Traffic Performance Analysis Since the Flyover is Construced (Jl. Indra Bangsawan)
The increase in the number of vehicles is not in line with the increase in transportation infrastructure. The construction of flyovers is one of the measures to provide transportation infrastructure that helps to enhance thehighway capacity. However, there are several things that need to be considered of the construction of flyover. In addition to reducing traffic density, it is also necessary to pay attention to the new routes that will be chosen to be the solution to the existing traffic congestion. The research objective is to analyze the performance of the section of Jl. Indra Bangsawan in its existing condition and provides alternative solutions so that it is more optimal. 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity is used to analyze the performance of this intersection.Based on the results of research, it is known that the existing conditions of each segment are saturated (DS> 0.70), namely in the first segment of 1.16, Segment II of 1.37 and Segment III of 1.24, with the highest density in segment II. To improve the performance of the section, several alternative improvements were made with widening road dimensions, applying one-way systems, closing lanes and controlling side barriers. From these alternatives an effective repair solution is the application of a one-way system and control of side barriers.Keywords: Degree of Saturation, Capacity, Density, Road
Perencanaan Sheet Pile dengan menggunakan Program Plaxis (Studi Kasus : Jalan Padang Tambak – Liwa KM.227+400)
Soil landslide is one of the most common in the field of Geotechnical due to increased shear stress of a soil mass or decrease in shear strength of the soil mass. In other words, the shear strength of the soil mass is not able to bear the burden of work going on. Disruption to the stability of the slope can be caused by various human activities and natural conditions. Unstable slopes is dangerous to the surrounding environment, therefore slope stability analysis is needed. In this case the condition of Padang Tambak – Liwa street KM.227+400 Lampung Barat experience landslide up the road. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the value of the safety factor and to plan the dimension and stability of sheet pile to the landslide on Padang Tambak – Liwa street KM.227+400 using the Plaxis v.8.2 of computer program. The result of this study obtained the value of safety factor at the initial condition of 0,7106, with displacement of 12,71 x 103 m. The handling of reinforcement slopes of sheet pile profiles of type OT26 U profile which is placed at 2,5 meters from the middle of the highway with a size of 12 meters and then replace the soil layer 1 on the outside of the sheet pile into a slope-like slope soil and reduce the slope to 32° level obtained factor value safety at 1,1532, with displacement of 145,88 x 10-3 m. Handling by reinforcing sheet pile profiles of type OT26 U profile in this condition was considered safe because it met the requirement of safety factor value and had a small displacement value.Keywords: slope stability, safety factor, plaxis, sheet pile, displacement.
Kualitas Bahan Bitumen Akibat Penambahan Kadar Lignin Yang Berbeda
Asphalt is one of the materials used as a road-making material. Needs for ashpalt modification are caused by restrictions and capabilities of basic asphalt binder material to withstand pressure. Lignin functions as a binding for wood cells. Lignin is used as an additive to improve the quality of bitumen material. The binder used is 60/70 asphalt penetration. The lignin material used comes from palm oil fiber waste. The variation of lignin addition on asphalt levels is 0%, 3%, 6%, 9%. Characteristics test of asphalt carried out is Asphalt Specific Gravity, Penetration, Ductility, Softening Point, Oil Weight Loss, Viscosity. Asphalt in this study experienced an increase in quality. The best mixing of lignin is 3% and 6%. Shown by the Penetration test, the value of asphalt penetration increased to 53.6 mm. The sensitivity of asphalt to rising temperatures is indicated by the softening point test reaching 62˚C. 6% lignin mixing is the highest value for the effect of asphalt viscosity of 827 cst. The value of asphalt density reaches 1.0714 gr / cm3. In the 9% lignin mixture there is a decrease in the Ductility test, Viscosity test, Asphalt Specific Gravity test. ANALYSIS OF SLOPES STABILITY WITH CANTILEVER RETAINING WALLS AND GEOTEXTILE STRENGTHENING ON LIWA CROSS ROAD - INTERSECTION OF KEMALA MOUNTAIN KM. 268 + 550
