    Kebutuhan bahan aspal sebagai salah satu bahan pembuatan prasarana jalan tidak diiringi denganpeningkatan kualitasnya, sehingga perlu dilakukan peningkatan bahan aspal guna memeperpanjangumur perkerasan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan variasi kadarlignin pada aspal penetrasi 60/70 terhadap karakteristik Marshall dan mencari kadar lignin terbaikDilakukan pengujian dengan variasi penambhan kadar lignin sebesar 0%, 3%, 6% dengan suhurendaman standar pengujian dan suhu percobaan sesuai dengan kondisi cuaca di Indonesia yangmempunyai dua musim, yaitu musim panas dan musim penghujan yang disimulasikan denganvarasi suhu rendaman 45ºC dan suhu tinggi 75ºC, selanjutnya akan dibandingkan dengan hasilpenelitian terdahulu yang mengggunakan aspal termodifikasi Jaya Aspal Polimer (JAP) danTaftpack-Super (TPS) 5%

     Road is an infrastructure of land transportation which is very important for the growth of life because the road is a link between one region to another. In its use, the road always carries heavy loads every time someone crosses it so that it will be vulnerable for damage to occure  at the road surface and pavement structure.One effort to prevent more serious damage to the road is by conducting road rehabilitation such as patching and overlay thickness with the aim of restoring pavement strength so as to provide optimal service to road users. For this reason, a road rehabilitation plan is needed so that it is able to withstand the traffic load that passes through the road and has the as planned age.The purpose of this study was to determine the level of road damage on the Tirtayasa road section. To find out the method of improvement that can be done based on the level of damage and to find out the costs needed to repair the Tirtayasa road.This study begins with data collection and road damage conditions such as groove depth of cracks and holes resulting from visual survey.Analysis of the road conditions based on SDI values, for the Tirtayasa road along 4.8 km, with good conditions (75%), moderate conditions 0.4 km (6.25%), mildly damaged conditions 1.2 km (18, 75%), and 0 km (0%) is severely damaged, so that rehabilitation is done in the form of patching and overlay and the overlay and patching on the Road segment Tirtayasa needs a budget of Rp. 3,254,555,000.00Keywords: planning, technical road rehabilitatio

    The Effect of Soil Particles Diameter by Passing The Sieve Analysis to Soil Compaction Using The Standard Method

    Improving the Infrastructure development needs the soil that capable to support the load. It because soil is a material that major the role to support every construction. To identify a good soil is by doing physical and mechanical soil test. Soil compaction is process of increasing the soil density by reducing the particles proximity so it can reduce the air volume. Soil type is influencing to the maximum dry volume weight and optimum water content of that soil. Based on the soil type, compaction is divided into four types. In this research is using two types of compactions that are type A and Type C with purpose to find out the effect of soil particles diameter by passing sieve analysis to soil compaction using standard method.Compaction is done based on blow method and pressure method. In pressure method is using modification compaction tool with 5 Mpa, 10 Mpa, and 15 Mpa pressures.The result of this research is the blow method compaction type A has a higher water content than type C, but the value of maximum dry volume weight Type C higher than type A.  In pressure method it can be concluded that as the higher pressure so the water content and the maximum dry volume weight are also getting higher.Keyword:Soil Particles, Standard Method of Compaction, Blow Method and Pressure Method Compactio

    Evaluasi Kebutuhan Dan Kinerja Pelayanan Parkir Dan Sistem Antrian Pada Pusat Perbelanjaan Di Bandar Lampung (Studi Kasus: Areal Parkir Transmart Carrefour Bandar Lampung)

    The purpose of this research is to analyze the performance of the queuing system and parking needs at Bandar Lampung Mall Transmart Carefour. With various kinds of facilities available at Transmart Carrefour Mall, it can affect the number of visitors or the number of customers who come. The survey was conducted for 1 day and the observations were carried out for 10 hours at 10:00 to 20:00 WIB.This research was conducted in the parking area of the Transmart Carefour Mall and this survey included recording the number of vehicles, recording the number of vehicle police and the service time of vehicles entering and leaving the study site. The results of research on parking needs obtained the highest accumulation occurred on Saturday at 15.01-15.30 WIB namely 162 vehicles. The unit of car parking space (SRP) currently is 300 slots. With the accumulation and number of parking spaces, the available parking lots are not enough in the standard value but what happens in the field, the SRP can still accommodate customers who come. The highest average arrival rate at the entrance is 16 vehicles/hour with a service time of 15.6 seconds/vehicle. Thus there is still a lot of freedom in the parking gate, with the gate idle probability value of 0.366, so the parking gate is not too busy. Keywords: Parking Accumulation, Parking Space Unit, Arrival Rate, Service Tim

