PENGEMBANGAN PERANGKAT PEMBELAJARAN KIMIA ANALITIK MATERI KROMATOGRAFI BERORIENTASI INKUIRI TERBIMBING
The purpose of this research is to develop valid, practical, and effective guided inquiry teaching set to improve the students’ achievement on the course of Analytical Chemistry in Muhammadiyah University. The researcher applied Thiagarajan 3-D model; define, design, and develop. The sample of this research was obtained by purposive sampling resulted in 7 students as the try out sample and 16 students as the main test sample. The data was collected by measurement, and indirect observation. The instruments of this research were pre-test and post-test questions, observation sheets, and questionnaire sheets. The findings of this research showed that the validity of the teaching set was given the score 1,00 by expert; the practicality of the teaching set from the students’ responses was given the score 75,60 and 82,46; the students’ achievement after utilizing the guided inquiry based teaching set showed that 81,25% fulfill the criteria of completeness. PENGEMBANGAN KAMUS BERBASIS SISTEM OPERASI TELEPON PINTAR PADA MATERI BIOLOGI SMA KELAS XI
The aim of this study is to produce dictionary based on smartphone operating system in Biology material class XI in Senior High School. The method of research and development adapted from Borg and Gall model. The results of the assessment needed could be concluded that students supported the dictionary based on smartphone operating system’s development. Subject expert, media, and linguist score were 82,33%; 82,85%; and 80%. The average trial test result to students was 76,70% and to Biology teacher was 82,75%. PENINGKATAN AKTIVITAS SISWA MELALUI PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF DISERTAI METODE OUTDOOR LEARNING PADA MATERI KELANGSUNGAN HIDUP DI KELAS IX A SMPN 1 SAMALANTAN
This research was aimed to improve students' learning activities through cooperative learning model with outdoor learning method at viability organisms on IX A Junior Secondary School 01 Samalantan. Subjects in this study 33 students. The research instrument used is the observation sheet and field notes. Results showed that an increase in activity after the students are given cooperative learning model with outdoor learning method. Based on the analysis of data obtained the increased activity of the students at 72,73% after implementation cooperative learning model with outdoor learning method in two cycles of action. PENGEMBANGAN VIRTUAL LABORATORY BERBASIS MULTIMEDIA INTERAKTIF PADA MATA KULIAH MICROBIOLOGY SUB MATERI ISOLASI BAKTERI
This research aims to produce Virtual Laboratory as interactive multimedia on sub material the isolation of bacteria, knowing about adisability of Virtual Laboratory, and measure the comprehension of the student PGMIPAU Education Biology FKIP Untan concept whom get be taught with Virtual Laboratory. The research method that used is a Development Research. This method includes four stages that is the analysis and design stage for produce Virtual Laboratory prototype. The next stage is evaluation and revision until the Virtual Laboratory was proper to use. Implementation of media have done at small group (the student PGMIPAU Education Biology). Be based on result of validation by validator of media and matter, Virtual Laboratory get catagorized as valid with the average of the validation is 3,18. Be based on result of student learnig outcomes obtained average 75,55 with the percentage of completness is 88,88%. Keywords: Virtual Laboratory, isolation of bacteria
OPTIMIZE THE DESCA POTENTIAL FOR NEW STUDENTS TO INCREASE THE SELF-CONCEPT IN THE COURSE GEOMETRY
The reasons of this research is to determine the results of a study about the ability of DESCA and self concept new students of Mathematics Education in the course geometry. The method which used in this research is descriptive analysis method. Subjects in this research are students of mathematics education 2014 which take a course of Geometry I in Faculty of Education at the University of Tanjungpura Pontianak. The results showed that among the five aspects of DESCA which gives a good change is the aspect of self-concept. So, it makes the increase of student's self-concept , such as the confidence to expression their ideas and the courage to self recognition and expression of self-concept in geometry classes. PENERAPAN STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN MOTIVASIONAL DENGAN PERMAINAN KARTU BERTEMA PROTISTA PADA SISWA KELAS X SMA
This research is motivated tendency in the field of biology shows that learning outcomes in protists material has not achieved the expected results. This is because teachers are more active than the students, so that the learning-oriented teacher (teacher-oriented) whereas passive during the learning of their students as well as the presentation of learning materials in the classroom is still conventional. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). Data taken using test instruments, observation sheet and test evaluation of learning outcomes is a means of collecting qualitative data processed. PENINGKATAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR MAHASISWA PADA MATA KULIAH ANATOMI TUMBUHAN MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOMPARASI YANG BERBASIS LESSON STUDY
