Analisis Desain Pondasi Rakit untuk Bangunan Bertingkat dengan Metode Konvensional
The foundation of the building is usually divided into two parts: shallow foundation and deep foundation, depending on the location of hard soil and the depth ratio with the width of the foundation (D ≤ B). The foundation of this raft serves to mediate the surface of one or more columns within several lines or paths with the ground. The use of the raft foundation is used when the decline is a problem eg in soft soil. The foundation of raft becomes alternative choice seen from external factor that is implementation process which do not give impact to surrounding environment or building around it. In this study conducted data collection obtained from the results of laboratory tests in the form of data sondir results, SPT results and data in the form of load structures and field load tests and building analysis load. From the laboratory results and the subsequent building load, the calculation of the force field with the SAP 2000 program, calculate the maximum carrying capacity of the raft foundation under review, calculate the decline of the raft foundation and obtain the result of the structural requirements of the raft foundation. Based on the results of the analysis in this study found the carrying capacity of soil for raft foundation of 907.643 kN/m2. Pengaruh Jumlah Lapisan Tanah Terhadap Derajat Kepadatan Tanah Berdasarkan Metode Tekanan
Pemadatan tanah merupakan salah satu pekerjaan penting dalam setiap proyek konstruksi, tanggul, waduk dan konstruksi sipil lainnya, tanah yang belum padat atau masih kondisi gembur harus dipadatkan untuk meningkatkan untuk meningkatkan kekuatan tanah, sehingga dengan demikian meningkatkan daya dukung pondasi di atasnya, serta juga berfungsi untuk mengurangi besarnya penurunan tanah yang tidak diinginkan. Untuk itu, dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan pemadatan tanah dengan menggunakan metode standard proctor di laboratorium dan menggunakan pemodelan alat uji tekan pemadat modifikasi untuk mengetahui pengaruh jumlah lapisan terhadap derajat kepadatan tanah. Tanah yang digunakan berasal dari Tirtayasa, Bandar Lampung. Pengujian proctor menggunakan beberapa lapisan yaitu lapisan 2, 3, 4, dan 5. Sedangkan alat tekan pemadat modifikasi menggunakan tekanan 5 MPa, 10 MPa, 15 MPa. Lapisan yang digunakan yaitu lapisan 2, 4, dan 6 pada setiap tekanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berat volume maksimum (γdmaks) sebesar 1,49 gr/cm3 pada pengujian metode standard proctor dengan hasil pada alat tekan pemadat modifikasi didapat nilai (γdmaks) sebesar 1,66 gr/cm3
Perbandingan Volume Rangka Kayu Pada Pembuatan Rangka Atap Kuda-Kuda Bentang 8 (Delapan) Meter Berdasarkan SNI 7973-2013
AbstractThe roof frame is a building structure that is above ringbalk. The roof frame serves as a retaining roof from pressure provided by the roof . Constructs of trusses are generally made of the same type and dimensions of wood use for short, medium, or long spans. Therefore, it needs analysis wood requirement of truss. This study aims to determine the dimensions and volumes of truss and compare volume of efficient timber requirements of the planned. In this research,volume requirement analysis of truss.The first, selection of wood used in the span of 8 meters. Then make 4 types of truss. Then, load analysis using SAP2000 to get the force. Having obtained value of force, then performed an analysis of the pull force and press so that the dimensions used are safe. Furthermore, the calculation of the volume of wood demand on each type of the planned, so that obtained efficient comparison volume of the 4 types.In the analysis, the dimensions of each type are type 1 (6/6 cm, 6/8 cm, 8/8 cm and 8/10 cm), type 2 (4/6 cm, 6/8 cm, and 8/8 cm), type 3 (4/6 cm and 6/8 cm) and type 4 (4/6 cm, 6/8 cm, and 8/10 cm). Then the volume of wood demand on type 1 (0,2038 m3), type 2 (0,1383 m3), type 3 (0,1229 m3), and type 4 (0,1797 m3). Based on the stem rod analysis, it was concluded that the most efficient roof truss type of the 4 types, namely the 3rd type.Keywords: Roof frames, truss, volume of woo
Analisis Ekonomi dan Finansial Kereta Cepat Jakarta - Bandung
Jakarta and Bandung city with a distance about 150 km must be taken more than three hours by highway or railway due to the ever-increasing mobility with limited infrastructure capacity. This study analyzes the economic and financial feasibility of the Jakarta – Bandung high speed rail project and calculates the NPV, BCR, IRR, PI, and PP. The government through the SOE and China International Railway consortium initiated the construction of a high speed rail from Halim to Tegalluar with a 142,3 km rail length and an average speed of 250 km/h, construction began in 2015 and is expected to be completed by 2020. The analysis is done with assumption of 75% occupancy rate, with discount rate of 2% and 3,46%, and feasibility of the project by doing comparison of feasibility method that is NPV ≥ 0, BCR > 1, IRR > r, PI > 1, and PP is faster than NPV positive. In the highest value feasibility analysis obtained with 75% occupancy rate and discount rate 2%. If only calculate the economic benefits obtained value of NPV = 3.279.703.704,18 ≥ 0, BCR = 1,00 > 1, IRR = 6,45% > r, PI = 0,65 < 1, PP = 33,76 > 29 year. If only calculate the financial benefits obtained value of NPV = 8.677.268.827,83 ≥ 0, BCR = 1,01 > 1, IRR = 5,50% > r, PI = 0,79 < 1, PP = 34,47 < 38 year. If calculate the economic and financial benefits obtained value of NPV = 1.543.396.683.112,40 ≥ 0, BCR = 1,56 > 1, IRR = 105,46% > r, PI and PP can not be calculated because the positive value of NPV in the first year (2020)