Liwa Cross Roads – Intersection of Kemala Mount KM.268 + 550 is located on the hills of TNBBS Lampung which geographic conditions consists of cliffs and ravines are quite steep, so prone to sliding. This is certainly very harmful to the building and the road users around the slopes so that necessary alternative solutions that could make the slopes safe from the danger of landslides. One way is to build reinforcement construction on a slope such as geotextiles and cantilever retaining wall. In analyzing of the slope stability used a computer program, that is SLOPE/W, is used to calculate the safety factor accurately in a short time. Existing slope stability analys with the program SLOPE/W Bishop methods in wet and dry conditions obtained value of safety factor 0.433 and 0.4. These results prove the structure of the slopes is not safe, it is needed solutions to handle slope sliding that has a stable numerical secure slope value by using woven geotextile reinforcement by the number of 16 layers, tensile capacity 200 kN/m, cohesion 3 kPa and the friction angle of the soil 38o, vertical distance 2 m and a cantilever concrete retaining wall that has a height 15 m with a specific gravity 25 kN/m3, the compressive strength of concrete plans (f'c) 30 MPa and a tensile strength steel (fy) 400 MPa. Pile soil used to improve slope geometry made to reduce the slope. The results of slope sliding stability analysis, reinforced with geotextile using SLOPE/W obtained value of safety factor 1,332, while reinforced with cantilevered retaining wall at 1.852. For the analysis of external stability by geotextiles strengthening obtained bolsters safety factor 5.9479, shear stability 3.3531 and carrying capacity 3.4815, while the cantilevered retaining wall reinforcement obtained stability bolsters safety factor 6.0643, shear stability 2.2346 and carrying capacity 3.1828. Menentukan Nilai CBR Menggunakan Alat DCP Dalam Grafik Dan Persamaan Fungsi
Kekuatan tanah dasar memegang peranan penting dalam mendukung suatu konstruksi seperti; jalan, bangunan gedung , jembatan dan sebagainya. Dan untuk menilai kekuatan tanah dasar tersebut, dipergunakanlan nilai CBR (California Bearing Ratio). Tetapi seringkali di lapangan, karena keterbatasan transportasi pada daerah pedalaman dan ketersediaan alat pengujian yang cukup memadai, alat yang paling mudah untuk mendapatkan nilai CBR dari tanah dasar tersebut dapat digunakan alat Dinamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP). Dari data pengujian alat DCP tadi, dengan menggunakan fungsi logaritma tertentu sesuai dengan besaran sudut konus dari alat DCP, yaitu 30o atau 60o, yang kemudian digambarkan dalam grafik hubungan antara besaran penetrasi dan jumlah tumbukan, didapatlah besaran nilai CBR. Grafik hubungan yang digunakan adalah perumusan dari Smith dan Pratt, 1983 untuk sudut konus 300 dengan persamaan Log CBR = 2,503 – 1,15 (Log DCP), dan TRL, Road Note 8, 1990, untuk sudut konus 600 dengan persamaan Log CBR = 2,48 – 1,057 (Log DCP). Sebelumnya sudah ada, grafik hubungan DCP dan CBR, akan tetapi untuk menentukan nilai CBR yang dihasilkan, harus menggunakan cara diterawang menggunakan kertas lain, dan hal ini cukup menyulitkan jika titik yang diuji sangat banyak jumlahnya. Dengan perhitungan logaritma yang diaplikasikan ke grafik dan persamaan fungsi, diharapkan dapat mempermudah dan mempersingkat waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk mengolah data DCP yang diuji. STUDI EKSPERIMEN DERAJAT KEPADATAN TANAH STANDARD PROCTOR LABORATORIUM TERHADAP ALAT TEKAN PEMADAT MODIFIKASI MENGGUNAKAN TANAH TIMBUNAN PILIHAN
Berhubungan dengan pembangunan infrastruktur di provinsi lampung yang berkaitan dalam bidang transportasi yaitu pembanguan Jalan Tol Lintas Sumatera yang terjadi karena peningkatan kendaraan. Oleh karena itu dalam membangun suatu konstruksi berkaitannya dengan kondisi fisik tanah, hal ini disebabkan karena tanah merupakan salah satu material yang sangat berperan penting dalam mendukung suatu konstruksi. Untuk mendapatkan tanah timbunan pilihan dengan kualitas yang baik, maka diperlukan pemadatan tanah. Maka dari itu diperlukan Penelitian untuk membandingkan besaran energy pada tanah timbunan pilihan dari derajat kepadatan tanah standard proctor terhadap alat uji tekan pemadat modifikasi Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel tanah yang berasal dari daerah Gedung Agung Kec. Jati Agung, Lampung Selatan yaitu tanah timbunan pilihan. Pelaksanaan pengujian alat tekan pemadat modifikasi dengan menggunakan tiga sampel tanah pada masing-masing tekanan, tekanan yang digunakan adalah 5 MPa, 10 MPa, 15 MPa dan 20 MPa. Hasil penelitian di laboratorium menunjukkan bahwa berat volume maksimum (γdmaks) sebesar 1,62 gr/cm3 pada pengujian tanah timbunan pilihan metode standard proctor dengan hasil pada alat tekan pemadat modifikasi didapat nilai tekanan sebesar 9 MPa. Sedangkan pada pengujian tanah timbunan biasa didapatkan nilai tekanan sebesar 7 MPa dengan berat volume maksimum (γdmaks) sebesar 1,4 gr/cm3
