ANALISIS PERMEABILITAS TANAH YANG DIPADATKAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODA CUBIC PERMEAMETER
AbstractThe development of infrastructure in Indonesia is increasing in various regions such as the construction of reservoirs, dams and other construction. One of the important things that became the basis of development is foundation ground. Therefore, it is necessary to know the type of soil used and the permeable nature of the soil. Soil permeability illustrates the ability of soil to pass water. In this study to determine the permeability of the soil by using a cubic mold and compare the results of soil permeability obtained from compacted soil using the pressure method and the standard method. Soil samples used were from Pamenang village, Pringsewu. Soil taken is disturbed and undisturbed soil samples. The soil was then compacted by a standard method and with a pressure test method at a pressure of 5 MPa, 10 MPa and 15 MPa. Then the permeability test is carried out to get the permeability coefficient. The results of observations in the laboratory show the greater pressure applied to the soil, the smaller coefficient of permeability. The relationship between the permeability coefficient with standard compaction method and the pressure method get the permeability coefficient value so that the pressure is between 5 to 10 MPa. AbstrakPerkembangan pembangunan infrastruktur di Indonesia sedang meningkat diberbagai daerah seperti pembangunan waduk, embung, bendungan dan konstruksi lainnya. Salah satu hal penting yang menjadi dasar dalam pembangunan adalah pondasi tanah. Oleh karena itu, perlu mengetahui jenis tanah yang dipakai dan sifat permeable tanah tersebut. Permeabilitas tanah menggambarkan kemampuan tanah dalam meloloskan air. Pada penelitian ini untuk mengetahui permeabilitas tanah dengan menggunakan mold segiempat dan membandingkan hasil permeabilitas tanah yang didapatkan dari tanah yang dipadatkan menggunakan metode tekanan dan secara metode standar. Sampel tanah yang digunakan berupa sampel tanah yang berasal dari desa Pamenang, Pringsewu. Tanah yang diambil merupakan sampel tanah yang terganggu dan sampel tanah tak terganggu. Tanah tersebut selanjutnya dipadatkan dengan metode standar dan dengan alat uji metode tekanan pada tekanan 5 MPa, 10 MPa, dan 15 MPa. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian permeabilitas untuk mendapatkan nilai koefisien permeabilitasnya. Hasil dari pengamatan di laboratorium menunjukan semakin besar tekanan yang diberikan pada tanah maka semakin kecil koefisien permeabilitasnya. Hubungan koefisien permeabilitas dengan metode pemadatan standar dan metode tekanan memperoleh nilai koefisien permeabilitas sehingga tekanan berada diantara nilai 5 sampai 10 MPa. Analisis Prioritas Perawatan Gedung Rsptn Universitas Lampung dengan Menggunakan Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process
Rumah Sakit merupakan tempat layanan publik yang perlu diperhatikan asetnya, terutama pada bangunannya. Agar aset memberikan tingkat pelayananan yang baik maka dari itu perlunya mengetahui prioritas perawatan aset Rumah Sakit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk penentuan prioritas perawatan bangunan gedung RSPTN Universitas Lampung agar efektif dan efisien.Penelitian ini menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) sebagai metodenya. Metode ini digunakan untuk menganalisis 9 faktor terkait kinerja kerja aset yang didapat dari lokasi studi kasus yang telah melalui proses perhitungan sebelumnya. Faktor-faktor tersebut dibagi ke dalam tiga kriteria kinerja aset, yakni Kinerja Operasional, Kondisi, Tingkat Kepentingan.Hasil dari penelitian ini didapat dua hal yang berkaitan dalam aset fisik bangunan yaitu dari dampak yang ditimbulkan dan dari perawatan yang paling sering. Urutan proiritas dampaknya dari yang tertinggi sampai terendah adalah Kerusakan Struktur, Resiko, Jumlah Pengguna, Kerusakan Atap, Kerusakan Lantai, Tipe Perawatan, Kerusakan Dinding, Fungsi dan Nilai. Urutan proiritas perawarannya dari yang tertinggi sampai terendah Kerusakan Lantai, Tipe Perawatan, Kerusakan Atap, Fungsi, Nilai, Jumlah Pengguna, Resiko, Kerusakan Dinding dan Kerusakan Struktur
Analisis Kebutuhan Parkir Di Kampus Universitas Lampung Studi Kasus : (Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Politik, Fakultas Hukum)
Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir ini pertumbuhan kendaraan semakin meningkat, ini menyebabkan harus di pertimbangkan penyediaan dan pengaturan fasilitas parkir. Umumnya di wilayah kampus kebutuhan terhadap ruang parkir cukup besar mengingat kebanyakan para mahasiswa, dosen, dan karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kapasitas dan kebutuhan ruang parkir di Unila, khususnya di FEB, FISIP, FH. Dari hasil analisis, FEB yaitu kebutuhan parkir sebesar 67 petak parkir untuk kendaraan mobil dan 343 petak parkir untuk kendaraan motor, dengan durasi parkir rata-rata 175 menit kendaraan mobil dan 109 menit kendaraan motor, dengan indeks parkir 103% kendaraan mobil dan 114% kendaraan motor. FISIP yaitu kebutuhan parkir sebesar 72 petak parkir untuk kendaraan mobil dan 293 petak parkir untuk kendaraan sepeda motor, dengan durasi parkir rata-rata 163 menit kendaraan mobil dan 124 menit kendaraan motor, dengan indeks parkir 156% kendaraan mobil dan 187% kendaraan motor. FH yaitu kebutuhan parkir sebesar 76 petak parkir untuk kendaraan mobil dan 153 petak parkir untuk kendaraan sepeda motor, dengan durasi parkir rata-rata 149 menit kendaraan mobil dan 145 menit kendaraan motor, dengan indeks parkir di atas 146% kendaraan mobil dan 96% kendaraan motor
