    EVALUASI DAN REKOMENDASI SISTEM MANAJEMEN KINERJA DI PT. XYZ

    This study uses a qualitative thinking framework, in which researchers conduct an analysis of the performance management program implemented by PT. XYZ. Although aware that the importance of a good performance management system in an effort to develop its employees, but PT. XYZ conducts Performance Assessment activities as a one time event rather than an activity that is part of a continuous cycle series in a performance management system. So the results of the assessment did not provide an overview of employee performance during the period specified. The results of the analysis were: 1) No goal setting is contained in the performance contract process 2) There is no Coaching Counseling from the boss who is in the coaching phase 3) Performance Appraisal results are not used to identify training needs and employee development. Therefore, the author recommend some alternatives performance management program solutions that run as a continuous cycle, so the results will be useful not only for one interest only.Keywords: Work Motivation, Performance Management System, Performance Appraisal, Coaching Counseling

    Problems that occurred in PT. Bank Panin Bandar Lampung is less effective office promotion system and can be seen on the assessment of employee results in the period 2016 is still the low responsibility of employees to their duties. This study aims to determine whether there is influence seniority on a promotion of positions, to determine whether there is an influence of work performance on promotion positions, to determine whether there are influence seniority and job performance on promotion positions. The object of research taken is PT. Bank Panin Bandar Lampung. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with the assosiative method. Population in this research is all employees of PT. Bank Panin Bandar Lampung as many as 149 people. The sample in this research is as much as 99 respondents. Sempel sampling method is by using probability sampling by using technique stratified random sampling and simple random sampling. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and F test. The results showed that the Seniority and Achievement of Work have a significant effect on Promotion Position on Employees PT.     Bali terkenal dengan objek wisata yang selalu ramai dikunjungi oleh para wisatawan domestik maupun asing. Dampak langsung terhadap jumlah wisatawan yang semakin meningkat adalah banyaknya pembangunan hotel guna memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik bagi wisatawan. Banyaknya hotel tentu berdampak terhadap jumlah permintaan tenaga kerja yang semakin meningkat. Kesempatan kerja yang diciptakan bukan hanya dari pelayanan secara langsung kepada wisatawan, tetapi juga dalam bidang lain. Jumlah permintaan tenaga kerja perhotelan tidak selalu meningkat. Adakalanya mengalami penurunan karena sangat berpengaruh dari pertumbuhan ekonomi global. Dengan situasi tersebut, maka dari data jumlah tenaga kerja hotel di Denpasar diolah dengan pendekatan kuatitatif dengan metode Moving Average. Metode penelitian yang digunakan terdiri dari beberapa tahap yaitu pengumpulan data, studi literatur, analisa data, implementasi pengolahan data terhadap metode yang digunakan, analisa dan evaluasi hasil.  Hasil dari pengolahan data aktual dengan minitab 17 menggunakan Moving Average diperoleh jumlah permintaan tenaga kerja dari tahun 2009 sampai 2016 meningkat. Akurasi kesalahan dengan menngunakan Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) bernilai 5 menunjukkan data yang digunakan, dapat diolah menggunakan metode yang dipilih. Output berupa prediksi data jumlah tenaga kerja ditampilkan dalam bentuk tabel dan grafik sehingga mudah untuk dipahami.Â

