    OPTIMALISASI PROFIL BAJA IWF PADA BANGUNAN GUDANG KONSTRUKSI GABLE FRAME BERDASARKAN SNI 1729:2015

    The increasement and development of economic growth in Indonesia cause increasement of the construction of warehouse to support business expansion. However, there is an opinion about expensive steel prices which is causes the use of the steel its self is not optimum. In this case, there must be a calculation to determine the model of gable frame and the dimension of steel profiles for the warehouse.  In this study, the frame model is limited of four types that have differences in haunch span.  This study also use the Direct Stiffness Method to calculate structural analysis and  SNI 1729: 2015 to calculate section analysis.  From structural and section analysis, obtained weight for each type of frame.  Frame Type 1 has 4.771,89 kg, Frame Type 2 has 3.348,18 kg, Frame Type 3 has 3.682,24 kg and Frame Type 4 has 10.541,1506 kg.  Based on the volume and weight calculation in each frame type, Frame Type 2 has the lowest weight.     The use of steel as a framework for the roof of the warehouse building requires research on the efficiency of its volume according to the form of the frame designed by considering the strength and the economical of the building materials. In the implementation of this research the calculation of structural analysis using method of joint. The outline of the implementation step is to determine the profile data (quality and dimensions) and various controls on Gording, calculate the loading using SNI 1727-2013, calculate the structure analysis of each roof frame using Microsoft Excel, calculate the analysis of truss frame design (Tensile and press memberss), weld joint planning using SNI 1729-2015 and calculate the steel requirement volume ratio of the four types of roof truss structure. The result of the research shows that the volume of steel used in Type 1 roof truss construction is 0,2046 m3 with weight 1571,4287 kg; In Type 2 roof truss construction is 0,1862 m3 with weight 1461,5889 kg; In Type 3 roof truss construction is 0,1499 m3 with weight 1176,0578 kg; In Type 4 roof truss construction is 0,1488 m3 with weight 1167,4652 kg.     ir Anak River and Talang Bandung River is upstream of the Way Besai River that is the largest in West Lampung District. Problems which often occur in the upstream region is land erosion causing sedimentation. The purpose of this study : to analyze the hydrograph measured units, to determine the sediment rate and determine the amount sediment HST Air Anak River and Talang Bandung River.The location of this research was conduced in the Air Anak watershed and Talang Bandung watershed, Sumber Jaya district, Lampung Barat. Data required in this study is automatic rainfall and suspended sediment data.From the result of the measurement unit hydrograph analysis Air Anak watershed and Talang Bandung watershed average sediment obtained in Air Anak watershed in a 10 minutes of 28,068 ton/tahun, 30 minutes period of 24,875 ton/tahun an a 60 minutes period of 23,9047 ton/tahun. While at Talang Bandung watershed period 10 minutes 26,0315 ton/tahun, 30 minutes period of 25,3898 ton/tahun and 60 minutes period of 26,903 ton/tahun. Permasalahan yang serimg terjadi di daerah hulu adalah masalah erosi yang menyebabkan terjadinya sedimentasi. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu : untuk menganalisis Hidrograf Satuan Terukurnya, mengetahui besarnya laju sedimentasi dan mengetahui besarnya HST sedimen Sungai Air Anak dan Sungai Talang Bandung. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di DAS Air Anak dan DAS Talang Bandung, Kecamatan Sumber Jaya, Kabupaten Lampung Barat. Data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini adalah data curah hujan otomatis dan data sedimen suspended. Dari hasil analisis Hidrograf Satuan Terukur (HST) Sedimen rerata yang didapat pada DAS Air Anak pada periode waktu 10 menitan sebesar 28,068 ton/tahun, periode waktu  30 menitan sebesar 24,875 ton/tahun dan periode waktu 60 menitan sebesar 23,9047 ton/tahun. Sedangkan pada DAS Talang Bandung periode waktu 10 menitan sebesar26,0315 ton/tahun, periode waktu 30 menitan sebesar 25,3898 ton/tahun dan periode waktu 60 menitan sebesar 26,903 ton/tahun.Kata kunci:HST sedimen, DAS Air Anak, DAS Talang Bandung

    Analisis Pengaruh Beban Gempa pada Gedung Tiga Lantai Menggunakan Metode Statik Ekuivalen

    The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of earthquake load on the structure of a third floor school building in West Lampung. The effects of earthquake is reviewed on the dimensions, reinforcement, and deflection of structures by comparing building without earthquake load. The earthquake load calculation using Static Equivalent Method is helped by SAP 2000 program. This program can also produce internal force of the moment, latitude, and normal (M, D, N). The calculation of the slab is calculated by direct design method (DDM). The results of this analysis showed that the calculation of all reinforcement requirements on slab, beams, columns, bore pile foundations, sloof and pile caps in the building with earthquake load 283,3267% is more than compared to the building without earthquake load seen from the number of as on each structure. Dimension design on the structure without earthquake load result that dimension of beams are 250 x 450 mm, coloumns are 350 x 350 mm, diameter of bore piles are 70 cm, sloofs are 250 x 450 mm and pile caps are 1600 mm while the dimensions of the structure with the earthquake load resulted in larger dimensions with dimension of columns are 600 x 600 mm, diameter of bore pile foundations are 80 cm, and pile caps are 1800 mm. Keywords: earthquake load, static ekuivalen, direct design method, and SAP2000

    Analisis dan Perencanaan Sistem Drainase Di Jl. Raden Gunawan 2 Kecamatan Rajabasa Bandar Lampung

