PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS MASALAH TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN REPRESENTASI MATEMATIS DAN BELIEF SISWA
Get PDFThis quasi experimental research aimed to know the influence of problem based learning model towards student’s mathematical representation skill and belief. The population of this research was all students of grade 8thof SMPN 25 Bandar Lampung in academic year of 2013/2014 that was distributed into eight classes. By purposive sampling technique, it was chosen students of VIII H and VIII I class as samples. The research data were obtained by test of mathematical representation skill and belief scale. The result of data analysis showed that the problem based learning affects the student’s mathematical representation skill, but it couldn’t affects the student’s belief.Penelitian eksperimen semu ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis masalah terhadap kemampuan representasi matematis dan belief siswa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMPN 25 Bandar Lampung tahun ajaran 2013/2014 yang terdistribusi dalam delapan kelas. Dengan teknik purposive sampling, terpilih siswa kelas VIII H dan VIII I sebagai sampel. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui tes kemampuan representasi matematis dan skala belief. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis masalah berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan representasi matematis siswa, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap belief siswa.Kata kunci: belief, pembelajaran berbasis masalah, representasi matemati

This research population was all students of grade 8th of SMPN 1 Sekampung Udik in academic year of 2013/2014 that was distributed into five classes. This research samples were students of VIII A and VIII D class who were taken by purposive random sampling technique. This research design was pretest-posttest control design. The research data were student’s mathematical representations skill. The conclusion of this research was the problem based learning model could increase the student’s mathematical representations skill.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan representasi matematis siswa. Get PDFThis research aimed to know the increasing of the ability of mathematical representations of students with realistic mathematics approach. The design which was used was pretest-posttest control group design. The population of this research was all students of grade VII of SMP Tamansiswa Telukbetung in academic year of 2013/2014 that was distributed into five classes. The samples of this research were students of VII B and VII E class which were taken by purposive random sampling technique. The research data were obtained by the test of mathematical representations ability. The conclusion of this research was realistic mathematics education was ineffective to increase mathematical representations ability of students.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan representasi matematis siswa dengan pendekatan matematika realistik. Desain yang digunakan adalah pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Tamansiswa Telukbetung tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 yang terdistribusi dalam lima kelas. This research design was pretest-posttest control group design. The population of this research was students of grade 8th of SMPN 8 Bandarlampung in academic years of 2013/2014 except students in the excellent class. The samples of this research were taken by purposive sampling technique. The research data were obtained by the test of mathematical problem solving skill. Based on hypothesis test, it was gotten the conclusion that the implementation of TGT learning model did not affect towards student’s mathematical problem solving skill significantly.Penelitian eksperimen semu ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa. Desain penelitian ini adalah pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMPN 8 Bandarlampung tahun pelajaran 2013/2014, kecuali siswa pada kelas unggulan. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis. PERBANDINGAN KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH MATEMATIS MENGGUNAKAN MODEL PBL DENGAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STAD
Get PDFThis descriptive research aimed to know the difference of student’s problem solving skill which used problem based learning and cooperative learning of STAD type. The population of this research was all students of grade 10th of SMAN 2 Pringsewu in academic year of 2013/2014 that was distributed into nine classes. The samples of this research were students of X IPA 4 and X IPA 5 class. The conclusion of this research was student’s mathematical problem solving skill which used cooperative learning of STAD type was higher than problem based learning.Penelitian deskriptif ini bertujuan mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa yang menggunakan problem based learning dan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMAN 2 Pringsewu tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 yang terdistribusi dalam sembilan kelas. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X IPA 4 dan X IPA 5. PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE GROUP INVESTIGATION TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH MATEMATIS
Get PDFThis quasi experimental research aimed to know the effect of the cooperative learning model of group investigation type towards the student’s mathematical problem solving skill. The research design which was used was posttest only control group design. The population of this research was all grade tenth students of even semester of SMA Paramarta 1 Seputih Banyak in academic year of 2013/2014. The sampling was done by choosing two of four classes randomly. Based on result of data analysis, it was concluded that the cooperative learning model of group investigation type did not effect the student’s mathematical problem solving skill.Penelitian eksperimen semu ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe group investigation terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah posttest only control group design. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas X semester genap SMA Paramarta 1 Seputih Banyak tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan memilih dua dari empat kelas secara acak. The design of this research was pretest posttest control group design. The population of this research was all students of grade 8th of SMP Negeri 3 Bandar Lampung in academic year of 2013/2014 as many as 200 students that was distributed into eight classes. The samples of this research were students of VIII G and VIII H class who were taken by purposive sampling technique. The research data were obtained by test of mathematical conceptual understanding. Based on analysis of data using t test, it obtained conclusion that cooperative learning model of numbered heads together type affect towards the student’s mathematical conceptual understanding. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe numbered heads together terhadap pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. Desain penelitian ini adalah pretest posttest control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Bandar Lampung tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 sebanyak 200 siswa yang terdistribusi dalam delapan kelas. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII G dan VIII H yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui tes pemahaman konsep matematis. The research population was all students of grade VII of SMP Negeri 19 Bandar Lampung in academic year of 2013/2014. The research samples were students of VII H and VII G class who were taken by purposive sampling. The research design was posttest only control design. Based on the analysis of data, it was obtained the conclusion that student’s mathematical conceptual understanding with TPS learning was higher than conventional learning. Thus, TPS learning affect the student’s mathematical conceptual understanding.Penelitian eksperimen semu ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS terhadap pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 19 Bandar Lampung tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII H dan VII G yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling. Desain penelitian adalah posttest only control design. Berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh simpulan bahwa pemahaman konsep matematis siswa dengan pembelajaran TPS lebih tinggi daripada pembelajaran konvensional.
