    Development of population in Bandar Lampung City and the demand for vehicles from year to year was increasing, such as private vehicles, public transportation, buses and others. This had an impact on the development of facilities and infrastructure of transportation which facilitated the movement occurring on the Zainal Abidin Pagar Alam road section. One of the facilities found on Z.A Pagar Alam road is the Median Opening (U-Turn) which changed direction by turning 180°. One of the effects of the U-Turn movement was going slowly or stopping vehicles. This would affect the movement of other vehicles on the main road. In addition, there were also many cases where the vehicle couldn’t rotate directly because of less radius of rotation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Median Opening (U-Turn) on the traffic performance at Z.A Pagar Alam road with the Gap Acceptance Method. The use of the Gap Acceptance Method would get the Queue Length value, Gap value and Wait Time (Follow Up Time). Based on the analysis and calculations carried out at the Median Opening (U-Turn) in front of Wisma Bandar Lampung, it could be concluded that the effect of the U-Turn on Monday morning from Tanjung Karang to Rajabasa and vice versa was the biggest effect on traffic performance where the gap was 439 vehicles and queue due to a gap was 899 vehicles, follow-up times was 309 vehicles and queue due to follow-up time was 1449 vehicles.     AbstrakPelat adalah struktur planar kaku dengan elemen tipis yang secara khas terbuat dari material monolit yang tingginya lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan dimensi lain dan menahan beban transversal melalui aksi lentur masing-masing tumpuan. Analisis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dimensi balok anak terhadap momen lentur pelat dua arah dengan menggunakan Metode Amplop dan Metode Elemen Hingga. Data struktur pelat dan balok didapatkan dari Pembangunan Gedung Radioterapi Rumah Sakit Umum Abdoel Muluk Bandar Lampung. Perhitungan Metode Amplop menggunakan tabel koefisien momen dan pada Metode Elemen Hingga pelat dibagi menjadi elemen – elemen yang lebih kecil agar hasil yang didapat menjadi lebih sederhana dan mudah diperoleh. Program yang dipakai dalam analisis ini adalah Microsoft Excel dan program SAP2000 sebagai pemodelan struktur pembanding. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa nilai momen pada Metode Amplop yang tidak memasukkan dimensi balok anak lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan nilai momen menggunakan Metode Elemen hingga sehingga penggunaan Metode Elemen Hingga lebih aman digunakan dalam perhitungan struktur. Kata kunci : Metode Amplop, Metode Elemen Hingga, Pelat Dua Arah

     AbstrakSeiring dengan kemajuan teknologi infrastruktur , maka teknologi pembangunan infrastruktur semakin berkembang. Tanah memegang peranan penting dalam pembangunan infrastruktur yang baik. Untuk mengetahui tanah timbunan yang baik, dapat dilihat dari pengujian CBR. Oleh karena itu, penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian hasil nilai uji CBR metode tumbukan dengan metode tekanan modified proctor di laboratorium dengan alat tekan pemadat modifikasi. Sampel tanah yang digunakan berasal dari daerah Tirtayasa, Kec. Sukabumi Bandar Lampung, terdiri dari enam sampel untuk pengujian standar di laboratorium dan dua belas sampel untuk pengujian alat tekan pemadat modifikasi. Hasil penelitian di laboratorium menunjukkan bahwa berat volume maksimum (γdmaks) sebesar 1,77 gr/cm3. Pada pengujian di laboratorium didapatkan nilai CBR tanpa rendaman sebesar 9% dan rendaman sebesar 2,7%. Sedangkan CBR tanpa rendaman menggunakan alat tekan modifikasi didapatkan nilai CBR sebesar 9,6% pada tekanan 5 Mpa, 10,4% tekanan 10 Mpa, dan 11% tekanan 15 Mpa dan pengujian rendaman didapatkan nilai CBR sebesar 1,7% pada tekanan 5 Mpa, 2% pada 10 Mpa, dan 4,5% pada 15 Mpa. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, alat modifikasi menghasilkan nilai CBR yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan pengujian CBR metode standar. Katakunci:Modified Proctor, Alat Tekan Pemadat Modifikasi, Pemadatan, CB

