Business Ethics Disclosure
Purpose: This study aims to analyse the effect of board independence, gender diversity, managerial ownership, foreign ownership, and ownership concentration on business ethics disclosure.
Design/methodology/approach: This research is a causality study with quantitative methods and uses secondary data sourced from annual reports and sustainability reports of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. The sampling technique using purposive sampling obtained a sample of 75 sustainability reports which were analyzed using multiple linear regression.Findings: The research findings show that there is an effect of board independence, managerial ownership, and foreign ownership on business ethics disclosure but not significant for gender diversity and ownership concentration.
Practical implications: This research contributes theoretically in the development of the accounting conceptual framework regarding the concept of disclosure, especially voluntary disclosure and contributes practically as a consideration for the government to make regulations that can encourage companies to disclose business ethics, can provide information to investors regarding business ethics disclosure items that can be used as material for evaluating long-term risks and opportunities related to their investment and as a consideration for decision making, policy or company strategy in disclosing business ethics.

ANALYSIS OF ELECTRONIC WORD OF MOUTH, BRAND IMAGE, BRAND TRUST AGAINST PURCHASE INTEREST
This study aims to 1). Analyze and prove the effect of electronic word of mouth on Brand image and Brand trust. 2). Analyze and prove the effect of Brand Image and Brand trust on buying interest. 3). Analyze and prove the effect of electronic word of mouth on buying interest.
The population of this research is the University of August 17, 1945 Surabaya students who know the products and brand of Asus laptop.
Sampling using a purposive sampling method with the criteria of students who use Asus laptop products and brands. A sample of 190 respondents. The data used in this study are primary data sourced from questionnaires. data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study using the Structural Equation Model (SEM).
The results showed that Electronic word of mouth influences brand image variables and Asus Laptop brand trust variables. Brand image and Brand trust affect the variable purchase interest Asus Laptop. Electronic Word of Mouth affects the variable purchase interest Asus Laptop
Designing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) With PDCA Method On Kaconk Flasher Gadget Repair
Purpose: This research aims to find solutions to the causes of problems in terms of quality experienced and produce business process SOP for Kaconk flasher services.
Design/methodology/approach: The draft SOP comes from operating standards that have been agreed upon through FGD and is revised based on the results of the known improvement plan, so that the draft SOP is more perfect before being frozen into a written SOP. Validation of the draft SOP document was carried out by giving questionnaires to customers with a sample size of 13 respondents, namely kaconk flasher customers who visited one week after the implementation of the draft SOP to be tested.
Findings: The results of this research show that: Designing SOPs for the kaconk flasher business process, a number of SOPs can be formed which are grouped into several stages, including KF-SOP-01 regarding customer reception services, KF-SOP-02 regarding gadget repair, KF-SOP-03 regarding unit storage in the warehouse , and KF-SOP-04 regarding unit pick-up services.
Research limitations/implications: The limitations in this research are the basis for recommendations for future researchers to further develop improvements to the SOP that has been formed from the problems experienced. The limitations of this research are only to find out the root of the problem and its repairs and form an SOP from the results of repairs that have been carried out at the kaconk flasher counter..
Practical implications: All SOPs were implemented successfully and were able to overcome the root of the problem at the Kaconk flasher service center.
Originality/value: The research carried out by the researcher states that this research is the result of his work and is the first time at Konter Kaconk Flasher with the title of the research being researched, except for quotations from several summaries, all of which the researcher has explained the source.

The influence of work environment and work facilities on Employee Performance With Work Motivation As an Intervening Variable
Purpose: To analyze the effect of work environment, work facilities on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable.
Design/methodology/approach: This research approach uses quantitative research, Saturated Sampling method, the population in this study is the technical team of the Health Sector of the Surabaya City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office with a total of 40 people, the measurement scale in this study uses a Likert scale, The data analysis used in this study used static methods with SEM PLS modeling.
Findings: These findings reveal that work facilities have had no significant influence on employee performance, while the work environment has a significant influence on performance. However, work facilities have a significant influence on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable..
Originality/value: This research contributes to understanding the factors that influence employee performance. The results of this study confirm that although work facilities do not have a direct impact on performance.
Furthermore, work motivation plays an important role in improving employee performance as a significant intervening variable between work environment and work facilities on performance.

