DESKRIPSI KOMPETENSI GURU SMP MATA PELAJARAN MATEMATIKA DAN IPA
This research aimed to describe the competency of junior high school teachers of Mathematics and Science subjects. This research uses descriptive method with the survey method. The data source in this research is junior high school teachers of Mathematics and Science subjects which are incorporated in MGMP Sub Rayon 03 Samalantan, the number of teacher is 20. The data were collected through questionnaires. To find out the description of the competence of teachers it used descriptive analysis by using percentage. The result showed an overall competence of teachers are in a good category. The sequentially percentage of the competency of teachers are pedagogic (72.25%), professional competence (83.00%), personal competence (85.00%) and social competence (77%). PENYUSUNAN PERANGKAT PEMBELAJARAN PADA MATERI RUANG LINGKUP BIOLOGI KELAS X SMA
This research aimed to produce a feasible learning set used on scope biology material in Xth Grade of SMA. The learning set extended over documentary film medium, lesson plan, student worksheet, and evaluation test on scope biology material in Xth Grade of SMA Negeri 1 Sengah Temila. Research menthod was performed with descriptive analysis in the form of validity and learning set effectivity. From the result of the research yielded: learning set in the form of documentary film medium, lesson plan, student worksheet, evaluation test, were feasible to use as leraning set on scope biology material in Xth Grade of SMA Negeri 1 Sengah Temila. The set effectiveness, resulted an average score of study archievement by the amount of 75,78 and as much as 83,37% of students who have been attained their KKM.Keywords: feasible learning, scope of biology, validity, effectivity
MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR MATERI POLIMER MELALUI PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE NUMBERED HEADS TOGETHER PADA SISWA KELAS XII IPA SMAN 2 PONTIANAK
This research has been conducted to recognize the improvement of the students study achievement in polymer lesson at 12th grade of science program in SMAN 2 Pontianak by the application of cooperative learning model type numbered heads together. The form of this research is Classroom Action Research. The research was conducted in three cycles. The students learn about the meaning and the reaction how the polymer is formed, the classification of polymer, kinds of plastic, the use and the impact of polymer as well. The instruments used are the students’ test achievement and questioners. Result of this research on the first cycle the percentage of the study completeness is 70,97%, the second cycle is 75% and the third cycle is 84,38%. It can be concluded that there is improvement on the students study result. It is recommended for the teachers to choose cooperative learning model type numbered heads together become one of the learning model alternative in polymer lesson to improve of the students’ study result. PENERAPAN GENERATED LESSON DALAM KEGIATAN LABORATORIUM BERBASIS INKUIRI UNTUK MENGUKUR KEMAMPUAN MERANCANG PERCOBAAN PADA MATERI RESPIRASI
The aim of this study is to measure the ability of the experimental design students PGMIPAU in the practicum General Biology.The title practicum General Biology is respiration with the implementation of inquiry based laboratory activities are generated lesson.The method used in this study was a pretest - posttest control group design. The sample in this study is a first semester student PGMIPAU the 2013/2014 school year in the practicum General Biology. The instruments used is guidance practicum, worksheet, and inquiry test by multiple choice. The results show the ability of the experimental design students PGMIPAU in the practicum General Biology with inquiry -based laboratory activities are generated lesson in the very good category is determine the type of problem have average 96%. Beside that, the ability determining purpose of the experiment in the good category with average percentage 85%. Key word: inquiry based laboratory, respiration
MENINGKATKAN PENGETAHUAN KONSEPTUAL DAN PENGETAHUAN PROSEDURAL MAHASISWA MELALUI PENDEKATAN DISKURSUS MATEMATIK
This research aim to raise conceptual and procerural knowledge students through mathematical discouse approach. This study involving the students third semester of mathematic programme in Training and Education Faculty. To achieve goal, this study was used to action research method. Instrument in this study consist of observer worksheet and test. Result of this study show that (i) competency of conceptual knowledge was multiplying from 10,3 % (fisrt cycle) to 75,8 % (second cycle) in good or best category; (ii) competency of procedural knowledge was multiplying from 31,1 % (fisrt cycle) to 93 % (second cycle) in good or best category Key word: Conceptual knowledge, procedural knowledge
PENGEMBANGAN BAHAN AJAR INTERAKTIF BERBASIS TIK MENGGUNAKAN SLIDESHOW POWERPOINT BY USING AUDIO EFFECT BAGI GURU MATEMATIKA SMP PEDALAMAN KUBU KALIMANTAN BARAT
