HERDING BEHAVIOR, EXPERIENCED REGRET DAN KEPUTUSAN INVESTASI PADA BITCOIN
The objective of this research was to determine the effect of the herding behavior and the experienced regret on the investment decision. The type of this research was quantitative research. The data collecting technique used in this research was distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique used in this research was the snowball sampling technique. The number of samples used in this research was 100 investor of bitcoin. The data analyzing technique used in this research was the multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research showed that the herding behavior had no significant effects on the investment decision; moreover, the experienced regret had a positive and significant effect on the investment decision. It meant that the investors rationally received and analyzed information well in bitcoin because they were not affected by the other investors and did not follow the market situation. In addition, the experienced level of investor regret was considered higher on the condition that the investment decision was also higher because they had enough experience in making the investment decision.  Keywords — Herding Behavior, Experienced Regret, Investment Decision, Bitcoi
IMPLEMENTASI PENGAMPUNAN PAJAK (TAX AMNESTY), UNDANG-UNDANG PERPAJAKAN, DAN SANKSI PERPAJAKAN TERHADAP KEPATUHAN WAJIB PAJAK ORANG PRIBADI DI KPP BANDAR LAMPUNG
The objectives in this study are as follows: The formulation of the problem in this study are as follows: determine the implementation of tax amnesty affecting tax laws in Bandar Lampung KPP, determine the implementation of tax amnesty through tax laws affecting sanctions taxation at the Bandar Lampung KPP, determine taxation laws affect taxation sanctions at Bandar Lampung KPP, determine taxation laws affect individual taxpayer compliance at Bandar Lampung KPP, determine taxation laws through tax sanctions affect individual taxpayer compliance, determining taxation taxation affects the compliance of individual taxpayers, determining implementation (tax amnesty) and tax laws through tax penalties affecting the compliance of individual taxpayers. The methodology in this study is the validity test, reliability test, normality and path analysis. ANALISIS KONTEN DIGITAL MARKETING BERBASIS SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING MENGGUNAKAN USER EXPERIENCE QUESTIONARE
Bali is one of the biggest foreign exchange earners in the Indonesian economy in tourism. Not all tourist attractions in Bali are fully publicized and promoted. If is maximized it can increase tourist visits to Bali. One of the digital marketing media is social media. Through social media tourists can get information about the location, what is offered, a review of the tourist attraction, and so on. This study analyzes the value equity, relationship equity, and brand equity in the tourism system of Lake Buyan in Bali Province on social media marketing. In the end, it will produce social media marketing based marketing strategies. The method used is the creation of social media marketing as a means of publication information, and promotion of Lake Buyan attractions. then assed by using UEQ (user experience questionnare). Lake Buyan’s UEQ social media Instagram results have a lack of efficiency (Value Equity) and novelty (Brand Equity) that are poorly organized, not yet creative and innovative. The highest value of Relationship Equity was 1.934 1.868 excellent dark green color. ANALISIS FAKTOR KENYAMANAN DAN KETERGANTUNGAN MAHASISWA PADA SMARTPHONE YANG MENGAKIBATKAN STRES
Convenience is a trigger factor for dependency which in turn will trigger stress. Convenience can be said as a pleasant feeling when someone uses a smartphone. This study aims to determine the factor that influence stress caused by smartphone (technology) which is convenience. Previous researchers called the stress caused by technology is technostress. The technostress in this study is caused by dependency, and dependency is influenced by convenience variable. Data obtained from questionnaires distributed with purposive sampling techniques to undergraduate students at UGM in Yogyakarta. Result of this study shows that convenience have positive and significant effect to dependency and dependency itself have positive and significant effect to technostress. EFEKTIVITAS PENERAPAN SISTEM INSENTIF BAGI MANAJER DAN KARYAWAN
Incentives are awards given to managers or employees in order to motivate managers and employees to improve their performance, so that the company’s goal namely maximize shareholder value can be obtained. Shareholder value can be maximized through increased income. Increased income will cause an increase in stock prices, so that shareholder value will also increase. However, incentives can actually trigger deviant behavior for managers. The presence of the incentive system in the form of bonuses obtained by managers when managers can increase company profits, resulting in profit manipulation is inevitable. The company's profit which is manipulated so that it looks high for the personal benefit of the manager, will cause the company to suffer losses. On the other hand, incentives can create knowledge sharing between employees. This will further improve employee performance. Good employee performance will provide benefits for managers in achieving company goals that is maximizing shareholder value. ANALISIS PENGARUH BAURAN PEMASARAN RITEL TERHADAP RETENSI KONSUMEN DI GIANT EKSPRES KEMILING
The objective to this research was to determine the effect of retail mix consisting of products, prices, promotions, retail services and physical facilities on customer retention at Giant Ekspres Kemiling. The population in this study is the average number of buyers of Giant Express Kemiling for one month. Samples were taken as many as 364 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The data used is based on the results of respondents' answers using a Likert scale. Data processing used to answer the hypothesis is with the help of SPSS version 20. Based on the partial test results it is known that the retail service variable does not significantly influence customer retention, but the variables of product, price, promotion and physical facilities have a positive and significant influence on customer retention at the Giant Express Kemiling. While the results of simultan testing are known that retail mix variables include; products, prices, promotions, retail services and physical facilities overall simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on costumer retention at the Giant Express Kemiling.Keywords —Retail Mix, Costumer Retentio
FAKTOR - FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI NIAT PEMBELIAN ULANG KONSUMEN TERHADAP PRODUK PASTA GIGI
This study aims to determine the factors that influence the intention to repurchase toothpaste. These factors are product attributes, promotion mix, distribution channels and prices both partially and simultaneously. This study proposes two hypotheses. Data were collected from 99 respondents which got from questionnaire distributed to graduate degree students of Sanata Dharma University. The sampling technique uses non probability sampling. Based on data collection, this analysis uses multiple regression techniques, F test, and t test using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 17 software. The results showed that product attributes, promotion mix, distribution channels and prices had a positive and significant influence on consumers' repurchase intention on Pepsodent toothpaste. PENGARUH PENGUNGKAPAN ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT , INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL, CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, DAN SUSTAINABILITY REPORT TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN
The objective of this research was proving empirically the effect of the enterprise risk management disclosure, the intellectual capital disclosure, the corporate social responsibility disclosure, and the sustainability report disclosure on the firm values. The population of this research was the mining companies indexed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The sampling technique used in this research was the purposive sampling. A number of samples used in this research were 6 companies. The time of this research was 2013-2017 so that the number of the observed data in this research was 30 data. The data analysis technique used in this research was the multiple linear regression. The analytical tool used in this research was SPSS V.20. ANALISIS PENGARUH RELATIONSHIP BONDS , KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPERCAYAAN DAN KOMITMEN
This study examines the effect of relationship bonds, job satisfaction on trust and commitment in the relationship between producers and suppliers in the industry of Small and Medium Enterprises in Yogyakarta. Is there a positive influence between job satisfaction and trust, is there a positive influence between relationship bonds on commitment, is there a positive influence between job satisfaction on commitment and whether there is a positive effect of trust in commitment between producers and suppliers in the Micro Small Business industry Middle in Yogyakarta. The trust variable is influenced by one factor, namely job satisfaction. While for the commitment variable is influenced by three factors, namely job satisfaction, relationship bonds and trust. This research was conducted on industrial producers and suppliers of Small and Medium Micro Enterprises in Yogyakarta, the sample used in this study amounted to 50 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple regression. The results of the study show that the relationship bonds variable, job satisfaction with trust has an influence on the commitment variable.