The Influence of Compensation, Competency and Workload on Employee Performance Surabaya Health Office with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable
Purpose: The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of compensation on job satisfaction, competence on job satisfaction, workload on job satisfaction, compensation on employee performance, competence on employee performance, workload on employee performance, job satisfaction on employee performance, compensation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, competence on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, and workload on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Surabaya Health Office.
Design/methodology/approach: This research uses quantitative data with data collection techniques using questionnaires via Google Form. The research population was all ASN of the Surabaya Health Office with a sample of 56 respondents taken using a simple random sampling technique. The data analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS).
Findings: The results showed that the compensation variable had an influence on job satisfaction, the competency variable had an influence on job satisfaction, the workload variable had an influence on job satisfaction, the compensation variable had no influence on employee performance, the competency variable had an influence on employee performance, the workload variable had no influence on employee performance, the job satisfaction variable had an influence on employee performance, the compensation variable had no influence on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, the competency variable had no influence on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, the workload variable had no influence on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable

THE INFLUENCE OF COMMUNICATIVE SKILLS AND APPEARANCE ON MANIPULATIVE MARKETING TECHNIQUES AT POINT COFFEE IN SURABAYA.
At this modern era, there are currently a lot of intense competition in starting a business in the field of coffee shops, especially in the Surabaya area. This research aims to explain the influence contained in the barista Point Coffee whether by having communicative skills and attractive appearance is able to influence the manipulative marketing techniques that can attract customers to purchase the product, the experiment uses correspondents totalling 33 correspondents, using a quantitative type with multiple questionnaire samples. The results of this assessment are found to come out valid and reliabaly, normatively distributed, heterosccedasticity freedom, multicoleniarity freedom, and autocollinearity freedom. Obtained multiple linear models Y 2.087 + 0.552X1 + 0.499X2 + e. with overall f test results Communicative skills (X1) and appearance (X2) have a simultaneous effect with marketing manipulative techniques (Y). As well as communicative skills (X1) have a significant impact with Manipulative Marketing (Y) at Point Coffee Surabaya and attractive appearance (X2) has a significant impact with Manipulative Marketing (Y) at Point Coffee Surabaya. Based on this, the companies also needed attention to their Human Resources to develop and improve the progress of companies engaged in coffee shops
The Impact of Education and Training on Product–Service Design: The Moderation of Competitive Advantage
Purpose: This study attempted to investigate the impact of education and training on product-service design by including competitive advantage as a moderating variable to provide more insight into the nature of this relationship.
Design/methodology/approach: A quantitative research approach was employed, and primary data was collected from TAZARA management employees. Model fit, reliability, and validity were tested using regression analysis, factor analysis, and principal component analysis using Jamovi software.
Findings: The results of the study present a significant positive relationship between education and training and product-service design. The results also show that competitive advantage negatively moderates the relationship between education and training and product-service design.
Practical implications: The study provides more insights by providing empirical evidence on the nature of the relationship between education and training and product-service design. It is important for organizations to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Managers should communicate the importance of adapting to changes in the marketplace, even when a competitive advantage exists. Balancing the preservation of what makes the organization successful with an openness to new ideas is critical to long-term sustainability and continued success in product-service design.

K-Means Analysis in Sharia Banking Intellectual Capital
Purpose: This research aims to assess the need to manage and increase Intellectual Capital efficiently in the context of Sharia BPR.
Design/methodology/approach: Using secondary data to categorize BPR Sharia banks in East Java Province based on the level of the intellectual model using the K-Means method.
Findings: The k-means method with a two-group configuration is the best approach for clustering. The second group has a high amount of Intellectual Capital, while the first group has a low amount of Intellectual Capital. Managing Intellectual Capital to increase added value for the company is a challenge for 10 Sharia BPRs in East Java Province
Research limitations/implications: Data collection is limited to 2022 and focuses on 10 Sharia BPRs in East Java Province, which can provide a limited picture of the dynamics of change over a longer period or at the national level.
Practical implications: The results of clustering BPR Syariah using the K-Menas method provide a basis for practitioners to group BPR Syariah based on the level of intellectual capital so as to help banks identify intellectual capital management and use this information to design more targeted strategies.
Originality/value: This research involves the application of the K-Means technique in classifying intellectual capital in the context of sharia banking so as to provide more accurate and structured insight into the potential and utilization of intellectual capital in the context of sharia finance