Evaluasi Kapasitas Parkir Unila Berdasarkan Kebutuhan Satuan Ruang Parkir (SRP)
Universitas Lampung adalah universitas negeri pertama di propinsi Lampung dan termasuk universitas favorit di Indonesia; jumlah mahasiswa cenderung naik setiap tahunnya. Kenaikan jumlah mahasiswa berpengaruh kepada kenaikan jumlah pengguna kendaraan bermotor yang berimplikasi naiknya kebutuhan petak parkir. Parkir terpadu merupakan sebuah kebijakan jangka panjang Universitas Lampung untuk menata perparkiran menjadi lebih tertib dan teratur.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui persentase pengguna kendaraan bermotor/transportasi umum, karakteristik parkir dan perbandingan perhitungan kebutuhan petak parkir penelitian dengan siteplan parkir terpadu Universitas Lampung. Data primer digunakan untuk menghitung persentase pengguna kendaraan bermotor dan karakteristik parkir diperoleh dengan membagikan 990 lembar kuisioner. Sedangkan kebutuhan petak parkir diperoleh dari data sekunder, yakni jumlah mahasiswa serta tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan Universitas Lampung tahun 2013-2016.Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh persentase pengguna kendaraan sebesar 15% mobil, 65% motor dan 20% angkutan umum/sepeda/jalan kaki. Selanjutnya kebutuhan Satuan Ruang Parkir untuk mobil 279 petak dan motor 1256 petak. Perbandingan kebutuhan petak parkir antara perhitungan dan siteplan parkir terpadu Universitas Lampung sebesar 897 petak mobil dan 1550 petak motormaka tidak perlu dilakukan penambahan petak parkir rencana. Analisis karakteristik parkir diperoleh nilai indeks parkir maksimum mobil 61,08% dan motor 97,79%
Pengaruh Degradasi Agregat Terhadap Karakteristik Campuran Beraspal
Gradation indicated has a considerable influence on interlocking which will subsequently affect the carrying capacity / stability. Therefore, the research was conducted with the aim to know the extent of the effect of aggregate degradation on the asphalt mixture quality decline. In this research, laboratory testing is done by taking asphalt samples at 2 Asphalt Mixing Plant (AMP) and different onsite location. Furthermore, as secondary data obtained Job Mix Formula on each AMP. After obtaining asphalt samples and Job Mix Formula, laboratory testing is conducted to determine the level of aggregate degradation of the asphalt quality decline. In laboratory test for asphalt samples of PT.Manggung Polah Raya obtained a crude aggregate fraction of 4,35%, a fine aggregate fraction of 6,23%, and a filler fraction of 1,87% indicated the higher gradation change becomes smoother. The value of mixed characteristics produced on Marhsall Test according to DGH specification 2010 for density > 2gr / cc, VMA > 15%, VIM 3,5%-5%, Flow > 3mm, And Stability > 800Kg. From the test result of asphalt samples of PT.Rindang Tigasatu Pratama obtained a crude aggregate fraction of 0,98%, a fine aggregate fraction of 0,12%, and a filler fraction of 0,86% indicating gradation increasingly coarse.Keywords: Gradation, Interlocking, Asphalt Mixing Plant (AMP) Marshall Test, Office of Highway 2010 Specification
Analisis Ekonomi dan Finansial pada Proyek Kereta Cepat Jakarta - Bandung
This study aims to analyze the economic and financial viability of the Jakarta - Bandung high-speed railway using three scenarios, the best scenario, the medium scenario, and the worst scenario. Where the three scenarios are using 75% load factor with discount factor level of 2% and 3,46%. A project is considered feasible by comparing feasibility parameters, such as NPV, BCR, PI, EIRR / FIRR, and payback period. Based on the results obtained on the feasibility parameters used, showing the economic and financial feasibility analysis with the discount rate of 2% and 3,46% in the best, medium and worst scenario, the project is declared eligible to be built, due to the eligibility of economic feasibility.
