    Pengembangan Perangkat Pembelajaran Fisika Kelas X Dengan Model Plomp Di Sma Negeri 5 Palu

    The research aims at developing the Physics  subject Instructional packages of year X semester I SMAN 5 Palu  by Plomp model. The research employed Research Development Desain. The instructional package drafis that have been previously developed validated by a content expert, a design expert, and a media expert. The revised version of the packages were tried out info three defferent subject indimall group and big group which contained 30 student and 1 teacher. Questionnaire designed in 1 to 5 scale was used as the instrument of data collection. Suggestion, input and coment during consultation period were also noted and used to compliment the collected data from the questionnaire. The results of the data analysis show that 1) the instructional materials product score ranges from  75.38% to 96.84%, indicating  that the instructional material is Good and Very Good qualifying , 2) The teacher’s book product score ranges  with the average of 80% indicating  that the teacher’s book product is Good  qualifying ,  and 3) The s student’s book product score ranges from 80% to 96% indicating  that the student’s book product is Good  and Very Good qualifying. Based on product feasibility assessment table, that if the cumulative result of the calculation to the development of products derived reach the criteria above a value of 75%, the products developed are considered valid and reliable for use. The effectiveness of the instructional materials obtained by t-test which was tcounted(2,675) , t table(0,05:58)(1,675). It implies that the instructional packages have been valid and ready to be used

    Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Inquiri Melalui Keterampilan Proses Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPA di Kelas IV SDN Model Terpadu Madani Palu

    The major problem of this research was that any students had under school minimum standard of mastery learning on their daily exam of Science concepts. The school minimum standard of mastery learning was 75%. Therefore, experimental research was conducted with the aim of implementation of learning method through skills process to improve learning outcomes of Science on students class IV at SDN Model Terpadu Madani Palu. Learning was focused on the integrated thematic learning through scientific approach and authentic assessment recommended by Curriculum 2013. The instruments were learning plans including learning scenarios, teacher and student activities observation sheets, and pretest and posttest. Results of the data analysis showed that learning by inquiry method through skills process improved an average posttest score to 6.15, while the learning mastery reached up 24.24%. The authentic assessment as the characteristic of scientific assessment on integrated science had an average attitude 3.30 (start developing) with the percentage average 82.72%. Teacher activities implemented reached an average 4.95 with the percentage average implemented 99.16% or very good implementation, and activities of 24 students implemented reached an average 4.69 with the percentage average implemented 93.89% or very good implementation. It can be concluded that the application of inquiry learning model through skills process improved the learning outcomes of Science through integrated thematic and authentic assessment approaches

    This study aimed to describe the students' motivation during the implementation of guided inquiry strategy onlearning of Science, and to describe improving learning achievement of students after the implementation of guided inquiry strategy on learning of Science in the Class VI at SDN 15 Palu, The method used was the classroom action research, implemented at SDN 15 Palu school year 2014/2015 in the Class VI consisted of 26 students. This study was conducted over two cycles. Each cycle included of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were qualitative collected through observation techniques, and quantitative obtained by giving a test at the end of each cycle. Results of the study showed that the implementation of guided inquiry strategy improved effectively learning achievement of students in the Class VI at SDN 15 Palu. Improving learning achievement was demonstrated by the acquisition of their learning achievement sat the first cycle as follows: the percentage of individual absorption was good average, the percentage of classical completeness was good average, and the percentage of classical absorption was good average. Those were increased at the second cycle: the percentage of individual absorption was very good average, the percentage of classical completeness was very good average, and the percentage of classical absorption was still good average, respectively. Activities of the teacher at the first cycle was good average, and at the second cycle was very good average. Activitiesof students at the first cycle was good average, and increased at the second cycle into a very good average. The use of guided inquiry strategy improved student’s motivation. Improving student’s motivation was indicated by increasing motivation with a good average at the first cycle to a very good average at the second cycle. This study concluded that the implementation of guided inquiry strategy improved motivation and learning achievement of students

    This research aimed to describe correlation between: (1)  learning style and critical thinking skill; (2) learning style and cognitive ability in chemistry subject; and (3) critical thinking skill and cognitive ability of students in chemistry subject at Class X of SMKN I Bungku Tengah. The population of the research was 48 students at Class X of SMKN I Bungku Tengah registered in 2013/2014 academic year. The sample of the research was the overall of the population member (saturated sample). The collecting data used questionnaire and multiple choice test. Data of the research were analyzed by using correlation and regression analyses. Based on the data analyses, it could be concluded that there were positive correlations between: (1)  the learning style and the critical thinking skill; (2) the learning style and the cognitive ability; and (3) the critical thinking skill and the cognitive ability in chemistry subject of the students at Class X of SMKN IBungku Tengah

    This research aimed to describe the profile of conceptual knowledge of seventh grade students Al-Azhar Palu  of junior high school in solving linear equation-one variable (LEOV) problem. Subjects of the research were students from mathematics high ability. Data collection used mathematics achievement test, conceptual knowledge test, and interview protocol. Data of the research were analyzed by applying qualitative analysis. The result of data analysis in this research is: (1) there are by mistake in comprehending concept in classifying LEOV and non-LEOV;(2) can making a generalization by constructing a mathematical model from a story problem type; and (3)can determining equivalent equation forms, and remembering definition of order-1of LEOV and properties of LEOV

