    Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Berbasis Komputer Untuk Siswa SMP Kelas VIII

    This research aimed to result computer-based interactive learning media for eighth grade students of Junior High School. Developed interactive learning media consisted of two main parts: material and evaluation. The procedure of development followed Borg and Gall model. The interactive learning was validated by material and media experts. The material validation result was in very good category and media validation was in good category. The media was tried out at SMP Negeri 3 Palu. The students’ response in small and large-scale try out were in very good category. The students’ learning achievement showed an improvement where normalized gain (<g>) was in moderate category. The results showed that developed interactive learning media is feasible to use as an learning media in supporting conceptual understanding

    This research is about influence of brain based learning (BBL) toward critical thinking skill and student’s learning achievement at grade XI IPA SMA Negeri 9 Palu in acid base solution concept. The method is quasy experiment with design of pretest-posttest control group design. The technic of analysis used nonparametric statistical method mann whitney U-test. The sample of this research was class XI IPA 1 as experiment group and class XI IPA 3 as control, which choosen by purposive sampling technic. Analysed found, sig.2-tailed (0,000) < 0,05 has significant difference of critical thinking skill, learning achievement of experiment and control gruop. Result of Test <g> were improved of critical thinking skill and student’s learning achievement in experiment group more high than control group. The conclusion of  this research was brain based learning (BBL) has influential to improved critical thinking skill, student’s learning skill at grade XI IPA SMA Negeri 9 Palu in acid base solution concept

    This study aims to determine the student’s interest and critical thinking skills of the twelfth grade students of IPA at SMAN 1 Sindue through the application of problem based learning and project based learning. The study was conducted using an experimental method of pre-experimental design used one shot case study. The samples of this study were 34 students of class XII IPA 1 and 34 students of class XII IPA 2. The instrument used was student’s questionnaire test, assessment sheets of critical thinking, and observation sheets of teacher and student activities. Based on the analysis of the data obtained, the results are: through the application of problem-based learning and project-based learning of the twelfth grade students of SMAN 1 Sindue the student’s interest in learning was categorized as high. This is supported by the results of the research. There is no significant difference between the students' interestt who taught by using problem-based learning and project based learning. Both learning models are effectively contributes to increase student’s critical thinking skills with the result that there are significant differences between students' critical thinking skills of the twelfth grade students of IPA 1 and IPA 2 although both the mentioned group was categorized in the level of critical thinking

    The main problem on this research is the low activity and learning output on the year six students elementary school (SD) Inpres 1 Tondo. Therefore, based on this problem, classroom action research has been done. The aim of this research is to implement the cooperative learning model of group investigation type. The studying focused on the main material about less energy which taught on semester II based on the program at that school. The instrument which used was lesson plans, scenario of teaching, sheets of observation activity for student and teacher, and final test at the action of cycle 2. For the results of learning output on cognitive at the pre-action average score was 65,9 the classical understanding was 65,9 and the classical completed was 52,5%. On cycle I, the average learning output score was 68,7, the classical understanding was 65,9, and 65,9% of classical understanding. On cycle II, the average csore was 88,30, and the classical completed was 87,5%. In cycle I, affective score was average 3,2 (begin to develope), in cycle II, it was 3,55 (habit). Psychomotorscore was average 3,2 (begin to develop) in cycle I and it was 3,8 (habit) in cycle II. To achieve the criterion of classical completed was influenced by the optimum of teacher and student actifity during the learning process using group investigation

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dinamika transpor sedimen di Estuari Sungai Palu yang memiliki batimetri curam dan perairan yang dangkal di muara.  Simulasi model hidrodinamika dan transpor sedimen dilakukan dengan menggunakan model tiga dimensi ECOMSED yang dibangun oleh HydroQual, Inc., (2002). Simulasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan gaya pembangkit debit sungai dan pasang surut. Hasil simulasi pola arus pada penampang horizontal pada setiap kondisi pasang surut dominan bergerak ke luar teluk, pada penampang vertikal, saat elevasi pasang tertinggi arus bergerak memasuki teluk pada lapisan paling bawah dengan kecepatan arus yang relatif kecil. Perhitungan elevasi permukaan dan kecepatan arus pada penampang vertikal memperlihatkan kesesuaian yang baik dengan data sekunder dan DISHIDROS dan observasi arus.     It has been conducted a research where that aim is to describe the influence of the guided inquiry learning process with the scientific approach on the learning outcomes of and scientific attitudes of student. The population in this study is all students of class X SMA Negeri 9 Palu with academic year 2014/2015. The purposive sampling is used for sampling technique where class XA as an experimental class and class B as a control class. The research design used is the pretest-posttest control group design. Statistical test used is the Mann-Whitney U-Test. Based on the analysis of the calculation of the value of <g>, there is an improvement on learning outcomes of student in the experimental class compared to the control class. Based on statistical test, it is showed that  Zcalculation<Ztable at significant level of 0.05, which means that the guided inquiry in chemistry learning through scientific approach gives a significant effect on learning outcomes and scientific attitudes of student in class X SMA Negeri 9 Palu on electrolyte and on-electrolytes solution topic

