Determinants of Firm Value
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of gender diversity, intellectual capital, and corporate social responsibility on firm value using the perspective of Signalling Theory and Stakeholder Theory.
Design/methodology/approach: This study uses secondary data from annual financial report. The research sample consisted of 88 observations collected on companies that entered LQ45 between 2017 and 2020. To conduct a test of the study's hypothesis using the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method. Eviews 20 were used to thes this research hypothesis.
Findings: The results of this study indicate that gender diversity and corporate social responsibility have a significant effect on firm value, but intellectual capital has no effect on firm value.
Research limitations/implications: The firm value will never cease to evolve to ensure the company's sustainability. Firm value serves as a standard for stakeholders when it comes to offering an overall assessment of the company. The more successful a business is in optimizing performance and paying attention to its internal and external environment, the higher the value. However, over the 2017-2020 period, the company's worth as assessed by PBV is likely to change. The increase and decrease in the firm's value are directly tied to the stock price; a high share price indicates a high firm value, and vice versa. Given these limits, it is proposed that future researchers study additional companies using a larger sample size and a longer time frame, as well as make observations using alternative proxies and include conditions on the firm's value before and during the COVID-19 period

E-Finance : Mitigation of Fraud Tendency in Indonesia
Purpose: This research aims to determine the application of e-finance in the Lumajang Regency DPUTR and its role in improving internal control and mitigating fraud risk with fraud diamond theory analysis.
Design/methodology/approach: This research is qualitative case study research with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation and semi-structured in-depth interviews.
Findings: Data analysis techniques through the stages of plan, design, prepare, collect, analyze, share. The results of this study include: 1) The application of e-finance in the Lumajang Regency DPUTR based on realtime online which is integrated with all LUMAJANG REGENCY OPDs to facilitate financial reporting in accordance with public sector accounting rules to prevent fraud so as to create transparency and can be accounted for; 2) Based on diamond theory fraud analysis, the application of e-finance is able to mitigate risks. fraud; 3) E-finance plays an important role in improving the internal control of the Lumajang Regency DPUTR.
Research limitations/implications: The limitation of this research is the lack of theoretical foundations and previous research on the application of e-finance in public sector organizations. This finding provides solutions to public sector organizations in minimizing fraud through the application of e-finance applications by using fraud diamond theory analysis.
Practical implications: This study adds literature on the application of e-finance to public sector organizations and its role in mitigating the risk of fraud which has not been discussed in previous studies.

Effects of Using Pumice Sand as A Partial Replacement of Fine Aggregate in Lightweight Concrete Mixtures
Purpose: The advantage of lightweight concrete is to reduce the weight, which is considered the dead load on the structure. This study aims to determine the effect of replacing sand with pumice sand as fine aggregate in lightweight concrete. The substitution affects the compressive strength, split tensile strength, and weight.
Design/methodology/approach: The research method is through testing in the laboratory, where the test specimens are cylindrical following SNI with a height of 30 cm and a diameter of 15 cm totaling 50 pieces. The composition ratio between regular and pumice sand is 75%:25%, 50%:50%, 25%:75%, and 0%:100%, respectively. Control of the test object using 100% regular sand.
Findings: This research shows that adding pumice sand into the mixture decreases the volume weight. The weight of the volume of concrete produced is < 1,900 kg/m3, which is classified as a lightweight one.
Research limitations/implications: The resulting compressive strength of 56.63 kg/cm2 decreased against the control test object by 81.10%. At the same time, the split tensile strength is 1.13 kg/cm2, or a decline of 52.05% from the control test object.
Originality/value: This paper is an original work.

Pentahelix Policy Management Paradigm as A Model for Disaster Management in Bojonegoro Regency East Java
Purpose: The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of the pentahelix of disaster management and the paradigm shift to find obstacles and develop an ideal and practical disaster management model.
Design/methodology/approach: This study uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique uses source triangulation and data triangulation.
Findings: The results showed that the pentahelix management as a disaster management policy in Bojonegoro Regency was not optimal.
Research limitations/implications: The theoretical implication is that the collaboration model that reflects pentahelic management has not been optimally formed, the role of each element of non-governmental organizations is not optimal.
Practical implications: The practical implication is the application of disaster pentahelix management in Bojonegoro Regency.
Originality/value: The originality of this research is an added value for researchers.

Sorghum (Sorghum Bicolor) Entrepreneurship Products: Chemical Quality Analysis
Purpose: The study aims to find to determine the effect of the proportion of sorghum flour: glutinous rice flour and types of sugar on the quality of sorghum dodol products
Design/methodology/approach: This study used a factorial randomized block design (RAK) with factor (T) the proportion of sorghum flour: glutinous rice flour (T1 = 30:70 and T2 = 40:60 and factor (G) the type of brown sugar (G1 = palm sugar and G2 = palm sugar. While each treatment was repeated three times. Data on yield value, water content, ash content, protein content, fat content, carbohydrate content, and total sugar were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and if there was a difference The results will be followed by Duncan's test with a confidence level of 95%.
Findings: The results will be followed by Duncan's test with a confidence level of 95%. Research results show that product entrepreneurship dodol sorghum treatment T1G1 (proportion of sorghum flour: glutinous rice flour 30:70 and palm sugar) became the selected treatment with an expected value of 8.75. This treatment had a yield of 88.83%, water content 26.59%, ash content 0.52%, protein content 1.47%, fat content 0.52%, carbohydrate content 70.90% and total sugar 67.53%.
Research limitations/implications: This research is specifically for the development of sorghum dodol entrepreneurial products with chemical quality studies
Practical implications: The development of sorghum-based entrepreneurship products must continue to be promoted in order to continue to support food security
