    ANALISIS ATRIBUT PRODUK SAMSUNG DAN ASUS MENGGUNAKAN METODE MULTIDIMENSIONAL SCALING (MDS) DI BANDAR LAMPUNG

    The aim of this study was to analyze and know the Samsung and Asus amartphone product attribute positioning map based on consumers’  perception in Bandar Lampung. The Basis used to map smartphone products was consumers’ perception to the similarity of shape, feature, work quality, quality image, endurance, validity, repairation, style and design in each of smartphones. The analysis technique used was Multidimensional Scalling through SPPS 21.0. The samples in this research was 100 respondents in Bandar Lampung through purposive sampling method. The data obstained was tested using by MDS analysis to know the validity and reability. Based on the analysis result there were similarity on each of smartphone attributes, they such as shape, work quality endurence, validity, style and design. The attribute was not similar were feature and repair based on consumers’ perception. The result of consistency and respondent behavior similarities showed that respondents didn’t  have the behavioral similarity in evaluating each of smartphone products.Key Word: Product Atrribute, Positioning Map, Samsung, Asus, Multidimensional Scalin

    ANALISIS HARGATERHADAP ROOM OCCUPANCY HOTELDAN PENGINAPANDI KOTA PANGKALPINANG

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect on the price of the analysis room occupancy in hotels and inns in Pangkalpinang. Methods of data collection in this research is using secondary data regarding the price (room rate) and the occupancy rate of rooms (room occupancy) at 13 hotels and 7 hotels in Pangkalpinang. Methods of data analysis using simple regression analysis. The findings of this study are positive and significant effect on the price of the room occupancy. Meanwhile, based on the results of the analysis of the correlation coefficient and determination, influence the price of the room occupancy hotels in Pangkalpinang is very strong, of 74.8%, while the remaining 25.2% is influenced by other factors such as service quality, customer satisfaction, promotions and so were not examined in this study. Keywords: Price and Room Occupanc

    PENGARUH IKLIM ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. BANK DANAMON SIMPAN PINJAM UNIT METRO

    This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate on employee performance at PT. Bank Danamon Savings and Loans Unit Metro, so it can be obtained the actual experience of the problems faced by PT. Bank Danamon Metro Unit and can be used as consideration to address the problems faced by PT. Bank Danamon Metro Unit. In this study, data analysis tool used is validity, reliability, simple linear regression, and t test. Methods of data collection was obtained from primary data sourced directly from employees working at PT. Bank Danamon Metro units totaling 35 people. From the results, a simple regression equation Y = 28,466 + 0,549X. Constant value (a) is 28,466 means if the value of variable X has not changed one unit, it will affect employee motivation of 28,466 units. Organizational culture variable coefficient value is 0,549, meaning that whenever there is a change of 1 unit, then it will affect the motivation of employees amounted to 0,549 units. From the results, the results of the t test of 8.128 indicates that the variable performance of employees affected by organizational climate variables.Keywords: Organizational Climate and Performance

    KEPEMIMPINAN KARISMATIK SEBAGAI EMPLOYER BRANDING

    Charismatic leadership is a type of leadership that can influence the values of its members. This research is aimed at looking at employer branding factors from charismatic leadership based on member's perceptions based on generations (generations X and Y) and gender (male and female). Based on the independent t-test independent test results, the results of this study indicate that there are significant differences based on generation and gender in the charismatic leadership dimensions. Based on the gender of male employees have a more positive perception on the dimensions of self-confidence, motivating inspiration and ideal influences, while female employees have a more positive perception of the dimensions of individual consideration and intellectual knowledge. By age, early adolescents and early adolescents have the highest perception of ideal effects dimensions, the final adult employees and employees over 45 have the highest perception of the dimension motivating.Keywords: Charismatic Leadership, Employer Branding, Gender, Generation X and Y, Leadership Style

    PENGARUH INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PERBANKAN DI BEI PERIODE 2013-2015

