THE APPLICATION OF TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL ON INTERNET BANKING USERS IN THE CITY OF DENPASAR
Full text linkThe analysis unit of this study was clients of the five major banks in Denpasar. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of internet banking using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. The research method was SEM which was processed by using SPSS dan AMOS. The results of this study showed that both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness had significant and positive effects on the attitude towards using internet banking. Both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness also had positive and significant effects on actual usage. Attitude toward using had a significant and positive relationship with actual usage

Full text linkThis study aimed to find out the strategy implementation for the achievement of quality standard and the effect on timber’s sale in the European market. The result were the strategy that used by PT Seng Fong to achieve the quality standard such as legal purchases of raw materials, timber certification, compliance with product EN standard and usage of adjuvant glue and paint consistent with international standards. Results of analysis of data obtained adjusted R2 value 0.701 which means 70.1% of sales are influenced by the strategy of achieving quality standards

Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari analisis fundamental, teknikal, dan faktor ma-kroekonomi terhadap harga saham sektor pertanian. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode regresi panel de-ngan lama penelitian antara bulan Februari 2013 sampai dengan April 2013. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor Book Value per Share (BVS), Price to Book Value (PBV), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), tren har-ga saham, BI rate, harga minyak dunia, dan kurs rupiah memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap harga sa-ham sektor pertanian pada level 1%

Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh atmospheric terhadap customer loyalty melalui joy pada pengunjung Trans Studio Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan SEM dengan LISREL 8.7. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan survei melalui kuesioner. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 120 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan satu dari tiga variabel atmospheric berpengaruh terhadap variabel joy yaitu design, dua variabel lainnya yaitu ambience dan interaction tidak berpengaruh terhadap joy dan joy berpengaruh terhadap custo-mer loyalty
A STUDY OF THE INNOVATION POWER OF SMEs IN SEMARANG
Full text linkThe objective of this study was to analyze the reasons why a business could sustain its life. The approaches used were industrial based approach and micro business unit approach. The sampling method was purposive sampling combined by convenience sampling technique.The amount of samples were 100. The method of analysis used were nonparametric statistics and regression analysis. The study found that the innovation power of SMEs in Semarang was quite small (around 5%). This finding was expected to benefit business actors in Indonesia, namely to help increase innovation power so that their businesses could survive and continue to exist

Full text linkMasalah yang dihadapi oleh BPS Kabupaten Lampung Tengah adalah adanya KSK yang tidak bekerja sesuai prosedur jika tidak diawasi pimpinan secara langsung. Selain itu, tingkat disiplin KSK masih relatif rendah. Masalah tersebut menyebabkan kinerja KSK BPS belum optimal. Data didapatkan melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif dengan alat analisis korelasi produk momen, regresi sederhana, dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menyatakan bahwa pengawasan dan disiplin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja KSK BPS Kabupaten Lampung Tengah
EFEKTIVITAS SOCIAL MEDIA ADVERTISING: PERAN BRAND FAMILIARITY DAN KONGRUENSI ENDORSER
Full text linkThis study examined the impact of brand familiarity and endorsers’ congruence with product being advertised on consumer responses to social media advertising in Twitter. Findings suggested that the product with a familiar brand endorsed by celebrity with high image congruence led to greater consumer trust, more positive attitude, and greater purchase intention than any other familiarity-congruence combinations. Interestingly, for unfamiliar brand, there is no significant difference between high and low endorsers’ congruence
THE MODEL OF JUSTICE AND COMMITMENT IN THE EVALUATION OF STUDENT’S PERFORMANCE
Full text linkThis study aimed to examine the importance of justice in students’ performance evaluation which might foster students’ commitment to lecturers, and as a consequence students would perform well. The research was conducted on students from departments of Sebelas Maret University who had undertaken com-petency-based learning; and used stratified sampling. Regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses. The results showed that students’ commitment to lecturers did not significantly influence students’ performance. Distributive and procedural justice in controlled commitment did not significantly influence students’ performance. On the other hand, procedural and distributive justice significantly influenced students’ com-mitment to lecturers

Full text linkThis research aimed to investigate the relationship between reverse logistic capabilities with customer orientation, customer opportunism, resource commitments and contractual arrangements and investigate the relationship between reverse logistic capabilities and cost saving. Data from 30 respondents were collected using questionnaire then analyzed using SmartPLS. Hypotheses testing indicated the absence of relationship between customer orientation and reverse logistic capability. Research also found that resource commitment and contractual arrangement have positive relationship with reverse logistic capability, while negative relationship empirically proven on the relationship between reverse logistic capability and cost saving

Full text linkThis research was conducted to determine the factors that affect the desire to move Winston real estate agent in Surabaya. The population in this study amounted to 149 people. The sample of this research used the method of sampling of incidental to the level of a 10% error. Sample of this research as many as 113 people. This research used a quantitative approach. The technique of collecting data used questionnaires completed by respondents. Methods of data analysis that was used by the analysis of the factor. Analysis of the factor was ordained by using program Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) which consists of two stages: a descriptive analysis and extraction. The results of this research show that the factors which affect the desire to move were composed of factors of individual and organizational factors. Individual factors which are more dominant than the system factors of the organization