    Pada masa sekarang, apartemen tidak hanya menjadi hunian pribadi tetapi juga sebagai investasi. Karena itu terjadi permintaan apartemen dalam bentuk kondominium hotel. Springhill condotel Lampung adalah condotel pertama yang dibangun di Bandar Lampung. Investasi Springhill Condotel Lampung memerlukan analisis kelayakan memastikan pengembalian investasi. Pada penelitian ini, studi kelayakan hanya dinilai dari aspek finansial dengan menggunakan beberapa parameter penilaian investasi yaitu NPV (Net Present Value), BCR (Benefit Cost Ratio), IRR (Internal Rate of Return), dan PP (Payback Period). Analisis dibuat dalam 9 (sembilan) buah skenario. Skenario ini divariasikan berdasarkan tingkat-tingkat inflasi dan prediksi-prediksi penjualan. Skenario yang paling layak yaitu pada tingkat inflasi 7% dan prediksi penjualan dengan metode trend linier. Seluruh skenario menunjukan bahwa nilai NPV, BCR dan PP layak.     Korelasi Nilai Cbr Laboratorium Modified Terhadap Tekanan pada Roda Kendaraan Alat Berat di Lapangan Berdasarkan Metode Tekanan

    AbstractIn the process of highway construction, one of main thing that should be concerned is soil material. Based on that assumptions, soil has a role as a construction material and as a placement of construction.. Therefore, one of the examination processes to discover the soil bearing capacity is California Bearing Ratio (CBR) testing. Compaction in the testing has been done within heavy vehicle pressure on field with the amounts; 2.7 MPa, 7 MPa, and 8.4 MPa and the soil sample is from Tirtayasa Area, Sukabumi, Bandar Lampung.The result testing in laboratory had been showed that the soils were classified into A-2-7 soil group that was silty sand type. CBR value without soaking process within modified proctor was 9% and for soaking condition soil was 4.2%. Modified laboratory CBR values of without-soaking condition every pressure were 5.5%, 9.4%, and 9.9%, whereas for the soaking condition were 0.77%, 2.6.5, and 3.3%. In conclusion, the values of CBR are increase as the additions of the pressure given.  keywords: heavy vehicle, modified pressure’s tool, modified CBR laboratory test.AbstrakDalam pelaksanaan pembangunan infrastruktur jalan, salah satu hal utama yang perlu diperhatikan adalah material tanah. Dimana tanah memiliki peranan baik sebagai bahan konstruksi maupun sebagai tempat perletakan suatu konstruksi. Salah satu proses pengujian untuk mengetahui daya dukung tanah dasar adalah pengujian California Bearing Ratio (CBR). Pemadatan pada pengujian CBR Laboratorium dilakukan dengan metode tekanan menggunakan tekanan alat berat di lapangan yaitu sebesar 2,7 MPa, 7 MPa, dan 8,4 MPa dengan sampel tanah berasal dari daerah Tirtayasa, Kec. Sukabumi, Bandar Lampung.Hasil pengujian di laboratorium sampel tanah digolongkan sebagai kelompok tanah A-2-7 yaitu tanah pasir berlanau. Nilai CBR tanpa rendaman dengan menggunakan modified proctor adalah sebesar 9% dan untuk kondisi rendaman adalah sebesar 4,2%. Nilai CBR laboratorium modified pada masing-masing tekanan untuk kondisi tanpa rendaman adalah 5,5%, 9,4%, dan 9,9% sedangkan untuk kondisi rendaman adalah sebesar 0,77%, 2,6%, dan 3,3%.     The safety level of a slope is influenced by several factors, including factors tilt and loads working on it. Slope conditions with large loads and steep slopes can cause landslides. The influence of heavy rain flushed the majority of the region martapura - baturaja cause landslides and slope at some point in double track train along 50m which have geographic condition consists of the land pile of high steep, so prone to landslides. This is certainly very dangerous for trains, and around the slopes a solution is needed that can be an alternative to make the slope safe from landslide hazards. Based on the laboratory tests that have been carried out of the samples were taken from the site, so the analysis of the existing slopes stability with computer analysis shows the condition of unstable because from the result of numerical safety value analysis 1,731 for condition 1 and 1,732 for condition 2, so that needed reinforcement on the slopes itself. From the analysis of the slopes stability which has been strengthened with a combination of retaining Wall of land and drill pile using the Computer Analysis obtained greater numerical safety value compared by only reinforced with retaining Wall land for 3,978 to condition 1 and 3,983 to condition 2, so the design of strengthening is safe and able to withstand landslide. Keyword : Borehole Data, Geoelectric, Computer Analysis using methods Felleniu

