Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Berbasis ALQURUN Teaching Model pada Konsep Kubus dan Balok
Get PDFThis development research that aimed to produce products form of teaching materials based on Alqurun Teaching Model (ATM), and to find out the effectiveness of implementation of teaching materials products based on ATM on the concept of cubes and beams . The design of this study used the stages of research according with 2 main stages of preliminary, and formative test. The subjects of this research were students of MTs Darul Huda Bandar Lampung in academic year of 2016/2017. The research data was obtained through concept comprehension concept test. Data analysis techniques used t-test and N-Gain. The results of one to one test showsthat ATM based teaching materials are included in either category. The results of data analysis on the field test showed that there is an increase in the ability to understand students concepts an ATM based teaching materials with quite effective category.Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa bahan ajar berbasis Alqurun Teaching Model (ATM), dan mengetahui efektivitas penerapan produk bahan ajar berbasis ATM pada konsep kubus dan balok. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan tahap-tahap penelitian dengan 2 tahapan utama yaitu preliminary dan uji formatif. Subjek penelitian pengembangan ini adalah siswa-siswi MTs Darul Huda Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui tes kemampuan pemahaman konsep. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t dan N-Gain. Hasil uji perorangan menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar berbasis ATM termasuk dalam kategori baik. Hasil analisis data pada uji terbatas menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa setelah diberikan bahan ajar berbasis ATM dengan kategori cukup efektif.Kata kunci : bahan ajar berbasis ATM, pemahaman konsep,kubus dan balok
Efektivitas Model Pembelajaran Think Talk Write ditinjau dari Pemahaman Konsep Matematis Siswa

The population of this research was all students of grade seventh in Junior High School 2 Seputih Mataram in academic year of 2016/2017 that were distributed into 7 classes. The samples of this research were students of VII-A and VII-D class which were chosen by purposive sampling. This research used posttest only control group design. Analysis data of the research used t-test. Based on the result of this research, it was concluded that think talk write wasnt effective in terms of studentsconceptual understanding of mathematics.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think talk write ditinjau dari pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. Pengaruh Pembelajaran Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, Extending, Terhadap Pemahaman Konsep Matematis
Get PDFThis quasi experimental research aimed to find out the influence of cooperative learning of CORE type towards students mathematical concepts. The population of this research was all grade seven students of Junior High School state of 9 Metro in academic year of 2016/2017as amount as 217 students which were distributed into seven classes. The samples of this research were students of VII F and VII G class that were determined by purposive sampling technique. This research used pretest-posttest control group design. Data of this research used t test. The instrument of this research was essay test of mathematical concepts. Based on the research and discussion, it was concluded that cooperative learning of CORE type did not influence towards students mathematical concepts.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran kooperatif tipe CORE terhadap pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 9 Metro tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 sebanyak 217 siswa yang ter-distribusi dalam tujuh kelas. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII F dan VII G yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pretest-posttest control group design. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan uji t. Instrumen penelitian berupa soal tes pemahaman konsep yang berbentuk essay. Pengembangan LKPD Berbasis Kontekstual dalam Meningkatkan Pemahaman Konsep dan Disposisi Matematis
Get PDFThis research and development aimed to develop contextual year of based worksheet and to test the feasibility of worksheet in iincreasing understanding of concept and mathematical disposition. The subject of this research was the students of grade VII of SMP Negeri 2 Sekampung Udik Lampung Timur, in academic year of 2016/2017. This research and development followed the procedure of the Thiagarajan-4D model. Data obtained from worksheet validation, concept understanding test result and questionnaire of mathematical disposition. The study yielded a valid worksheet according to media and material experts, the percentage of concept understanding test results showed improvement, and mathematical disposition of learners tended to increase on some indicators.Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan LKPD berbasis kontekstual dan menguji kelayakan LKPD dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan disposisi matematis. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Sekampung Udik Lampung Timur, Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini mengikuti prosedur model-4D Thiagarajan. Data diperoleh dari validasi LKPD, hasil tes pemahaman konsep dan angket disposisi matematis. Penelitian menghasilkan LKPD yang valid menurut ahli media dan ahli materi, persentase hasil tes pemahaman konsep menunjukkan peningkatan, dan disposisi matematis peserta didik cenderung meningkat pada beberapa indikator.Kata kunci: LKPD, pendekatan kontekstual, pemahaman konsep, disposisi matemati