Pengaruh Bangkitan Pergerakan Simpur Center Terhadap Kinerja Jalan Disekitarnya
AbstractLampung capital of Bandar Lampung and its shopping place is growing rapidly. One of theshopping places is the Simpur Center. The number of vehicles entering or leaving the SimpurCenter influences the performance of Jalan Katamso right in front of it, and Jalan Raden Intan onthe left of the Simpur Center building and can lead to potential accidents and potential congestionbetween vehicles. The purpose of this study is to find out the conflict of the delay that occurredand estimate the effect of the generation of the Simpur Center movement related to theperformance of the surrounding road. The road performance analyzed is the delay, degree ofsaturation, capacity, queue length, speed, and vehicle volume using the 1997 Indonesian RoadCapacity Manual (MKJI) method. The result of this research shows that for road segment androad network of Raden Intan segang intersection of Pemuda Street up to Katamso Streetintersection on the working day after Simpur Center opened total delay happened 133,84 secondcaused by road road conflict 52,780 second, delay 3 due to movement Center symmetry of 28.281seconds and the delay segment of 52.780 seconds with the degree of boredom saturation path1.3246. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwauntuk ruas dan jalinan jalan Raden Intan segmen simpang jalan Pemuda sampai dengan simpangjalan Katamso pada hari kerja setelah Simpur Center dibuka tundaan total terjadi sebesar 133,84detik diakibatkan oleh konflik jalinan jalan sebesar 52,780 detik, tundaan simpang 3 akibatbangkitan pergerakan Simpur Center sebesar 28,281 detik dan tundaan ruas sebesar 52,780 detikdengan derajat kejenuhan jalinan jalan 1,3246. Potensi Bangkitan Perjalanan Berbasis Guna Lahan Sekolah
AbstractCitizen growth will cause the increasing of amount trip due to fullfil the needs. School is a place that students go to, to get the education. Those activities can cause human movements and further can cause traffic jam if there are no proper configurations. The main aim of this study is to know the potential trip generation that caused by high schools in Bandar Lampung, to analize factor that affected by student movements and make the trip generation that caused by school’s function in Bandar Lampung. The main aim of this study is to know the potential trip generation that caused by high schools in Bandar Lampung, to analize factor that affected by student movements and make the trip generation that caused by school’s function in Bandar Lampung.The data were drawn from the responses of quesionaire that given to students of 4 high schools in bandar lampung and itsrelationship between transportation modes, vehicles ownership and pocket money. The data analysis is using category analysis and comparison descriptive. Trip generation from the category analysis counts from kepemilikan kendaraan, pemilihan moda dan besaran uang saku as one of factor that affected. The results of the category analysis obtained the total movement of students from the four schools that have been studied is 1259 movementsKeywords: high school students, trip generation, category analysis. AbstrakPertumbuhan penduduk akan mengakibatkan meningkatnya jumlah perjalanan guna memenuhi berbagai kebutuhan. Sekolah merupakan tempat tujuan aktivitas pelajar untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pendidikan. Aktivitas tersebut dapat menyebabkan perpindahan manusia dalam satu waktu dan kemudian hari dapat menimbulkan masalah seperti kemacetan apabila tidak dilakukan pengaturan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui potensi bangkitan dan tarikan perjalanan yang ditimbulkan dari dan oleh sekolah menengah atas di Bandar Lampung, menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi pergerakan pelajar dan membuat model bangkitan yang diakibatkan fungsi sekolah di Bandar Lampung. Pengambilan data dilakuan dengan pembagian kuesioer kepada pelajar di empat sekolah yang telah ditentukan. Pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang diajukan mengenai asal tujuan perjalanan, moda transportasi, kepemilikan kendaraan serta uang saku. Kemudian dilakukan analisis data yaitu analisis kategori dan desktiptif komparatif Model bangkitan yang diperoleh dari hasil analisis kategori dihitung dengan kepemilikan kendaraan, pemilihan moda, dan besaran uang saku sebagai faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Hasil dari analisi kategori didapatkan pergerakan total pelajar dari keempat sekolah yang telah diteliti adalah sebesar 1259 pergerakan. Kata kunci : pelajar SMA, model bangkitan, analisa kategori