Analysis of Supportive Lower Structure Building on Overpass Construction In The Sumatera Trans Toll Road
Every light or heavy load construction recquires a supportive foundation, the foundation must be calculated to be able to guarantee the stability of the building to its own weight, building loads and external forces. Pillar foundation is used as a building foundation when the land under the building does not provide sufficient carrying capacity to carry the weight of the building and its load. This research was carried out on one of the bridges on the Trans Sumatra Toll Road. A pillar foundation is used to the toll road project. The purpose of this research is to determine the bearing capacity of the foundation on the pier and abutment from the results of load on the upper construction. Based on the results of the carrying capacity of abutment is obtained 60 cm diameter of pile with 6 pieces, and the bridge’s pillar is 60 cm of pile 15 pieces. Analisis Variasi Suhu Pemanasan Serbuk Batu Basalt Sebagai Bahan Pengisi Ordinary Portland Cement Terhadap Kuat Tekan Beton
Utilization of basalt scoria stone as one of the building materials that can be one of thealternatives to limestone which has been known as a cement maker and utilizes the availability ofabundant basalt, especially in Lampung which has these natural resources. This research is toanalyze the basalt stone powder and analyze the optimum content at the temperature variation ofthe most effective mixture of basalt stone powder to produce compressive strength of concrete.The research method uses experimental methods at the Bandar Lampung University laboratory.The specimens used were cylinders with a diameter of 10.16 cm and a height of 20cm totaling 63specimens using the DOE method. There are 6 types of mixtures, namely at a temperature of800˚C there are 2 mixes of 3% and 7% basalt stone powder, a temperature of 1200˚C there are 2mixes of 3% and 7% basalt stone powder, and at a temperature of 1600˚C there are 2 mixtures of3% and 7% basalt stone powder. Compressive strength testing is performed at the age of concretetesting 7, 14, and 28 days.The results of the study show that the addition of heated basalt stone powder can increase thecompressive strength of concrete. The compressive strength results in a mixture of temperaturevariations included in the planned compressive strength. The optimum compressive strength valueof 28 days of testing occurred on 3% concrete mix of basalt stone powder at a temperature of1600˚C that is equal to 392 kg / cm².Keywords: Concrete, Basalt Stone and compressive strengt
Analysis And Planning of Bored Pile Foundation In Double Train Bridge Way Changes In Central Lampung Regency
Indonesia has considerable coal reserves, but only a few or even very few can be exploited. The potential of coal owned by South Sumatra Province is known to reach around 85% of the total reserves contained in Sumatra, or around 22.24 billion tons. This means that even though mining is maximized to 50 million tons per year, coal will not be mined for 200 years. To maximize the potential of available coal, modes are needed from the train, but for now there is only one mode used to extract coal from it to transport coal from Tarahan - Tanjung Enim or vice versa. So to maximize the coal's potential, the Ministry of Transportation through the Directorate General of Railways plans to build a double track railway line between Tarahan - Tanjung Enim, one of the roads going through the river is needed a bridge to facilitate the train journey to transport the coal. The railroad bridge that was built was located in KM132 in the burial way of Central Lampung Province. In this bridge construction, the carrying capacity of the foundation needs to be analyzed so that it can withstand the burden of the upper structure and the train.From the results of the study showed that the analysis of the carrying capacity of the permit pile of 1700 kN was greater than the maximum carrying capacity that burdened the pile of 1508.93 kN so that it could be concluded that the structure under the bridge was able to withstand the load from the upper structure. Pengujian CBR Laboratorium Mengggunakan Metode Tekanan (Pressure Method) untuk Tanah Timbunan Berdasarkan Energi Pemadatan