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pada kenyataan bahwa dewasa ini, perkembangan keterlibatan pemanfaatan TIK dalam bidang pendidikan, sangat pesat. Namun demikian, penyebaran perkembangan tersebut belum menyentuh semua wilayah, terutama di daerah-daerah pedalaman. Permasalahan yang muncul adalah kesempatan peningkatan profesionalisme guru di kota dan daerah pedalaman seperti di daerah Kubu Kalimantan Barat yang terkait dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi tidak merata. Untuk mengatasi persoalan di atas perlu dicarikan model pemecahannya. Salah satu upaya, mengembangkan bahan ajar interaktif pada mata pelajaran matematika. Kegiatan ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan berupa pembuatan bahan ajar interaktif dengan memanfaatkan program slideshow powerpoint by Using Audio Effect. Akhir dari seluruh kegiatan adalah terbentuknya model bahan ajar interaktif dalam bentuk CD yang berisi slideshow powerpoint yang disertai penjelasan tertulis dan verbal dalam bentuk suara guru yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika, serta dihasilkannya buku panduan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar interaktif yang dapat digunakan guru ataupun pemerhati pendidikan lainnya. PENGEMBANGAN PERANGKAT PEMBELAJARAN MODEL SIKLUS BELAJAR 5E PADA MATERI HUKUM DASAR KIMIA DALAM MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR MAHASISWA
The aim of this study was to describe the student’ understanding of law of Fundamental chemistry concept after learning using tools developed through 5E learning cycle model. Designing of learning tools adopted Dick and Carey model. Learning tools was tested on students PGMIPAU FKIP Untan first half of 2014. This type of study was Research and Development. Instruments in this study were the achievement test, observation sheets of lesson plan implementation and observation sheets of barriers in learning. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The findings of the study were: tools developed had feasible validity, implementation of lesson plan was very good, and students' understanding of law of fundamental chemistry concepts was improved that can be seen from the normalized gain scores. It was concluded that student’ learning outcomes after implementing 5E learning cycle model on the law of fundamental chemistry has increased. PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE NUMBERED HEADS TOGETHER UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS BELAJAR MATERI POLIMER SISWA KELAS XII IPA SMAN 2 PONTIANAK
This research has been conducted to figure out the improvement of the students learning activities in polymer lesson at twelft grade of science program in SMAN 2 Pontianak by the application of cooperative learning model type numbered heads together. The form of this research is Classroom Action Research. The research was conducted in three cycles. The students learn about the meaning and the reaction how the polymer is formed, the classification of polymer, kinds of plastic, the use and the impact of polymer as well. The instrument used is observation of the students’ activities and questioners. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that there is improvement on the students learning activities. The percentage of the students activities is 29,03% in the first cycle, 43,75% in the second cycle and 84,38% in the third cycle. It is recommended for the teachers to choose cooperative learning model type numbered heads together to become one of the learning model alternative in polymer lesson to improve the students’ learning activities. UPAYA MENINGKATKAN PENGUASAAN MATERI LOGARITMA MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE THINK PAIR SHARE PADA SISWA KELAS X SMA NEGERI 1 SUNGAI RAYA
Efforts to improve themastery of logarithm through cooperative learning model think pair shareatclass X students of SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya . The purpose of this study was to describe the effort to improve the mastery of logarithm through cooperative learning model think pair share in class X SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya . The method used was Classroom Action Research conducted by 2 cycles with a purpose to get good study planning, implementation and up can improve result learn student in comprehending logarithm items at study of mathematics. With the descriptive method of data collector that is used is a matter of observation and test sheets . Result of from this research is from condition of early to condition of first cycle its improvement equal to 19,8 %, and from condition of first cycle to condition of second mount equal to 13,3%. Becoming from condition of early to condition of second mount equal to 35,7 %. This means that there has been a increasedthe mastery of logarithm through cooperative learning model think pair shareatclass X students of SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya. MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR FISIKA DALAM MATERI GERAK MELINGKAR MELALUI IMPLEMENTASI LESSON STUDY MENGGUNAKAN MODEL KETERAMPILAN PROSES SAINS SISWA MAN 2 PONTIANAK
The implementation of Lesson Study aims to gain an overview of the results of studying physics and materials science students’ motivation in a circular motion. The implementation of lesson study is conducted in three (3) cycles by applying multi-model learning. The data collection tool used was a test, observation sheets and questionnaires for students. The test results showed that the average score of work group is 73. Analysis of the observation sheet shows that there is an increase in the activity of the students indicated by interaction between fellow students and the teacher. Questionnaire analysis showed that 55.6% of students were delighted to learn in the teachers’ teaching technique. As many as 88.9% of the students felt curious with the topics discussed in the next topic. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of lesson study improves learning outcomes and circular motion. For students, this activity can also motivate students to learn. The lesson study activities can improve the models teachers’ skills in designing and implementing learning. Keywords: lesson study, multi-model, circular motion