    This study aimed to improving activity and learning outcomes of students at fifth grade SD Inpres Baliase, Sigi County through implementing realistic learning approach. Data was collected by instrument of rubric of lesson plan, activity observation sheets of students and teacher, and formative test. The result of study showed that realistic learning approach could be improved students activities and learning outcomes. The student activities in first and second cycles have good categories. The learning by realistic approach could to be improving students learning outcomes. That was known by compare classical absorption between before and after action research. The learning outcome of first cycle has increased, although less that indicators. In the second cycle, it had significant and reach the classicai absorption as a school settled.     This research was aimed to determine the best based medium containing BAP in Melaleuca cajuputi propagation at the initiation stage, and to obtain the best growth of cajuputi plantlets during acclimatization stage.  The experiment was arranged in completely randomized design, which consists of two experimental stage, cajuputi bud initiation and cajuputi plantlet acclimatization. At the initiation stage, the tested treatment were combination of based medium (WPM and MS) and Cytokinin (BAP).  While at the acclimatization stage, plantlets from each treatment of initiation stage were grown in soil medium. This research was conducted over May to December 2014 at the Laboratory of Forest Biotechnology, Forestry Faculty Tadulako University.  Data were analyzed by Analysis of Varian and the differences between treatments were determined by Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT).  The outcome of this research showed that WPM based medium containing 0.7 ppm BAP had the best responses to the growth of cajuputi planlet (Melaleuca cajuputi) at the initiation stage. Application of Woody Plant Medium (WPM) based medium contained 0.7 ppm BAP at the initiation stage, give the optimal responses to the growth of Eucalyptus planlet (Melaleuca cajuputi) during the acclimatitation stage

    This research aimed at finding out the influence of factors in line with land area factor, seed, Urea fertilizer, Phonska fertilizer, Seprit fertilizer and labours toward the production of rice field cultivated with System of Rice Intensification (SRI) method at Lero Tataro Village, Sindue district, Donggala regency. The 40 respondents were taken through census method. A multiple linier regression was used to analyze the data. The results showed that the independent variable (Xi) gave a big influence toward the dependent variable (Y). The coefficient of determination (R2) was 0.979 which means that 98 percent of the variations of rice field’s production can be explained by the variable of land area (X1), seed (X2), Urea fertilizer (X3), Phonska fertilizer (X4), Seprit fertilizer (X5), and the labour (X6). The other 2 percent was explained out of the model. It can be said that farm production through System of Rice Intensification (SRI) method at Lero Tatari village were obviously influenced by the land area, seed, Urea fertilizer, Phonska fertilizer, Seprit fertilizer, and labours. The income of farm production using System of Rice Intensification (SRI) Method at Lero Tatari, Sindue district was Rp. 13.023.005.88/0.76 ha, or Rp. 17.079.351.97/ha

    The research aimed at investigating the effect of model of cooperative learning Type jigsaw, academic ability of student, and  interaction between learning model with the level of academic ability, on the cognitive learning outcomes of student. The method used is quasi-experimental pretest-posttest 2 x 2 factorial pattern. The research sample is determined with random sampling. The class selected as the research sample was class XI IPA 1, XI IPA 3, XI IPA 6, and XI IPA 7. The data was collected by using the cognitive achievement test typical the multiple choice Data obtained was the primary data, which directly analyzed descriptively and analysis of covariance. Results of the data analysis at significance level α = 0.05 is as follow: (1) the cognitive learning outcomes of student that were learned by the model of cooperative learning type jigsaw (mean = 82.22) was higher than the cognitive learning outcomes of student that were learned with the conventional learning (mean = 73.56) with a significance value of 0.000. (2) The cognitive learning outcomes of student who have the high level academic ability (mean = 85.10) was higher than the cognitive learning outcomes of student who have lower level of academic ability (mean = 72.36) with a significance value of 0.000. (3) There is an interaction effect between the model of cooperative learning with the academic abilitywith  the significance value of 0.002 was obtained in this case. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that: The model of cooperative learning type jigsaw, the academic ability, and the interaction between the model of cooperative learning with the academic ability effect on the cognitive learning outcomes

    Pengaruh Faktor Sosial Ekonomi Keluarga Nelayan Terhadap Konsumsi Ikan Di Kecamatan Pasangkayu Kabupaten Mamuju Utara

    This study aimed to find out the characteristics social economic fisherman families in Pasangkayu Subdistrict and analyze the effect of social economic factors (household income, the price of fish, the price of substitute goods, level of education, total of familiy responsibilities and the age of respondens) fisherman families toward fish consumption in Pasangkayu Subdistrict Mamuju Utara Regency. This study conducted in pasangkayu Subdistrict Mamuju Utara Regency West Sulawesi on June-August 2014. The total samples in this study were 74 families, selected by using proportional stratified random sampling method. The obtained data were analyzed using multiple linier regression analysis (SPSS versi 21) and tested with the classical assumption. Descriptif analysis using the average and percentage indicate that social economic factors of fiherman families has a strong category. Research result show that simultaneously social economic factors fisherman families significantly affect on fish consumption in Pasangkayu Subdistrict Mamuju Utara Regency, partially varialbe household income of fisherman families, fish price, chicken price, egg price, age of respondents and total of  family responsibilities are significant effect on fish consumption in Pasangkayu Subdistrict Mamuju Utara Regency