    The occurrence of floods at Raden Gunawan 2 street, Rajabasa district, Bandar Lampung was caused by the inability of existing drainage channels to accommodate direct run-off discharge and blockage of drainage channels by garbage.Hydrological analysis was performed by using the maximum rainfall data within the last 10 years, then, parameter calculation were performed to calculate the discharge plan using rational method. The wide-scale of watershed is 0.77308 km2 and the drainage coefficient is 0.5132. The hydraulic analysis was conducted to calculate the drainage channel discharge capacity using continuity formula and Manning formula, after that, suitable systems and dimensions were planned.Based on the results of the research, the suitable rain distribution is Log Pearson III Distribution which obtained rainfall value of plan for the 5-year rework time of 109,016 mm and the amount of the biggest discharge at joint segment between primary channel and Kemiling area is 2,8336 m3 / sec. Then, flood heights were found in the research area as high as 10-30 cm, because the existing dimensions were not able to accommodate the discharge plan. Thus, suitable channel dimensions are planned using U-Ditch shaped sections with U100 / 100, U150 / 150, U150 / 250 and U250 / 250 sizes.     In the field of highway damage to road pavement in addition to weather factors and overloading can also occur due to poor subgrade. A good alternative so that the soil on the highway subgrade does not experience excessive swelling is to use cement additives.Soil samples were tested using subgrade soil material originating from the RA. Basyid passageway of Fajar Baru Village, Jati Agung Subdistrict, South Lampung at STA 3 + 900 and variations of cement used were 0, 4, 8 and 12%. The test carried out is by testing the swelling of soil against CBR which has been marred for 3 days, then based on the results of the test, the calculation of pavement thickness was carried out by the method of analysis of components of SKBI 2.3.26.1987.In testing physical properties, the soil includes the classification of A-6 soil or poorly categorized soil types. However, after adding variations in soil classification cement into a good A-2-4 category. In the CBR swelling test on 0% cement percentage swelling values were 0.62% and CBR 0.9%, in the 4% percentage swelling value 0.27% and CBR 42.6%, at the percentage of 8% swelling value 0.19% and CBR 53.2%, and 12% percentage swelling value 0.06% and CBR 78.1%.     Analisis Pemilihan Moda Transportasi Online dan Angkutan Konvensional

    Transport mode choice greatly impacted by the characeristic of the passengers. The purpose of this study are to determine the factors that impacted the travel subjects and to determine the mode choice probability of online transportation and conventional transportation. Data Processing is using SPSS for regresion analysis, to determine the factors that impacted the choice mode of online taxi and conventional taxi . The result of questionnaire distribution from airport passangers are most of (71%) the passengers has choose online taxi and the rest 29% has choose conventional taxi as the transportation mode to headed Radin Inten II Airport.Based on correlation test, the variables that impacted are the fare, the convenience and the availability of mode with R square = 48,7% and generated regression equation Y = 2,233 + 0,726 X1 + 0,530 X2 + 0,700 X7.Based on logit model of first scenario, it generated probability 89,93%of online taxi and 10,07% of conventional taxi. On seond scenario, it generated probability 55,80% of online taxi and 44,20% of conventional taxi. Based on logit model scenario, it shows that the online taxi has bigger tendency for being choosen than conventional taxi and the variables are the fare (X1), the convenience (X2) and the availability (X7) of mode did not have significant impact

    The establishment of RS PTN Unila is intended to fulfill social function by provided health services as well as income generating unit. RS PTN Unila is also expected to be a center of collaboration between research and health services. Even though the facility is provided by government of the province of lampung, The study was carried out to examine the viability of the invested. The viability was analyzed through several parameter, named Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit to Cost Ratio (BCR), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP).The viability was also analyzed through 9 scenarios. Scenarios were varied base on inflation rate and Bed occupancy rate. The result show that all scenarions was viable.     Analisis Dinamik Struktur Bangunan Gedung Yang Menggunakan Sistem Seismic Isolation Lead Rubber Bearing

    ndonesia is an archipelagic country that passes seismic path, so that earthquakes often occur. Earth vibrations caused by an earthquake, can vibrate the structure on it and cause deformation that can damage the structural building. One effort to reduce the damage is by using seismic isolation system. This system will separate the structure of the horizontal components of ground movement by inserting the base isolator. This study was conducted to examine the effect of using base isolator (lead rubber bearing) when compared with the building without using base isolator on the medium soil and soft soil. Interstory drift is calculated using the response spectrum method by manual and Software SAP2000. Results of the analysis showed that the use of base isolator increase the natural period of the structure so that it can decrease the interstory drift in the building. The maximum interstory drift at fix base and base isolation is 4,3335 mm and 0,5741 mm on medium soil, 6,8606 mm and 0,9139 mm in soft soil, respectively.     Urban drainage systemare important. Drainage problems can cause puddle and flood. Therefore, it is needed an analysis and information about drainage system’s performance in Lampung University’s environment. The information of this data is in the form of digital based system that is Geographic Information System.Research is done at the environment of Lampung University, Bandar Lampung. The purpose of study is to know the drainage problem, drainage performance, handling concept, and database that is visualized based on GIS. So, it is expected to be useful and facilitate the policy holder and society to access the information.Based on research, formed a database GIS that is a result of spatial, hydrology, and hydraulics analysis is watersheds analysis, flood debt data, condition data, function, type, geometric and waterworks, puddle data and capacity of drainage. From those analysis obtained the drainage performance system that needed to have a physical and flow network connectivity repair. Also, the implementation of environmentally drainage concept with optimization the function of retention pond a way to manage water conservation is connected with drainage system.
