This study aims to investigate the mediating role of interorganizational trust on the relationship between supply chain collaboration and operation performance. Supply chain collaboration measured using second order variables; information sharing, incentive alignment, and decision synchronization. Hypotheses testing using SmartPLS confirm positive relationship between supply chain collaboration and interorganiza-tional trust as well as interorganizational trust and operations performance. The direct relationship between supply chain collaboration and operation performance was not significant. These support the mediating role of interorganizational trust
SHOPPERS’ LOYALTY IN PASAR DUKUH MENANGGAL SURABAYA
This study improved the antecedents of loyalty such as price sensitivity, shopping values (utilitarian values and hedonic values) and satisfaction in Pasar Dukuh Menanggal Surabaya. It consists of 145 responents and the result tested by SEM. The result showed that price sensitivity has insignificant toward hedonic value. Shopping values are positively influencing satisfaction but utilitarian value plays a big role on this path. Moreover, the management should improve the necessity of customers to achieve shopping values, satisfaction and loyalty
KEUNGGULAN BERSAING KOPERASI BERKAITAN DENGAN PENERAPAN INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL, MANAJEMEN KEANGGOTAAN, DAN PARTISIPASI ANGGOTA
The objectives of this study were to determine intellectual capital application, membership management and member participation effects in Cooperative competitive advantage. Questionnaires were distributed to 208 respondents. The Successive Intervals method was used in order to convert ordinal scale of measurement to be interval measurement level. The Research model was a path analysis and the results of this study showed that the intellectual capital, membership management and member participation simultaneously and partially affected competitive advantage
PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN FOOD AND BEVERAGE
The purpose of this study was to analyze financial performance as measured by Return on Assets (ROA) on firm value as measured by Tobin\u27s Q as well as to analyze the Good Corporate Governance as a moderating variable. The research objects were food and beverage firms. The technique analysis was multi-ple linear regression analysis. The results showed that financial performance was influenced on the value of firms, while the Good Corporate Governance was not a moderating variable of the relationship between the financial performance and the firm value
PENGARUH MARKET ORIENTATION TERHADAP SERVICE QUALITY, SATISFACTION, DAN LOYALTY PELANGGAN TOKO BUKU GRAMEDIA DI JAWA TIMUR
The research objectives were to prove and to analyze the effect of market orientation on service quality, customer satisfaction and loyalty. The research sample consisted of 144 customers. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS. The results proved that market orientation had significant effect on service quality; market orientation had significant effect on satisfaction; market orienta-tion had no significant effect on customer loyalty; service quality had significant effect on satisfaction; service quality had no significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction had significant effect on customer loyalty

The purpose of this research was to see the influence of product quality, perceived service, and price to buying interest to the SMEs products in Tangerang. The research type was quantitative. The research object and subject were SMEs in Tangerang and consumers. The data was collected by personally administered questionnaires that utilized convenience sampling method. The analysis method used multiple regression. Product quality, perceived service and price affectted to buying interest simultaneously. Product quality and price affected to buying interest partially; while perceived service had no impact to buying interest
PERBANDINGAN BRAND EQUITY PRODUK SHAMPOO MEREK SUNSILK DENGAN MEREK PANTENE
The objectives of the study were to know the difference in brand equity and its elements between shampoo products with brand Sunsilk and Pantene. The data analysis technique used was the mean difference test with paired samples. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there is no difference between brand equity Sunsilk with Pantene. the four dimensions of brand equity, just a different one, namely brand perceived quality. Therefore the next shampoo brand Sunsilk should be more focus on the improvement of the quality of its products by way of innovation in flavor, ingredients, and overall quality so as to always be in the top brand position together Pantene
PERBANDINGAN KINERJA KEUANGAN ANTARA PERUSAHAAN ASURANSI, BANK, EFEK, DAN LEASING PERIODE 2007–2010
There was high competition among financial companies to get funds from the society lately. It will have impacts on their financial performance. This study aimed to examine whether there was a difference in finan-cial performance among bank, insurance, brokerage firm and leasing company, especially on financial ratios. The statistical tool used was independent sample t test. The results showed bank had the most significant differences others, especially on PER, PBV, EPS, ROA, ROE, DAR, DER. Besides, there were no significant differences on financial ratios among them on growth of revenue and net income growth

Accounting researchs on corporate governance and earnings management refers to the positive accounting theory and agency theory. Most of the result empirical studies showed that implementing of good corporate governance (GCG) negatively affect to earnings management. Excessive earnings management practices will affect the credibility of the financial statements in the user’s perception namely investors, creditors and other stakeholders. Corporate governance and earnings management associated with behavioral problems, therefore qualitative research method as an alternative to explore further of the behavioral problems
UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KEBERHASILAN IMPLEMENTASI ERP UNTUK MEMBANGUN KEUNGGULAN BERSAING UKM DI JAWA TENGAH
Enterprise Resource Planning is an integrated software applied in the organization. This study aimed to determine the factors that influence the successful implementation of ERP in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Central Java to build competitive advantage. The hypothesis were tested by SEM to 107 respondents. Results of data analysis proved that the variable Business Process Reengineering was the most impact. It recommended that small and medium entrepreneurs to learn and consolidate prior efforts to reengineer its business before applying ERP