    Intellectual capital is the result of three main elements of an organization (human capital, structural capital, and customer capital) as science and technology manifestation which can provide more positive value for companies in the form of competitive advantages of the organization. The objective of this study was empirically to demonstrate the effect of the intellectual capital on the banking value. Independent variables in this study were the intellectual capital and a dependent variable was the banking value which provided by Tobin's Q, PBV and PER. Population of this study was the 43 banks banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013 to 2015. Sample collecting method used in this study was a purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique used in this study was PLS (Partial Least Square). The result of this study showed that the intellectual capital had no significant effect on banking value.Keywords: Intellectual Capital, Banking Value, and PLS

    PENGARUH TALENT MANAGEMENT DAN SELF EFFICACY TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DISTRIBUTOR ALAT BERAT

     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan: pengaruh talent management dan self efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatori. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 198 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan talent management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Self efficacy berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja  karyawan.Kata Kunci :    talent management, self efficacy dan Kinerja Karyawa

    PENGARUH KEPRIBADIAN PROAKTIF PADA KREATIVITAS KARYAWAN DENGAN KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN AUTONOMI KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL PEMODERASI

      Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepribadian proaktif terhadap kreativitas karyawan serta menguji efek pemoderasi kepemimpinan transformasional dan autonomi kerja. Sebanyak 212 kuesioner disebarkan kepada mahasiswa kelas eksekutif Magister Manajemen Universitas Gadjah Mada (MM UGM) di kampus Yogyakarta dan Jakarta. Kuesioner yang kembali sebanyak 181, namun hanya 140 kuesioner yang dapat diolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian proaktif berpengaruh positif pada kreativitas karyawan. Kepemimpinan transformasional tidak signifikan memoderasi pengaruh positif  kepribadian proaktif pada kreativitas. Selanjutnya, autonomi kerja memperkuat pengaruh positif kepribadian proaktif pada kreativitas karyawan. Implikasi untuk teori dan praktek manajemen juga dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci : Kepribadian proaktif, kreativitas karyawan, kepemimpinan transformasional, autonomi kerja, moderated regression analysis

    PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN AUTENTIK PADA EMOSI POSITIF, KEPERCAYAAN DAN HARAPAN SERTA DAMPAKNYA PADA KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL

    This study examined the effect of authentic leadership on hope, trust in leaders and positive emotions. In addition, this research also tested influence of hope, trust in leaders and positive emotions on organizational commitment. This research conducted in survey research framework with cross-sectional data type. Total of 140 respondents completed the questionnaire with self-administered survey. The Authentic Leadership Questionnaire (ALQ), State Hope Scale, The Trust in Management Scale, Positive and Negative Affect Schedule (HEAT-Short Version), and Organizational Commitment Questionnaire were used to measure the variables involved. Hypothesis testing with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) shows several findings. The results showed a positive and significant effect of authentic leadership with hope, trust in leaders and positive emotions. Positive influence is also shown in the trust on a leader to organizational commitment. While the positive influence of hope and positive emotions towards organizational commitment is not supported. Keywords: authentic leadership, organizational commitment, hope, trust, positive emotio

    This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, image and satisfaction on customer loyalty. Samples in this study are customers of Bank BRI Palembang Kebun Bunga with a sample size of 80 respondents. The samples in this study using simple random sampling technique. From the data obtained, the analysis of data using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that service quality effect on customer loyalty, and the handling of complaints effect on customer loyalty.     Technological developments influence on technological progress in the world of IT (Information Technology), which is also growing rapidly. This resulted in the company is required to meningkatkatkan its business excellence strategy. This strategy can be achieved either by improving the internal conditions of the company, namely by improving the management strategy, with emphasis on the market for the product, focus, market share and profits, as well as by external expansion. Behind these strategies is most important is how the company determines the value of the company and do business over the company's valuation. Patriarch is a company engaged in the sale of splint shaped puzzle making it easier for medical personnel in the process of supplying and installation. Patriarch in its development requires investment funding from investors.
