The Determinant Factors Of Work Productivity At Port Operating Company: Work Conflict, Work Stress And Leadership
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work conflict, work stress and leadership on work productivity at the port operating company.
Design / methodology / approach: The method in this study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis
Findings: The study was conducted at the port operating company in Surabaya
Research limitations / implications: Limits in the study use three independent variables and one dependent variable. The independent variables are work conflict, job stress and leadership. The dependent variable is the work productivity variable
Practical Implications: The population is 164 employees and the study sample is 62 employees determined by the Slovin formula and random sampling.

Motivation And Competency Factors Influencing Tutors Performance In Educational Equality Of Study Group Musi Banyuasin Regency
The lack of motivation and competence in the performance of tutors in the education equality of study groups in the Non-Formal Education Unit of the Musi Banyuasin Regency was the background for this research. The purpose of this study is to prove the influence of motivation and competence on the tutor's performance. The population in this study were all Group Equality Tutors, total to 70 people. Primary data used from questionnaires by respondents. Sample selection is done by simple random sampling. Data management techniques used the SPSS version 20 program and tested it using multiple linear regression equations. The results of the study simultaneously produce an R2 (R square) of 0.169 indicating the variable competence and work motivation affect tutor performance by 16.9%, and the remaining 83.1% is influenced by other variables. While partially there is an influence between motivation on performance that produces a tcount of 3.501, and there is no influence between competence on performance with the result of a tcount of 1.820
Working Capital on Profit (CV X Tours and Travels Case Study in Surabaya) 2013-2018 Period
Purpose: to find out and analyze whether working capital variables consisting of liquidity, working capital turnover and accounts receivable turnover affect the profitability of CV. X Tours and Travels and to find out and analyze which of these capital variables has the dominant influence on profitability in CV. X Tours & Travels.
Design/methodology/approach: The analysis carried out is quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression to answer the problem formulation and determine the effect of predetermined variables.
Findings: . The results of the study obtained the Fcount value of 151.118 with a significance of 0.006, the tcount value of each variable Price tcount -8.706 > ttable 1.97438, liquidity variable tcount 15.235 > ttable 1.97438, and variable Working Capital Turnover tcount 16.860 > ttable 1.97438. Based on the results of research in CV. X Tours and Travels Surabaya of the three independent variables have a simultaneous, partial and significant effect on Profitability. The dominant variable is Working Capital Turnover.

Design/methodology/approach: The method used is an ethnographic approach starting from the collection of literature sources and supported by field data.
Findings: The results of the study show that the supply chain within the company is very possible to achieve increased efficiency in the distribution process of the home industry.

Implementation of Smart City Development Policy in Bandung City, Indonesia
Purpose: Traffic congestion problems that occur in Bandung, Indonesia are suspected to be implemented using technology and information-based transportation system Smart City. Smart cities in several countries can overcome problems in the fields of economy, health, education, governance, transportation, and the environment. This research is designed to describe the implementation of smart city development policies in the city of Bandung.
Design/methodology/approach: This study uses qualitative. The object of this research is the implementation of smart city development policies implemented in the city of Bandung, Indonesia. The subjects of the study were Bandung City, Indonesia Transportation Department employees. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.
Findings: The results showed that: (1) Bandung city government website contains information about the city of Bandung, government, tourism, education, investment, maps, articles, prayer schedules, and weather forecasts. (2) Online public services for the aspirations and complaints of the people of Bandung. (3) RW Net services in the city of Bandung. BIRMS (Bandung Integrated Resource Management System) is an online public service in the form of integrated information, which is supported to help manage government resources. Analysis of Internet Financial Reporting on The Financial Statements Of State-Owned Enterprises In Indonesia
Purpose: This study aims to describe the presentation of SOEs’ financial information by presenting the Internet Financial Reporting (IFR) index. This study uses secondary data taken from the website of each SOE. This study uses a sample of all SOEs in Indonesia. The rapid development of the internet has significantly affected activities in the government, business and community, sectors. The internet has several characteristics and advantages in the overall disclosure of information, such as pervasiveness, unlimited access, timely communication, and low cost. Internet Financial Reporting (IFR) is a voluntary disclosure of financial statements through a company’s official website, in which its quality is measured using the IFR index. Law No. 14 of 2008 states that one important element regarding information disclosure is the public interest that affects the lives of many people. With this law, public companies, including State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), must report all information related to their businesses through their websites
Design/methodology/approach: The research method used is purposive sampling method with 2 observations, in November and December 2018. This study is classified as a quantitative study
Findings: The results of this study indicate that there are still many SOEs that have not utilized the content, timeliness, technology used, and user support on their websites properly.
Research limitations/implications: There is one sector that does not have a website, namely the sector of accommodation and food and drink providers.

Reducing Employee Conflict through Islam Spirituality in Workplace "Analyzing Employee Performance In Islamic Banks"
The research aims to empirically examine the effect of Employee Conflict through the workplace of Islamic spirituality and Analyze Employee performance at Islamic Banks. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The total sample of 36 employees at the Islamic Bank in Indonesia. Data analysis techniques using linear regression and path path. The results showed that the Spiritual Workplace influenced the conflict of Islamic Bank employees. Conflict affects the performance of Islamic Bank employees. Spiritual Islamic Workplace affects the performance of Islamic Bank employees. Indirectly employee conflict through Islamic Workplace employees has a significant effect on the performance of Islamic Bank employees. The results of the study are expected to be an input for managers to reduce conflicts in the company with Islamic spirituality workplaces
Indonesia Stock Exchange Resilience toward Crisis; Study Case of US and China Trade War
This paper investigates the resilience’s of Indonesia stock Exchange toward the US and China trade war. Emphasis is put on the influence of US and China trade war since 2016. We analyze data using five major sectoral indexes in IDX (Consumer Goods Industry Sector, Agriculture Sector, Infrastructure, Utility and Transportation Sector, Miscellaneous Industry Sector, and Mining Sector) using volatility modelling of Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) & Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) methods to find the correlation and co- integration between selected sector US and China trade war. We find inconclusiveness and no co-integration on correlated markets although the trade wars have impact for each sectoral index by using ARDL. GMM method showed a significance short-run relationship and long-run relationship. The market disequilibrium takes nearly about one and half week to clear any disequilibrium toward certain shocks or impacts

Purpose: Constructs and visualizes bibliometric networks research in Covid19 and world tourism research with meta-analysis techniques using VOS-viewer analysis.
Design/methodology/approach: This research is a bibliometric analysis, a statistical evaluation of published books, or the chapters of a book, scientific articles in COVID19, and tourism field, also it is an effectual way to measure the influence of publication in the scientific community. First analysis using Scopus.com analysis search result, COVID19 and tourism research publication, Next analysis using VOS-viewer, a software tool for constructing and visualizing bibliometric networks in COVID19, and tourism field.
Findings: Based on VOS-viewer analysis using COVID19 and tourism research publication, 2020-2021, 303 document results, in scopus.com. Solving Uncertain Online Shopping Problem With Discounts Using Robust Counterpart Methodology
Online Shopping is a phenomenon that is growing rapidly at this time and consumers are an important element in the buying and selling competition in the market and consumers who make a difffference in determining the profifits of the sellers. This research discusses the problem of online shopping using the Robust Optimization method. Robust Optimization Method is a process to get optimal results with an uncertainty. Based on the demand model to optimize the buying price, an Integer Linear Programming model with discount functions is built which will be converted into Robust Optimization. In this study also used a tool that is the Maple application in the numerical calculation process