    Road facilities aim to accomodate existing traffic volumes the designing is also adjusted to traffic characteristic. However, in fact, the comfort level has not meet the requirements of the guide book. This problem is indicated by the slowing down of passing vehicles, the long traffic jam that makes road density this research, simulated to compare vehicles volume and the road capacity along the research road, analysis the level of service catagory based on the road density, predicted the time traveled of the traffic and accomodated by types of road, degree of saturation and speed allowed.  Based on the date analysis the highest traffic jam for traffic volume is in Purnawirawan, then after the analysis of capacity, the highess road density is in University of Lampung, the underpass project for the degree of saturation the analysis is compared with the on the spot real time date. And the result is the highest traffic jam is in underpass project in University of Lampung wich is the real time distance traveled is more density than the distance allowed.  In conclusion, we need to review the geometric design of road, because the geometric design of road is really affect traffic jam. And we have to re-announced about public transportation, so the vehicles volume will decrease. Keywords: traffic volumes. Degree of saturation, speed, road capacity.

    Analisis Tarif Angkutan Umum Berdasarkan Biaya Operasional Kendaraan (Studi kasus Bus Trans Lampung Trayek Bandar Lampung – Bandara Raden Inten II)

    Determination of tariff rates must be able to bridge the interests of passengers and operators of public transport. The Trans Lampung Bus services for people in various travel routes, one of them is from Bandar Lampung - Raden Inten Airport and vice versa. Data is obtained by carrying out load factor surveys on Trans Lampung Bus Route Bandar Lampung - Raden Inten II Airport and conducting interviews with PT. Trans Lampung. Then the data is analyzed, the results of data analysis to determine the amount of Vehicle Operating Costs (BOK).According by BOK based tariffs with the results of a survey conducted by researchers were able to obtain 11,43% of existing load factor and a tariff of Rp38.100,00/passenger. Based on the data obtained from the Trans Lampung bus on (weekday) 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th of November 2018 and on (weekend) 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th of November 2018 with a load factor of 12,58% to obtain BOK tariff is Rp34.700,00/passenger. Based on data obtained from the Trans Lampung bus on Monday (weekday), Sunday (weekend), the average load factor in one year (January - December 2018) is 14,46%, so the BOK tariff is Rp30.000,00/passenger. Based on the survey results of load factor sister Cahya Ayu Afrisca on 10 September – 3 November 2018 the load factor was obtained on Monday (weekday) and Sunday (weekend) was 21,79% so that the BOK tariff is Rp20.100,00/passenger.Keywords: tariffs, public transportation, Vehicle Operating Costs, BOK

    Handling road damage using the greenroads method is one solution to the problem of natural resources. This method uses a recycling method of dismantling the old pavement layers to be used as a mixture of new pavement layers. This study aims to determine the use of Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP) material as a mixture of materials to be used again as AC - WC (Asphalt Concrete - Wearing Coarse) pavement and determine the best percentage between recycled asphalt mixture from RAP and new material. The results of this study were obtained for the stability value on the use of 25% RAP, 50% RAP and 75% in a row obtained 1300,320 kg, 1076,468 kg and 966 kg. Of the three variations in the use of RAP it has mixed characteristics and marshall characteristics that meet the General Specifications of Bina Marga. The Optimum Asphalt Content (KAO) value for the percentage of RAP use of 25%, 50% and 75% in a row obtained 5,8%, 5,6% and 5,4%.     Rainfall data is one of the data which plays an important role in order to calculate construction project, especially for flood hazard zone nor near the river zone and coastal area. In rainfall data recording sometimes an unwanted thing happened like a rainfall data vacancy in certain area, this is certainly has an impact on the construction’s calculation. On a missing rainfall data, predictions can be made using the method of reciprocal, normal ratio, an algebraic average. The purpose of this sudy is to determine the correlation value from the result of rainfall data predictions by comparing the correlation values of these three methods by using three stations R002,006,R018 in pringsewu regency. This study also aims to determine the fluctuations in the results of these three methods, which methods produces the best correlation and not too fluctuating in order to replace the missing rainfall data. The results of this research that has been done, using the method of reciprocal obtained that standard deviation give the best result among other I 0,22 which is categorized as poor value and the result of correlation average is 0,36 which is categorized as good enough.     Pengaruh Abu Sekam Padi Sebagai Bahan Pengganti Sejumlah Semen Terhadap Kuat Tekan dan Kuat Lentur pada Beton Reaktif (Reactive Powder Concrete)