Efektivitas Model Pembelajaran Kontekstual ditinjau dari Kemampuan Komunikasi Matematis Siswa
Get PDFThis quasi experimental research aimed to know the effectiveness of cotextual teaching learning model in terms of students mathematical communication skill. The population of this research was all seventh grade students of SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Bandarlampung in Academic Year 2016/2017 that were distributed into 5 classes. The samples of this research were students of VII-D and VII-E classes which were chosen by cluster random sampling. This research used the randomized pretest-posttest control group design. Data of this research used Mann-Whitney U test and Binomial Sign test. Based on the result of this research and criticism, it was concluded that the implementation of contexttual teaching learning model wasnt effective in terms of students mathematical communication skill. However, gain of students mathematical communication skill with contextual taching learning model was higher than gain of students mathematical communication with conventional learning.Penelitian eksperimen semu ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model pembelajara kontekstual ditinjau dari kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Bandarlampung tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 yang terdistribusi dalam 5 kelas. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII-D dan VII-E yang dipilih dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain the randomized pretest-posttest control group design. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney U dan uji Tanda Binomial. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa model pembelajaran kontekstual tidak efektif ditinjau dari kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa. Akan tetapi, peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran kontekstual lebih tinggi daripada peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional.Kata kunci: efektivitas, komunikasi matematis, pembelajaran kontekstual
Pengembangan LKPD dengan Pendekatan CTL untuk Memfasilitasi Kemampuan Representasi Matematis
Get PDFThis research development aims to determine the results of LKPD development using CTL in facilitating mathematical representation ability students. Subjects in this research development is all students of class VIII.10 with the number of students 35 people in SMP Negeri 1 Gadingrejo academic year 2016/2017. The stages of development were research and information collecting, students worksheet prepartion, students worksheet validation, preliminary field testing and main field testing. The data of this research were obtained by observation, interview, questioneirs, and mathematical representation ability test. The material and media expert said that of the students worksheet development was valid. Based on data analysis of test results and observations during the study. Overall the product developed is effective enough to be used, it is shown by the average of N-gain ability of mathematical representation equal with enough effective criterion. The conclusion of this research is LKPD using CTL in mathematics learning has been able to facilitate students mathematical representation ability.Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil pengembangan LKPD dengan menggunakan pendekatan CTL dalam memfasilitasi kemampuan representasi matematis siswa. Subjek dalam penelitian pengembangan ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII.10 dengan jumlah siswa 35 orang di SMP Negeri 1 Gadingrejo tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Tahapan pengembangan ini yaitu studi pendahuluan, penyusunan dan validasi LKPD, uji coba lapangan awal, dan uji lapangan. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, angket, dan tes representasi matematis. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa LKPD yang dikembangkan telah valid menurut ahli materi dan media, praktis digunakan menurut siswa. Berdasarkan analisis data hasil tes dan hasil pengamatan selama penelitian. Secara keseluruhan produk yang dikembangkan cukup efektif untuk digunakan, hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan rerata N-gain kemampuan representasi matematis tergolong kriteria cukup efektif. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah LKPD menggunakan pendekatan CTL dalam pembelajaran matematika cukup efektif memfasilitasi kemampuan representasi matematis siswa.Kata kunci: representasi matematis, LKPD, CTL
Efektivitas Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Modified Jigsaw Ditinjau dari Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Matematis
Get PDFThis quasi research aimed to find out the effectiveness of cooperative learning model of modified jigsaw type in terms of students mathematical problem solving skills. The population of this research was all students of grade VII in SMP Negeri 1 Sukoharjo in academic year of 2016/2017 that were distributed into nine classes. The sample was selected one class randomly from nine classes and all students of VII B class were selected. The design which was used was one group pretest-posttest. The analysis data used t-test. The research data were obtained through the test of mathematical problem solving skills. The result of this research indicated that students mathematical problem solving skill after following cooperative learning of modified jigsaw type was not better than student's mathematical problem solving skill before following cooperative learning of modified jigsaw type. Thus, cooperative learning model of modified jigsaw type was not effective in terms of students mathematical problem solving skills.Penelitian eksperimen semu ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe modified jigsaw ditinjau dari kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII semester genap SMP Negeri 1 Sukoharjo tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 yang terdistribusi dalam sembilan kelas. Sampel dipilih satu kelas secara acak dari sembilan kelas dan seluruh siswa kelas VII B terpilih. Desain yang digunakan adalah one group pretest-posttest. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa setelah mengikuti pembelajaran kooperatif tipemodified jigsaw tidak lebih baik daripada kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa sebelum mengikuti pembelajaran kooperatif tipe modified jigsaw. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran kooperatif tipe modified jigsaw tidak efektif ditinjau dari kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa.Kata kunci: efektivitas, modified jigsaw, pemecahan masalah matemati
Pengembangan LKPD Menggunakan Pendekatan Multikultural untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Pemahaman Konsep Matematika
Get PDFThis development research aimed to determine the effectiveness of LKPD product development using multicultural approach to improve the ability of understanding mathematical concepts and students' social attitudes. The study design and development stages took 7 Borg & Gall, such as: a preliminary study and data collection, planning, development of draft product, the initial field trials, revision of the results of trials, field trials, as well as the dissemination and implementation. The subjects of this research were students of MTs Negeri 1 Lampung Selatan in academic year of 2016/2017 and some experts at every stage of development. The result of LKPD product development that begins with preliminary study shows that LKPD development using multicultural approach is needed to support learning. This was supported by through the analysis of data on field trials have shown that an increase in the ability of understanding mathematical concepts and social attitudes after being given LKPD using a multicultural approach to effective category.Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas LKPD menggunakan pendekatan multikultural dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman kosep matematika dan sikap sosial siswa. Desain penelitian pengembangan mengambil 7 tahapan Borg & Gall, diantaranya yaitu: studi pendahuluan dan pengumpulan data, perencanaan, pengembangan draf produk, uji coba lapangan awal, revisi hasil uji coba, uji coba lapangan, serta desiminasi dan implementasi. Subjek penelitian pengembangan ini adalah siswa-siswi MTs Negeri 1 Lampung Selatan Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Hasil penelitian pengembangan pada studi pendahuluan menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan LKPD menggunakan pendekatan multikultural sangat dibutuhkan untuk menunjang pembelajaran.. Hal tersebut didukung oleh hasil analisis data pada uji coba lapangan telah menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika dan sikap sosial setelah diberikan LKPD menggunakan pendekatan multikultural dengan kategori efektif.Kata Kunci: LKPD menggunakan pendekatan multikultural, Pemahaman Konsep Matematika, Sikap Sosial Sisw
PENERAPAN MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN KOMUNIKASI DAN DISPOSISI MATEMATIS

The design which was used was pretest-posttest control group design. The population of this research was all students of grade VIII of SMP Tri Sukses Natar South Lampung regency in the academic year of 2015/ 2016 and samples of this research were students of VIII-B and VIII-C class that were determined by purposive random sampling. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the implementation of problem based learning model could not increase student's mathematical communication skills, but it could increase student's mathematical disposition. Penelitian eksperimen semu ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi dan disposisi matematis siswa yang mengikuti PBL dibandingkan dengan konvensional. Desain yang digunakan adalah pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Tri Sukses Natar Kabupaten Lampung Selatan tahun pelajaran 2015/ 2016 dan sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII-B dan VIII-C yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa penerapan model problem based learning tidak dapat meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa, namun dapat meningkatkan disposisi matematis siswa. EFEKTIVITAS PENERAPAN MODEL PROBLEM-BASED LEARNING DITINJAU DARI KEMAMPUAN KOMUNIKASI MATEMATIS SISWA

The population of this research was students of grade VII of Junior High School of 10 Bandarlampung in academic year of 2015/2016 which were distributed into eleven classes. The sampling of this research used purposive sampling and it was gotten students of VII-B class as samples. The design of this research was one group pretest-posttest. The data of this research were obtained by essay test. The hypothesis testing with mean testing and proportion showed that the implementation of problem-based learning model was not effective viewed by students mathematical communication skills.Penelitian eksperimen semu ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan model problem-based learning ditinjau dari kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 yang terdistribusi dalam sebelas kelas. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan terpilih siswa kelas VII B sebagai sampel. Desain penelitian ini adalah one group pretest-posttest. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui tes berupa soal uraian.