     The Engel Granger Test is a method to indicate the possibility of a short-term and long-term relationship between economic variables as required by economic theory. In the concept of cointegration, two variables non-stationary will be cointegrated when the combination is linear as well. The purpose of this study is to apply the test cointegration and test of Engel Granger causality to see whether there is a relationship of short-term and long-term interest rate, exchange rate, and stock market returns in Indonesia Stock Exchange before and after crisis Monetary Indonesia. This research used time series data of interest rate, exchange rate, and stock market return. The result showed that there is long-term equilibrium relationship between stock return variables, interest rates and exchange rate on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The stock return has a short-term and long-term impact on the exchange rate in the Indonesian capital market. The development of the exchange rate before economic crisis of 1993-1997 showed a relatively stable condition. However, since the end of 1997 until the year 2015 showed a relatively unstable condition, increased and decreased. Similarly, the development of stock returns and savings interest rates increased and decreased over time.     The purpose of this study to analyze the impact of international tourism  investment, goods/services to Indonesia tourism of demand, which used a Panel Least Square method and cross section data period 1990 - 2012 from  6 samples of countries (USA, Japan, ASEAN, Australia, the European Union, and Rest of the World). The  Panel Least Square (PLS) method analyzed the impact of international investment, and trade flows  to the Indonesia tourism demand; and the results obtained as follows: (1) amount of visits by foreign tourists, foreign tourists per visit consumption, investment demand are the most  impact to demand side of tourism in Indonesia, where per capita income of tourists origin country, price of Indonesian tourism, value of the inflow/outflow of goods/services of the Indonesian tourism are factors that affect the amount of tourist arrivals, tourist consumption, and  investment demand as components of tourism Indonesian tourism demand, (2) The economy leakage impact to the international flows of  investment, and trade in Indonesia , and (3) the development of tourism sector  (demand side) in Indonesia influenced by economic conditions (domestically and internationally), and macroeconomics stabilitization. Keywords: tourism investment flows, inflow, outflow, demand sides of tourism, and Impac

    This research aims to know and study the influence of variable EPS, CAR, and LDR against. The object of this research is the State-Owned bank listed in the 2012-2016 period BEI. The data used are secondary data in the form of annual data are taken from the annual reports of each bank i.e. bank BNI, independent, BTN, and BRI. The dependent variable is the price of the stock while the independent variable is CAR, LDR, and EPS. Data analysis using multiple regression equation regression estimation model using a Common Effect Model or Pooled Least Square (PLS). The results of this research show that there is a significant influence of the simultaneous independent variable that is used against the dependent variable. While partially only a positive and influential EPS variables significantly to the stock price, while variable CAR and LDR have no effect against the State-Owned bank share price listed at the IDX. Keywords: Stock Prices, CAR, EPS, LDR, Liste

    This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate on employee performance at PT. Bank Danamon Savings and Loans Unit Metro, so it can be obtained the actual experience of the problems faced by PT. Bank Danamon Metro Unit and can be used as consideration to address the problems faced by PT. Bank Danamon Metro Unit. In this study, data analysis tool used is validity, reliability, simple linear regression, and t test. Methods of data collection was obtained from primary data sourced directly from employees working at PT. Bank Danamon Metro units totaling 35 people. From the results, a simple regression equation Y = 28,466 + 0,549X. Constant value (a) is 28,466 means if the value of variable X has not changed one unit, it will affect employee motivation of 28,466 units. Organizational culture variable coefficient value is 0,549, meaning that whenever there is a change of 1 unit, then it will affect the motivation of employees amounted to 0,549 units. From the results, the results of the t test of 8.128 indicates that the variable performance of employees affected by organizational climate variables.Keywords: Organizational Climate and Performance

    ASIMETRI INFORMASI SERTA IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP PENGEMBALIAN INVESTASI SAHAM MANUFAKTUR DI INDONESIA

    This study aims to find out how the influence of disclosure on information asymmetry, the influence of information asymmetry on stock returns and the influence of disclosure on stock returns. The unit of analysis used is all existing manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study used descriptive verifikatif method with quantitative approach, partial least square statistical approach. The results of this study indicated that the increasing voluntary disclosure occured significantly influenced information asymmetry with a negative coefficients direction. Information asymmetry significantly influenced stock return with negative coefficient direction. Voluntary disclosure influenced stock return with positive coefficient direction. A Better supervision and motivations are needed so that the company's management disclose information exceed the requirements made by the regulator in order to generate benefit for investors as well as for the company. Keywords: voluntary disclosure, information asymmetry, investment, stock, manufacture