    Kualitas beton dapat ditentukan dari komposisi adukan, jenis bahan, dan cara perawatan. Betonreaktif adalah salah satu jenis beton mutu tinggi yang komposisinya mengandung banyak semendan bahan sangat halus lainnya serta di rawat dengan cara pemanasan. Abu sekam padi yangmengandung senyawa silika juga berpotensi untuk bahan adukan beton reakif.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada variasi presentase abu sekam sebagai pengganti sejumlah semen(0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, dan 40%) dan cara perawatan benda uji prisma 40 x 40 x 160 mm(pemanasan suhu pada 180º, perawatan uap air panas pada 90 º, dan perendaman dalam air).Pengujian kuat lentur pada umur 7 hari dan kuat tekan pada umur 7 hari dan 28 hari. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa kuat lentur optimum 16, 48 MPa diperoleh dari komposisi 10% abusekam dan perawatan uap air panas. Kuat tekan optimum juga diperoleh dari perawatan uap airpanas, namun pada komposisi 30% abu sekam, yaitu 37,54 MPa umur 7 hari dan 54,44 MPa umur28 hari. Dengan demikian abu sekam dapat digunakan untuk bahan pengganti sebagian semendalam komposisi beton reaktif dengan perawatan uap air panas.Kata kunci : beton mutu tinggi, beton reaktif , reactive powder concrete, abu sekam, kuat tekan, kuat lentur

    Kajian Rekayasa Lalu Lintas Pasca Dibangunnya Fly Over Kemiling, Bandar Lampung

    Congestion has become a common problem faced by the community. The intersection of Pramuka -Cik Ditiro street is one of the most prone congestion areas in Bandar Lampung. One of the solution that can we do to reduce congestion is to build a fly over,that is expected to reduce congestion so that it will give a good impacts. The purpose of this study is to determine traffic conflicts and the magnitude of travel delays occurring around the Kemiling fly over. This study uses gap acceptance and follow-up methods to calculate the queue of vehicles that rotate at u-turn. The data collection is done by recording a video. The duration of the recording are 4 times with a duration of 1.5 hours in the morning and evening for 2 days (Monday and Saturday). Based on data analysis that has been carried out, after the construction of a fly over, it turns out there are still some congestion conflicts at several points during rush hour (morning and evening). The data obtained is the delay on the u-turn in front of the fly over which is 8.42 seconds for the average gap time and 5.13 seconds for the average follow-up time with the number of vehicles passing as many as 274.     design and analysis of cable stayed bridge with 800 m span

    Bridges are constructions that connect people and land transportation that is blocked by obstacles. One of which is the type of cable stayed bridge.. This bridge structure consists of a combination of various structural components such as pylon, cable and deck. The deck is hung with a prestressed cable that is anchored to the pole. Gravitational and lateral forces acting on the bridge deck will be transferred to the ground via cables and pylon. The cable will receive tensile force and the pylon accepts the compressive force. This bridge planned 800 m long, 14 m wide traffic, 1.5 m sidewalk width, elongated girder type is tub girder, 300 mm plate thickness, cable arrangement is 2 fields and fan, and the cable used is VSL 7-wire strand. Girder quality of 290 MPa, concrete quality of 35 MPa, and welding quality of 490 MPa. Bridge model calculations are supported by SAP 2000 and Microsoft Excel programs. From the calculation results obtained the reinforcement design for the sidewalk using the main reinforcement D16-150 mm and reinforcement for D13-200 mm, reinforcement for vehicle floors both in the field and pedestal with the main reinforcement D22-100 mm and reinforcement for D16-100 mm. The dimensions of the girder used were flanges of 1 m x 0.05 m, web 1.3 m x 0.01 m and lower fluxes 4.2 m x 0.04 m. To get a more stable structure design, 3-dimensional analysis is needed. Keywords: Cable Stayed Bridge, Tub Girder, Girde