In building a construction related to the physical condition of the soil, this is because the land It is one of the very material plays an important role in supporting such a construction.Then had to do the testing power support basic land (subgrade) with experimental study testing the California Bearing Ratio (CBR) method of pressure (pressure method) based on the energy compaction. The research using a sample of the soil that came from the area of Tirtayasa, Kec.Sukabumi, Bandar Lampung for land fill. Implementation testing of CBR compactor modification press tool with using three soil samples at each pressure.The pressures used for CBR standard is 0,10 MPa, 0,26 MPa and 0.58 MPa. And for testing using pressure modified CBR 0.437 MPa,1,19 MPa and 2,63 MPa. The results of the research in the laboratory showed that the weight of the maximum volume (γdmaks) of 1.68 g/cm3 of standard proctor method.While of modified proctor testing the the weight of the maximum volume (γdmaks) of 1.77 gr/cm3. Based on the results of testing the value of CBR standard and modified methods of compared that the laboratory testing higher than the CBR based on compaction energy with press modifications. Terbanggi Besar - Pematang Panggang Toll Road Tariff Based On Ability to Pay and Willingness to Pay
Transportation is a very important aspect to stimulate the economy, a region cannot be totally independent in meeting its own regional needs, so that the area needs other regions as a support where one of the connecting infrastructure is a toll road. The Terbanggi Besar - Pematang Panggang Toll Road is one of the 8 Trans Sumatra toll road projects that have entered the construction phase in 2017 which are planned to be operated in 2021. The tariff analysis carried out is based on the Ability to Pay (ATP) and Willigness to Pay (WTP) approach. The average ATP value obtained is Rp 131,638.00 / 100 km and the average WTP value obtained is Rp. 40,989.00 / 100 km. Respondent's ATP value > WTP value indicates that the ability to pay respondents is greater than willingness to pay because users have relatively high income but the utility of these services is relatively low. While the determination of ideal rates is based on the average value of ATP and WTP. Based on calculations, the price of the Terbanggi Besar - Pematang Panggang toll roads tariff is Rp. 86,314.00 / 100 km
Aplikasi Tekanan Pada Roda Kendaraan Alat Berat di Lapangan untuk Proses Pemadatan Tanah terhadap Daya Dukung Lapisan Tanah Dasar (Subgrade)
Daya dukung tanah dasar/subgrade pada konstruksi jalan sangat menentukan, nilai daya dukung tanah dinyatakan dengan nilai California Bearing Rasio (CBR). Pada penelitian ini membahas mengenai aplikasi tekanan pada roda kendaraan alat berat di lapangan untuk proses pemadatan tanah terhadap daya dukung lapisan tanah dasar (subgrade). Sampel tanah yang digunakan pada pengujian ini berasal dari daerah Tirtayasa, Kec. Sukabumi, Bandar Lampung. Pengujian sampel menggunakan alat tekan modifikasi sebanyak delapan belas sampel untuk pemadatan standar, tekanan yang digunakan dalam pengujian sebesar 2,7 MPa, 7 MPa dan 8,4 Mpa.Hasil pengujian di laboratorium sampel tanah digolongkan sebagai kelompok tanah A-2-7 yaitu tanah berlempung. Nilai CBR tanpa rendaman dari pengujian pemadatan tanah menggunakan standard proctor sebesar 2,7%, sedangkan untuk nilai CBR rendaman sebesar 2%. Nilai CBR tanpa rendaman dari pengujian pemadatan tanah dengan metode tekanan pada masing-masing tekan sebesar 3,9%, 5,4% dan 5,8%, sedangkan untuk kondisi rendaman didapatkan nilai CBR sebesar 0,25%, 1,57% dan 1,83%. Nilai CBR mengalami peningkatan seiring bertambahnya tekanan yang diberikan pada sampel.Kata kunci: Alat tekan modifikasi, alat berat, Standard Proctor, California Bearing Rasio (CBR), pasir berlempung

Traffic accidents need to get greater attention. Road accidents always have an impact on damage and losses for vehicles involved in accidents and road users around them. The cause of traffic accidents is due to unfavorable traffic conditions. The condition is divided into 4 factors which include human factors, vehicle factors, environmental factors and road factors.The accident data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the Bandar Lampung Police Department in 2015 to 2017. The methods used are Frequency Method, Highways Weighting Method, INDII-Aus Aid Weighting Method and KSI Method. The purpose of this study is to find out the Blackspot Region which often occurs in traffic accidents, knowing the causes that influence and prevention so that the level of accidents that occur can be anticipated and how to overcome the Blackspot Region.Based on the results of calculations obtained from the Frequency Method, Weighting of Highways, Weighting of INDII-Aud Aid and KSI, in 2017 7 Blackspot Areas were obtained. In 2016 only used the Frequency Method obtained by 6 Blackspot Areas.Whereas in 2015 also only used the Method of Frequency obtained by 5 Blackspot Areas.Keywords: Black Spot, Frequency Method, Highways Weighting Method, INDII-Aud Aid Weighting Method, KSI Method
