Bali: Tourism Economy The End Of 2021, Will Fly High Again?
Based on the Bali Economic Quarterly Development document for the second quarter of 2021 by BPS, from the beginning of 2020 until now, the Covid-19 pandemic has continued to infect Indonesia. Even the number of new cases affected by this disease is increasing. Based on data from the Covid-19 Handling Task Force, as of June 30, 2021, the number of daily new confirmed cases reached around 21,000. Not only attacking the health sector, but this pandemic has also shattered the joints of the economy. Various government efforts carried out in 2021 have been able to withstand the economic contraction year on year. In the second quarter of 2021, Indonesia's economic growth year on year was recorded at 7.07 percent and was the first positive growth since the second quarter of 2020. In particular, the tourism sector became the sector that experienced the highest growth in the second quarter of 2021. The transportation and accommodation provision business fields, which are the business fields most closely related to the tourism sector, are the two categories that experienced the highest growth, namely by 25.10 percent and 21.58 percent. Among all provinces in Indonesia, Bali can be said to be one of the provinces most affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Bali's dependence on foreign tourist visits has caused Bali to still slump in the economy. Since March 2020, the arrival of foreign tourists to Bali has continued to decline. The decline even reached almost 100 percent when compared to the same months the previous year

Design/methodology/approach: Research formulation (1) What is the role of Accounting for the Growth of MSMEs?; (2) How is the knowledge and utilization of Fintech by MSMEs? (3) How are the preparations, challenges and opportunities of MSMEs to welcome the indonesian golden 2045 phenomenon? Research methods use qualitative descriptive methods
Findings: The results of the study are MSMEs in Lamongan Regency, not much is known about the importance of accounting for business management. Respondents run businesses using only their economic instincts. If you manage to sell a lot means profit, if not sold means loss.

Indonesia gold 2045 phenomenon provides challenges to respondents to adapt to digitalization
Practical implications: Capital access is indeed a problem that inhibits MSMEs to spread their wings, including MSMEs who are the object of this research.

Factor Influence Of Container Loading And Unloading As Productivity Support On Mirah Terminal
Purpose: This study aims to obtain a quantitative model that can be used to determine the factors that have a significant impact on loading and unloading productivity.
Design/methodology/approach: The method used to solve the problem is multiple linear regression method and dummy variable.
Findings: The number of samples for this analysis were all ships thats belong to PT Meratus Line which docked at the Mirah Terminal in Surabaya for 12 months, starting from January 2019 to December 2019. The response used is realization data in the number of containers per hour. The initial predictors that are thought to have an impact on productivity are operational personnel and loading and unloading workers, loading and unloading equipment readiness, work system, full empty ratio and total container weight. There are 4 steps to analyze the regression model that has been obtained. Simultaneous test (using P-value), individual test (t test), F test (simultaneous test), Glejser heteroscedasticity and heterocedasticity test, multicoreleation test, reliability test and validity test and residual test and the best final model obtained.
Practical implications: The conclusion is that the weight and the order of the containers are the factors that most take influence the productivity of both the CY (Container Yard) and the ship. The value of the influence of the significance of determination is 957 or equal to 95.7%, so that means that one independent variable has a significant influence of 19% on the existing dependent variable.