    Raden Inten II Airport has been designated as an international airport under the Decree of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia Number KP 2044 of 2018 (Baraas, 2015). With the rate of growth of the population in Lampung Province which continues to increase and the number of aircraft passengers at RadenInten II Airport continues to increase every year. So the service of land transportation in Raden Inten II Airport becomes the choice of passengers as an advanced transportation to end the trip, so that the community always demands quality public service.The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the Performance of Passenger Trans Lampung Bus Transport Services at Bandar Lampung Department – Raden Inten II Airport which was measured based on Load Factor, Time Headway, Cycle Time and Travel Speed.In this study, the average speed obtained on Saturday Sunday and Monday on the departing route is 31.35 km / hour and on the return route is 29 km / hour. For the average value of Load Factor on the departing route (Bandar Lampung-Airport) by 15% and the average Load Factor on the return route (Bandar Lampung Airport) by 30%. Time Headway obtained an average value of calculations of 60.1 minutes and the value of Cycle Time 2 hours 53 minutes.Keywords: load factor, time headway, speed, bus service performance.

    This thesis discusses the analysis of the Way Pengubuan bridge that connects the Gunung Sugih and Terbanggi Subing regions which are separated by rivers and have bridges that have not yet fulfilled the feasibility of being a bridge completely. So that the Government made the Way Pengubuan bridge construction project which aims to facilitate community mobilization so that the community's economy can increase. The location of this study was carried out on Way Pengubuan bridge, Gunung Sugih - Terbanggi Subing, Lampung Tengah Regency, Lampung Province. The data needed during this research are planning standards issued by SNI, literature published bridge planning standards, and general bridge data obtained from P.T. YODYA KARYA (Persero) as a project contractor. The method carried out in this study is to use the data obtained then analyze the structure of the bridge, analyze the structure of the structure under the bridge. From the results of the study it can be seen that the type of bridge used is prestressed concrete with a total span of 80 m, the span between abutments and 40m pillars, 7m bridge width, 2x3.5m track width, and 2m sidewalk width, Reinforcing bar on Pier and Abutment heads using  Main Reinforcing bar D19, Reinforcing bar on Pier & Abutment Body using Main Reinforcing bar D25-250, Reinforcement on Abutment Feet using Reinforcing bar D22-50 meanwhile on Pier Foot uses Main Reinforcing bar D25-125

    Perilaku Respon Lekatan Tarik Antara FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) dengan Beton Normal

    AbstrakPenelitian ini membahas tentang panjang efektif lekatan dan beban utimit antara komposit FRP dan wiremesh pada beton normal yang dilekatkan dengan resin. Variasi panjang lekatan komposit dengan beton yaitu 5 cm, 10 cm, 15 cm, dan 20 cm, dengan kombinasi lapisan komposit yaitu 2 fiber glass 1 wiremesh, 2 fiber glass 2 wiremesh, 4 fiber glass 1 wiremesh, dan 4 fiberglass 2 wiremesh. Pengujian yang dilakukan adalah pengujian tarik single shear dengan benda uji sebanyak 32 sampel. Metode penelitian yang digunakaan untu menganalisis hasil penelitian yaitu metode eksperimental berdasarkan hasil pengujian di laboratorium, dan metode teoritis berdasarkan persamaan yang sudah ada.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa panjang efektif lekatan berkisar pada angka 40 mm – 60 mm, dengan beban ultimit terbesar yaitu pada kombinasi 4 fiber glass 2 wiremesh dengan beban ultimit 22,01 kN. Diketahui bahwa debonding yang terjadi disebabkan karena pengaruh permukaan beton tanpa perlakuan khusus seperti tingkat kekasaran pada permukaan.  Kata kunci : beton normal, debonding, glassfiber reinforced polymer, panjang efektif lekatan, beban maksimum