Karakteristik Kecelakaan di Jalan Bypas Bandar Lampung
The purposes of this study were to analyze the relationship between the characteristics of accidents and road safety facilities such as road signs, road markings, and lighting lights, and to analyze the characteristics of traffic accidents on Soekarno-Hatta Bypass Road included type accident and factors causing of the accident. The surveys in the field were conducted to obtain the primary data about road safety facilities, however the secondary data were obtained from the Bandar Lampung police station in the form of accident data per month from 2014-2017. The results showed that there were still inadeguate road safety facilities on the Soekarno-Hatta Bypass road, such as lighting and road markings.The characteristics of accidents based on the factors that cause the accidents were human factors (85.28%). Design of Flat Plate with Equivalent Frame Design Method and Finite Element Method
The flate plate is a thick, evenly solid concrete plate that transfers the load directly to the support column without the aid of a beam or shear head or drop panel. This type of plate can be made quickly because of the formwork and simple reinforcement arrangement. The flate plate is planned to be uniform with dimensions of 5000x4000 mm as many as 9 panels, plate thickness of 150 mm with 25 MPa concrete quality, quality of reinforcement 280 MPa and based on the provisions of SNI 1727; 2013 and SNI 2847; 2013. Flat plate analysis uses the equivalent frame design method, finite element method and SAP 2000 and Microsoft Excel programs. Based of the results of the analysis, the comparison value of moments between the portal method equivalent to SAP 2000 is equal to, whereas between finite element methods and SAP2000 is equal to. ANALYSIS STUDY SETTLEMENT IN CLAY OF SOFT AND CLAY OF ORGANIC USE MODELING BOX AND MATRASS CONCRETE BENDRAT WITH A POLE
This research make modeling box test for testing land subsidence and treatment the testing on the ground had been given bracing of using a concrete mat bendrat with the piling softwood on the organic clay and soft clay soil. It will were laden starting from 0,2 kg/cm2, 0,3 kg/ cm2, 0,4 kg/cm2, 0,5 kg/cm2. Testing in the physical properties that is water content, specific gravity, sieving, hidrometri, atterberg limits and mechanical testing such as consolidation test and consolidation box test.On the research of testing the physical properties of soil from belmibing sari village is soft clay soil and from Benteng Sari village is organic clay. Based on the result of mechanical testing on consolidating the lab test with test box that the results of the test above state the value of test Cc box test is lower because test box use bendrat concrete reinforcement mat with a pole softwood, that matter can be concluded that carrying capacity on the clay become more stable because hollow cavities in the soil pore filled with particles interlocking so the ground is being easily compressible if gets pressures from the inflicting, soil degradation that occurs will be reduced. METODE PERHITUNGAN ANALISIS STABILITAS LERENG DENGAN PERKUATAN SHEET PILE MENGGUNAKAN PROGRAM GEOSTRUCTURAL ANALYSIS VERSI 19 (STUDI KASUS LERENG SUNGAI KOMERING DI KABUPATEN OGAN KOMERING ILIR)
Slope stability analysis of Komering River in Ogan Komering Ilir, South Sumatra was done to handle the problem of sliding or scouring at the cliffs which are often found on the outside corner of the river. Komering River is a river with meandering pattern that is very susceptible to scouring on the outside of the bend and sedimentation on the inside of the bend. This research focuses on the study of slope stability analysis with sheet pile used as method. Analysis was conducted using Geostructural Analysis version 19 and was compared to manual calculation.Data analysis on the result of soil testing was performed to identify soil properties. The obtained results were then used in slope stability analysis. Slope stability analysis was performed in two conditions maximum groundwater level and normal groundwater level using Bishop method and Fellenius method. The results of manual calculation were then compared with the results of Geostructural Analysis Program Version 19. Sheet pile was selected as slope stabilization measures. Analysis after stabilization is done with the same steps as analysis before stabilization.The results from the two methods showed a quite significant difference. The results obtained from Bishop method before stability measure and after stability measure were 1,018 and 4,23 respectively. Whereas, the results obtained from Fellenius method before stability measure and after stability measure were 0,75 and 3,42 respectively. Based on these results, it can be concluded that sheet pile is an effective slope stability measure.Keywords: Slope stability, Geostructural Analysis Program, Bishop, Fellenius, Sheet Pile