This study aims to improve the activity and results of student learning in the subject of Anatomy Plant through a comparative study model based lesson study. The method used is classroom action research with 4 cycles. Samples used in this study is the third semester students of regular education courses Biology FKIP Veteran Bangun Nusantara University Sukoharjo force 2012/2013 as many as 24 people. The study began in November 2013 and April 2014. The learning activities were observed in the form of discussion and presentation activities, while learning outcomes measured were the post-test results after completion of the learning process of each cycle. Data analysis techniques with comparative descriptive, comparing the results of learning and learning activity cycle with the cycle I to IV. From the results of this study concluded that the average post-test or study results from Cycle I to IV increased starting 3.47, 3.72, 3.73 and 3.85, though in terms of learning activities is still not satisfactory because it only categorized quite active for the first cycle to the active cycle III and cycle IV. PENINGKATAN AKTIVITAS SISWA MELALUI PENDEKATAN MATEMATIKA REALISTIK PADA MATERI KESEBANGUNAN DI KELAS IX B SMP NEGERI 1 SAMALANTAN
The aim of this research was to improve students' learning activities through realistic mathematical approaches in class IX B Junior High School Negeri 1 Samalantan in academic year of 2014/2015. The form of this research was classroom action research (CAR). The subjects in this study were the students of class IX B consisting of 34 students. The instrument of this research used the observation sheet and field notes. The results showed that an increase in the activity after the students were given a realistic mathematical approach on the material similarity. Based on the analysis of the data obtained the increased activity of the students at 11.776% after implementation realistic mathematics approach in two cycles of the action. Students’ activities in asking questions increased by 13.7%. Students’ activities in answering questions increased from 75.49% to 79.4%. While the activity of students in a discussion group increased by 9.81%. Key words: Students’ activities, realistic mathematics approach, similarity
DESAIN PRIMER PCR SECARA IN SILICO UNTUK AMPLIFIKASI GEN COI PADA KUPU-KUPU Papilio ulysses Linnaeus DARI PULAU BACAN
The insillico research was conducted to produce primer sequence of COI gene in Butterfly species Papilio ulyses from Bacan Island that will be used in gene isolation. The COI sub-unit I is a barcode gene that generally have special purposes in animal identification. It is also available in phyilogenetic analysis. The first step of method is downloading the COI DNA sequence of Papilio ulysses from GeneBank (NCBI). Then the conserve region of COI sequence is identified to determine primer. Primer is designed with primer designer software (Genamics Expression) in two direction of DNA reading frame that are : forward primer (COI Pu-F) and reverse primer (COI Pu-R). The last step is primer confirmation with primer blast tool in NCBI. Primers of COI gene that are produced consist of two, that are CGAAAATGACTTTATTCAACA for forward primer (COI Pu-R) and AGCAGTAATTCCAACAGCTC for reverse primer (COI Pu-R). The optimal temperature of annealing is from 50,740 to 55,740 Celsius with PCR product around 567 base pair long. Key Words : PCR primer, in silico, COI gene, Papilio ulysses, Bacan island
KARAKTERISASI IMPEDANSI LAPISAN TIPIS ZnS:Mn YANG DIBUAT DENGAN CO-EVAPORASI ZnS DAN Mn
The aim of this research is to characterize impedance, capasitance and relative permitivity of the characteristics of electric thin film ZnS and ZnS:Mn. This research was started from making thin film with different deposition speed and with thermal co-evaporation method in vakum tubes. The estimation is the characteristics of thin film ZnS impedance and ZnS:Mn was done outside this vacum with various frequency between thousaund to million hertzs, with different deposition speed and the same thickness. Defining impedance of ZnS thin film wich the most optimal frequency would influence capasitance and relative permittivity of the thin film on the characteristics of the electricity. Besides, capasitance and resitance values of ZnS:Mn thin film would change if given different Mn portion on that thin film. From the result of the research, it could be identified as follows. On the area of the thousand to ten thousand Hertz, it was know is that relative permitivity/constante static dielectrics K(0) ZnS:Mn thin film was not the frequency function that it could be regarded as constant like K(o) = 10. The price of capasitance ZnS:Mn was increasing with less Mn amount in that thin film. The price of ZnS:Mn electric resitance is reduced with less Mn amount on that thin film.
