springs in knowing the status of water resources.          The primary data collection is done by identifying the condition of land cover in the catchment area, the condition of the springs, the condition of land cover in a radius of 200 m, the performance of the fountain, the critical level of water catchment areas, the critical level of water catchment areas, the critical level of a radius of 200 m, utilization springs, and the dependence of communities on water resources. While the collection of secondary data obtained from BPLHD Kab. East Lampung in the form of water quality data from 12 springs. Spring Water Quality Analysis using WQI Malaysia with graphic works of Dr. GatotEkoSusilo, S.T., M.Sc.          From the calculations, the average value of the 12 WQI water source is 95.1, meaning that all 12 springs are so richly used by people for drinking, bathing, cooking and others.     In Indonesia, bridges normally use a simply-supported system or a multisimple-span system withexpansion joint. Several problem occurred due to the use of expansion joints in bridge, iecorrosion problem on girders and supports due to rainwater intrusion, users discomfort, high costmaintenance, as well as reduction in bridge lifetime as well. In the design, the existing expansionjoints in the bridges were replaced by using continuous slab construction with link slab system.Design of link slab use classic method by Caner and Zia 1998. The design was conducted on theprestress bridges with length of span 2 x 50 m. The loadings adopted for the design referred to the1725 2016 SNI standard and dimension of girder from WIKA Beton standard. From design werefound that length of link slab zone of 7,55 m and length of debonding zone of 5,05 m. The rotationgained by 0,0058 caused by the truck load. The link slab used reinforcment stool bar D16-125 mmfor the main reinforcement and D12-300 mm for shrinkage-temperature reinforcement. It isexpected that link slab analysis can then use more variable beam types and span lengths.Keyword: Prestress bridge, Link Slab, Expansion Join
