Determination of Performance in Sharia Banks Based on Islamic Corporate Governance and Investment Account Holders
Purpose: This study aims to analyze the effect of ICG (Islamic Corporate Governance) and IAH (Investment Account Holders) on the performance of Sharia banks in Indonesia as proxied by Mudharabah financing, Musyarakah financing, ROA (Return on Assets), and ROE (Return on Equity). 110 data used in this study are in the form of financial statements of Sharia banks in Indonesia for the period of 2010 – 2019
Design/methodology/approach: This study uses quantitative method and multiple regression analysis with SPSS Version 23
Findings: The results of this study show that ICG and IAH have an effect on Mudharabah financing, Musyarakah financing, ROA, and ROE
Research limitations/implications: This study is expected to serve as a guideline for banking management in making policies on company performance, as measured by Mudharabah financing, Musyarakah financing, ROA and ROE, and corporate governance, as measured by ICG, so that Islamic banking companies have their own guidelines in determining policies related to banking operations that are adjusted to the decisions of the Financial Services Authority of the Republic of Indonesia (OJK).

Education, Health and Technology in Indonesia's Economic Recovery Efforts Based on Three Human Performance Theory
This study aims to examine the gap between human capital theory and allocation theory in Indonesia to see the dominant factors driving economic growth by making the solow theory a bridge theory or an intermediary between the gap between human capital theory and allocation theory. In order to understand and test the human capital theory and allocation theory in Indonesia, testing is carried out using the autoregressive threshold quantitative method. The use of the autoregressive Threshold quantitative method aims to see the behaviour of data from the education, health and technology variables so that it can be seen clearly that the dominance of the economic growth drive comes from human capital or from the human side in accordance with the explanation of human theory or from the outside of the human self and in this study technology as explained by the allocation theory. We find that in Indonesia, the role of human capital is very important because human capital in the case of Indonesia is a major factor in driving economic growth and technology plays a role as a supporter of human performance. Entrepreneurship in a Gender Perspective in Indonesia Sub-Urban
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the interests and differences in entrepreneurship interests based on a gender perspective.
Design/methodology/approach: The research method was designed with a descriptive approach and different tests using primary data. Primary data were collected through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique with a linkert scale.
Findings: The results showed that the level of Advertisy Quotien, Self Efficacy, Need for Achievement, and Entrepreneurial Intention between men and women was quite high. In this study also found no differences in Advertisy Quotien, Self Efficacy, Need for Achievement, and Entrepreneurial Intention between men and women.
Research limitations/implications: The research sample was taken from the city of South Tangerang by random technique
Practical implications: In a gender view or study, entrepreneurship has no influence or difference between men and women. that is, all people whether male or female have the same level of ability and ability in entrepreneurship.

Analysis of Student Satisfaction with Academic and Administrative Services
This study aims to determine student satisfaction with academic services (X1), and administrative services (X1) Ikip Widya Darma Surabaya. Simultaneously or partially, and determine the most dominant variable affecting student satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative with a sample of 100 students. Respondents in this study were students who took education in Surabaya, amounting to 100 respondents. Based on the results of the research obtained from an overview of the identity of the response based on age and gender. reliability with the results of three variables is reliable. Academic services and administrative services have a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction. This is shown from the t test of partial hypothesis testing between X1 variables (academic services) showing t count (5.669)> t table (1.984). This means that the test variable X1 (academic service) affects Y (student satisfaction). Administrative services have a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction. This is shown by the partial hypothesis testing t test between X2 variables (administrative services) showing t count (5.669)> t table (1.984). This means that the test variable X2 (administrative services) affects Y (student satisfaction). Academic services and administrative services simultaneously or together have an effect on student satisfaction. This is shown by the F test with the calculated F value (33,629)> f table (3.09