    Pengaruh Urutan Pemberian Materi Pembelajaran (Sequenced) Dengan Model Fragmented dan Model Connected Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Konsep Vektor Di SMA Negeri 1 Palu

    The present research is an experimental research studies about the effect of presenting sequenced learning material on the concept of vector through fragmented and connected learning model. The subject of the research consists of 30 students of grade XA who were treated with fragmented model and 30 students of grade XB who were treated with connected model. The data of the two groups of subject were analyzed by using t-test with 5% real level. The result of the experiment indicates that thitung (4,02) is out of acceptance  area (2,66). The result indicates that there is the difference result of the students’ learning on concept of vector between those who taught by using fragmented and connected model. Quantitatively, the average score of the students who were treated by using fragmented model is 73, 56 and those who were treated by using connected model is 61,78, it then can be inferred that the fragmented learning model is more effective than connected model use to present the lesson

    Green open space ( RTH ) city from year to year has declined significantly , resulting in wide open space from year to year is narrowed . The purpose of this study was to identify available  of green space in the city of Palu , to know necessity of green space based on width area and number of population in palu, and to formulate the direction  of green space  developing in Palu. The Methods that used in this research is Maximum Likelihood Classification (MLC) methods.  The image  that  used  was captured from landsat TM 7 year  2009 and 2013. Both processed with Arc GIS 10 and ER Mapper 12 software.  The result from five category of land use/cover during 2009 and 2013 is built area increased  36 %, open land increase 74 %, Agricultural green space increase 10 %, other green space decrease 22 %, and water body decrease 40 %. Green open space in Palu needs to develop new concept of green open space, plant tree species that can absorb polution, formulate the direction of green open spaces developing, and make a rule of law about how to manage green open space developing in Palu City

    This study tries to describe the influence of ICT media toward student’s motivation and learning outcome.The study question was how to ICT media influences toward student’s motivation and learning outcome.This study was carried out at SDN Model Terpadu Madani Palu on even semester 2013-2014. The methods of this study was experiment by using ICT media as dependent variable (X). Motivation and learning outcomes as independent variable (Y). The result of this study by using F-test were both the motivation and learning outcome very significant. The result of Fcount motivation and learning outcome each by 242.07 and 121.00. This result more than Ftable (1%) = 94.40. In conclusion: By using ICT media on science learning at grade 5th SDN Model Terpadu Madani Palu would be increasing ofstudent’s motivation and learning outcome

    Pembelajaran Kekhasan Atom Karbon Untuk Membentuk Karakter dan Hasil Belajar Siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Tolitoli

    The characters of students can be developed through a learning process integrated to the subjects of chemistry on the distinctiveness of carbon atoms with stimulus on the achievement of learning outcomes in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects through cooperative method of STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) type. This study analysed and described: (1) effect of learning the distinctiveness of carbon atoms charged characters to develop characters of students at SMK Negeri 1 Tolitoli; (2) effect of learning the distinctiveness of carbon atoms charged characters to the learning outcomes of students at SMK Negeri 1 Tolitoli; (3) effect of characters to the learning outcomes on learning the distinctiveness of carbon atoms at SMK Negeri 1 Tolitoli. This study used a quasi-experimental method. The samples was whole classes of X CEN (Computer Engineering and Networks) consisting of class X CEN1 with 32 students as an experimental group, and class X CEN2 with 34 students as a control group, which were determined by purposive random sampling technique. The data were collected using questionnaires, tests, interviews and observation sheets. The data were analysed using t-test with the significance level α= 0.05. The results showed that (1) learning the distinctiveness of carbon atom charged characters affected to develop characters of students at SMK Negeri 1 Tolitoli showed by significance value (0,000) < α (0,05); (2) learning the distinctiveness of carbon atom charged characters affected to the learning outcomes of students at SMK Negeri 1 Tolitoli showed by significance value (0,000) < α (0,05); and (3) the characters affected to the learning outcomes on learning the distinctiveness of carbon atoms at SMK Negeri 1 Tolitoli showed by significance value (0,005) < α (0,05)
