Analyzing Earnings Response Coefficient
Purpose: This study examines how capital structure, default risk, and earnings volatility affect the Earnings Response Coefficient (ERC) of property and real estate firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2019 to 2024, with profitability as a moderating factor.
Design/methodology/approach: The study included 92 property and real estate companies and used quantitative correlational and causal-associative analysis. Purposive sampling selected 17 firms. Secondary data came from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) and BEI website yearly financial statements. Analytical testing was done using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 3.0 to examine putative relationships.
Findings: When well-managed, elevated debt-to-equity ratios and default risks boost the market's reaction to earnings announcements, positively affecting ERC. Earnings volatility had a negative but statistically negligible effect, suggesting market participants see such variations as normal for the sector. Profitability reduces the negative effects of capital structure, default risk, and earnings volatility on ERC. Profitability boosts investor confidence in earnings reliability, increasing ERC responsiveness.

The Influence of Sales Growth and Company Size on Tax Avoidance in Manufacturing Companies Listed on The BEI for The Period 2018-2020
This research aimed to analyze the effect of sales growth and firm size against tax avoidance on manufacturing companies registered in BEI for the period 2018-2020. The populations used in this study were 26 food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2018-2020. The sample selected based on the purposive sampling method of 17 companies. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The result of the analysis showed that sales growth has no significant effect partially on tax avoidance. This means that the company's sales growth has no effect on tax avoidance. Firm size has a significant negative effect partially on tax avoidance. This means that the larger a company is, the lower the practice of tax avoidance. Meanwhile, sales growth and company size simultaneously have a positive effect on tax avoidance
Analysis of Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on Return On Assets with Company Size as a Moderating Variable
Objective: This study’s aim is to do an analysis on the effect of current ratio along with debt to equity ratio on return on assets in the property and real estate sub-sector that is on Indonesia Stock Exchange’s (IDX) list during 2020-2023, with the moderating variable being company size.
Design/Methodology/Approach: Quantitative research methods were implemented for this study, with a causal associative approach. Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) was applied as the technique for data analysis, with Eviews statistical software utilized.
Findings: The findings revealed that current ratio as well as debt to equity ratio impact return on assets significantly. This means that an increased liquidity, along with the proportion of debt can reduce the efficiency and profitability of the company. Company size strengthens the effect by functioning as a moderating variable.
Research Implications: This research only focuses on the real estate and property sub-sector that is on IDX’s list during 2020-2023. Therefore, this study’s results may not be generalizable to different sectors or periods.
Practical Implications: Investors and company management can use this study’s results as a basis for financial decision-making, particularly in managing liquidity as well as leverage for increased profitability.
Originality/Value: New insights are provided by this study into company size’s role as the moderating variable for the relationship between leverage, liquidity, along with profitability, especially in the real estate and property sector.

Truism of Sustainable Development Goals in Nigeria: Can Green Entrepreneurship serve as Catalyst?
This study investigated the possible catalytic role of green entrepreneurship in Nigeria’s pursuit of the seventeen (17) United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs), with the UN haven set the year 2030 as its achievement’s deadline. Given an infinite population in focus in terms of environmental and sustainability practitioners in Nigeria, the Cochran 1977 sample size determination technique was used in arriving at a sample size of 384 respondents. However, for purpose of proactiveness, five hundred (500) copies of likert scale questionnaire were administered to environmental and sustainability practitioners in the government ministries, departments, and agencies, as well as industries, and academics. Three hundred and ninety-two (392) copies were however retrieved, and after sorting for defects, the sample size of 384 copies which conforms with Cochran (1977) sample size for infinite population were used for this study. The responses were coded, while SPSS 25 statistical and econometric software was used to run an undated ordinary least square (OLS) regression. The results of the analyses shows that green entrepreneurship has a significant negative relationship with SDGs in Nigeria. Based on this finding, it is recommended that government of Nigeria should set machinery in motion to ensure aggressive implementation of green entrepreneurship, particularly as the world approaches the 2030 deadline date set for the achievement of the 17 SDGs

Efectiveness of Block System Learning on Grade X Student of Business Management and Office Services Expertise Program
Purpose: One of the important elements in the implementation of education is an effort to improve the quality of learning. Until now, the implementation of learning in vocational schools still follows a non-block system. This condition results in the practice carried out by students not achieving optimal completion, so that the required standard competencies are not met. One solution is to implement a block learning system including the effectiveness of time, tools, and location. This type of research is quantitative with a population of class X students of the office management and business service expertise program at SMKS YPM 3 Taman. The results of the study found that regarding learning using the block system, many students stated that this system was not boring. In our study on the implementation of the block system, they argued that the block system helps students focus more on learning because it uses a longer time.
Methodology/Approach: This study adopts a quantitative approach
Findings: In our study on the implementation of the block system, many students stated that this system is not boring. They argued that the block system helps students focus more on learning because it uses a longer time.
Research limitations/implications: The limitation of this study is that the population focus was only taken from 1 school.
Practical implications: For further research, it is hoped that several populations from various new schools that are implementing the block system can be used.

The Effect of Work-Life Balance, Internal Communication, And Workload on Employees Turnover Intention
Purpose: The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between turnover intention and workload, work-life balance, and internal communication. One significant element influencing a company's personnel stability is turnover intention, so understanding the factors that contribute to employee intention to leave is crucial in efforts to retain employees.
Design/methodology/approach: Using a quantitative method with a causal approach, this study involved 129 respondents consisting of permanent employees of the company. With the use of SPSS software version 25, data was gathered via questionnaires and subjected to linear regression analysis.
Findings: With a regression coefficient of -0.278 and a significance value of 0.001, the findings demonstrated that work-life balance significantly and negatively affects turnover intention. Turnover intention is similarly negatively impacted by internal communication, with a regression coefficient of -0.359 and a significance level of 0.002. On the other hand, where the regression coefficient is 0.360 and the significance is 0.001, workload positively affects turnover intention. Turnover intention is significantly impacted by all three independent variables at the same time. This model can account for 27.4% of the variation in turnover intention, according to its F value of 15.708 and R Square of 0.274. These findings indicate that companies can reduce turnover intention by improving work-life balance, improving internal communication, and controlling workload effectively. By implementing these strategies, companies can reduce employees' intention to leave the company.