Civic education is a subject and course that has a great responsibility in building the character of democracy and the tolerance of students, because civic education is a moral education and must be administered at every level of education from elementary to college. The Influence of Financial Structure, Financial Literacy and Financial Behavior on Household Financial Resilience Using Financial Inclusion and Financial Decision as Intervening Variables On Cancer Survivors Household In East Java During COVID-19 Pandemic
The research aims to analyze the influence of financial structure, financial literacy and financial behavior on household financial resilience where financial inclusion and financial decisions are intervening variables in families of cancer survivors in East Java during the Covid 19 pandemic. It uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through surveys. The population of this study is the overall data on the number of women with breast cancer in East Java. Based on secondary data obtained from the 2018 Indonesian Health Profile issued by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, there were 937 breast cancer sufferers in East Java up to 2018. The results showed of the determination coefficient test obtained the number 0.547826, which means that the variables used in the study are Financial Structure, Financial Literacy, Financial Behavior, Financial Inclusion and Financial Decisions can influence the Financial Resilience variable by 54.78%. Financial inclusion and financial decisions as intervening variables, where financial inclusion has a negative and significant effect, while financial decisions have a positive and significant effect

This research is motivated by the idea that banks must increase customer satisfaction. Many benefits received with high customer satisfaction, including increasing customer loyalty, increasing advertising effectiveness, and increasing business reputation The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality, work professionalism and promotion on customer satisfaction. The population in this study was 2,155 customers, the number of samples using the Slovin formula was 96. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis. The research results are: 1) There is an influence of service quality on customer satisfaction, 2) There is the influence of work professionalism on customer satisfaction, 3) There is an effect of promotion on customer satisfaction, 4) There is the influence of service quality, work professionalism and promotion of customer satisfaction, 5) Variable work professionalism has a dominant influence on customer satisfaction
Model Analysis (SWOT) Of Curriculum Development From Civic Education At 21 Century, 4.0 Era In Indonesian
Purpose: Civic Education curriculum from year 1975-2013 are ultimately aims to make citizens say, act, and behave, based on Pancasila or spirit in everyday life that are run from the time school education to become a high school mature and become the pride of the nation bless yourself, family, school, state and nation with the moral soul/good and intelligent character who can advance and competitive in national and international era.
Design/methodology/approach: Civic Education solution 21 century 4.0 Indonesian is through a process at body of knowledge of learning and practice of students in the school are monitored and assessed as a form of moral evaluation and student behavior. Opportunities Civic Education still need a lot of development in the scientific body of knowledge.
Findings: Civic Education strength is on the Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, values, morals, local knowledge and diversity in cultured. There are weaknesses in the teaching of Civic Education monotonous and more innovative not only focuses on the cognitive, affective and psychomotor while dispensed and not included on the national exam.
Research limitations/implications: Threats Civic Education and free sex number of students who make the nation weak morals and act not see the value of Pancasila (say and behave without values).

The Regional Government establishes a family development policy through fostering family welfare resilience, one of which is carried out by means of: The BKB program as a part of the Family Planning (KB) program aims to increase the knowledge and skills of parents and other family members in fostering growth and development of children under five through physical stimulation, motor intelligence, emotional from socioeconomic as well as possible is one of the efforts to be able to develop family functions. Armed with this knowledge and skills, it is hoped that parents will be able to educate and nurture their toddlers from an early age so that these children can grow and develop into quality Indonesian human beings. Effect Of Work Ethos On Organizational Commitments And Its Impact On Employees Performance Of Forestry Office Of North Kalimatan Province
Destination: to analyze and prove the effect of work ethic on organizational commitment and its impact on employee performance. This type of research is included in explanatory research or explanatory research. The population in this study were all employees atNorth Kalimantan Forest Service
Design / methodology / approach: The data analysis technique used in this study is a path analysis approach.
Findings:The results showed that partially work ethic has a significant effect on employee performance with the assumption that organizational commitment is considered constant. In addition, the results of this study also indicate that partially work ethic has a significant effect on employee organizational commitment. Then partially organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance with the assumption that the work ethic variable is considered constant. Furthermore, a simultaneous test was carried out where the results of this study showed that work ethic and organizational commitment together had a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment is able to mediate the effect of work ethic on employee performance.
Practical implications: Intensifying work ethic towards organizational commitment and its impact on the performance of forestry service employees
