The research method used is a qualitative approach, data collection techniques through interview methods aim to obtain information from participants or sources through direct face-to-face dialogue between researchers and sources. The concept of information literacy standards is composed of three basic components, namely access, evaluation, and use. Patients in the millennial category browse the internet to find out more about this disease. On the internet site, the explanation is clearer and more detailed. Apart from that, health service information is also obtained in the form of banners, posters, pamphlets, or other printed media available at the health service facility. The research conducted showed that tuberculosis patients could develop information literacy about the need for information about the disease they were suffering from. This ability accesses, evaluates, and utilizes the required information. Fulfilling information needs related to their illness is available through information services available at the health center where their health facility is located or at the referral hospital where they seek treatment

Collaboration is carried out by establishing partnerships with external parties (publishers/bookstores). The research method used is to develop and evaluate system performance. Data collection was carried out through observation and interviews with related parties. The results showed that the coordinated purchasing system was able to overcome duplication problems and increase the uniqueness and heterogeneity, as well as the quality of student-donated books. In order for the coordinated purchasing system to provide maximum results, the library must collaborate with several partners. So that the uniqueness of the collection can be increased and the problem of duplication can really be resolved properly

This paper explores the use of artificial intelligence (AI) as an enabler for effective library services in universities in developing countries in the contemporary information age, focusing on its use in library functions, librarians' attitudes, readiness, challenges, and recommendations for effective implementation. The paper shows that AI has the potential to enhance library services and improve user experiences.  It also assures that librarians play a crucial role in the implementation and use of AI, and their attitudes towards AI vary. Some librarians are excited about the possibilities AI offers, while others are skeptical or hesitant about its implementation in libraries. However, the paper concludes that librarians in developing countries express a readiness to adopt AI in university libraries. Despite this readiness, there are several challenges in implementing and using AI in university libraries in developing countries, including limited resources, lack of technical expertise, and concerns regarding privacy and data protection. To overcome these challenges and ensure effective use of AI, the paper recommends appropriate tools such embracing AI technologies like chatbots, RFID, and robotics for top-level service delivery, as well as leveraging AI to connect with remote users and regain relevance within the user base
