SURVEY LEVEL OF UNDERSTANDING OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY LEVEL AND ANTHROPOMETRIC STATUS
Students of Physical Education Health and Recreation Faculty of teacher training and education are prepared to become competent educators in the field of sports. One of the skills competencies required is understanding and skills in measuring physical activity levels, understanding physical activity and anthropometry. The purpose of this study was adalah to determine and understand the measurement aktivitas of physical activity, understanding of physical activity and anthropometric status of students of Physical Education Health and Recreation FKIP. This study is cross-sectional research on students who administer the test and measurement of sports. Understanding of the level of physical activity measured by metode the test method, the level of physical activity was measured using a questionnaire GPAQ (global Physical Activity Questionanire) and tipe body type or somatotype was measured based on the health Charter Manual.
Then the data is processed in a descriptive and correlation Person to determine the relationship between the level of understanding of physical activity, physical activity level and anthropometry using SPSS. The results showed that in all students who manage the course of sports tests and measurements have level a good level of physical activity baik GPAQ score an average of 7248.13 ° 2420.5 METs. Correlation test showed positive correlation between the level of understanding of physical activity and physical activity level correlation p < 0.05.
THE INFLUENCE OF ENDURANCE, AGILITY AND EYE, HAND AND FEET COORDINATION ON LEARNING OUTCOMES OF RHYTHMIC MOVEMENTS IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION
Abstract the purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a direct influence between endurance (X1), agility (X2), and eye, hand and feet coordination (X3) on the learning outcomes of rhythmic motion (Y) in physical education. The research method used is a quantitative approach with test and non-test techniques, while the analysis technique uses a path analysis approach or path analysis. The rhythmic motion test instrument uses a test instrument that the researchers developed based on an instrument grid that refers to theoretical studies. To measure agility, the test that will be used is the shuttle run test. The coordination test uses the Hand and Foot Eye Coordination Test Instrument from Sridadi. The population in this study were all students of class VIII SMPN 1 Napabalano. Sampling was done by means of total sampling. The sample in this study was class VIII students of SMPN 1 Napabalano, totaling 116 students. Data analysis techniques were carried out through two stages of analysis, namely descriptive and inferential data analysis. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing from research data, the variables of endurance, agility, eye, hand and feet coordination have a significant effect on the learning outcomes of rhythmic motion for class VIII students of SMPN 1 Napabalano
ANALYSIS OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY TO IMPROVE STUDENTS BASIC MOVEMENT SKILLS PHYSICAL LITERACY BASED PRIMARY SCHOOL
Abstract This literature review study is based on this The current education pattern cannot accommodate the needs of each individual to grow optimally. Most current education patterns do not provide enough space for students' uniqueness in carrying out physical activities. Mastery of basic movements needs to be given to children in the form of physical activity. Physical activity that is designed needs to increase and stimulate children to move without compulsion. The physical activity provided can be in the form of Physical Literacy . The literature review method was carried out on three articles obtained from a number of databases, PubMed, EBSCO, and Springer Link. Keywords for searching articles are physical activity, physical literacy , basic movement skills, physical literacy . Researchers use "AND" as a Boolean operator. The results of the literature review are that the development of a physical activity model to improve elementary school students' basic movement skills is based on physical literacy. The results of the review article are: 1) Physical activity improves health, 2) Good physical literacy knowledge in children aged 7-12 years, 3) Developing physical literacy. The conclusion from the literature review is that understanding physical activity based on the concept of physical literacy can improve health. A high understanding of physical literacy is related to the holistic development of children aged 7-12 years, namely if a person's body is healthy then they will grow and develop optimally. Traditional games can develop elementary school students' physical literacy. These results are based on the improvement achieved by students in the aspects of understanding how to perform movements, movement skills and enjoyment.

Comparative Analysis of the Best Finsswimmers Strategies in the 800 Meter Surface Monofins at the World Championships
The use of strategy in competitions is an important aspect in improving an athlete's performance. So it is very important for athletes and coaches to understand this. This research involved 48 finswimming athletes, 24 male athletes, 24 female athletes in the 800 meter surface monofins event at the 2016-2022 World Championships, participants were selected from the best positions 1-8. This research uses secondary data obtained from the CMAS website. The data normality test in this study used Shapirow-wilk. To find out the differences between each round, use the one way ANOVA test. The results of this research show that in the first round, there was a significant time acceleration for female athletes in 2018 with an average time of 24.17 seconds. The time difference between rounds was significant for male athletes in the 2nd to 4th rounds (p < 0.05), while female athletes showed significant time differences in almost all rounds with a value < 0.05. This research concludes that the average male and female athletes in each world championships use a parabola strategy, there is a difference in the average time in each round and there is also a difference in time between male and female athlete
EVALUATION OF GURU PENGGERAK PERFORMANCE
Frequent changes in educational goals and policies in Indonesia have significantly impacted on teachers. Thus, the government has initiated a development program called the Guru Penggerak Program to prepare teachers for implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. This study aims to evaluate the performance of teachers who have participated in the Guru Penggerak Program. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, employing questionnaire and interview techniques. The data in this study consists of 36 Guru Penggerak teachers, 72 colleagues, 72 students, and 20 school principals from various educational levels, including elementary, junior high, and senior high/vocational schools. Besides identifying teacher performance, the results are expected to explain the impact of the Guru Penggerak Program on the school community as reflected in the performance of the Guru Penggerak teachers. The research findings indicate an improvement in the quality of Guru Penggerak teachers in conducting educational activities, both in teaching and in personal and social development. Guru Penggerak teachers can collaborate with students in educational activities and are becoming actively involved in leading learning. Overall, the Guru Penggerak Program followed by teachers in Sorong City has provided new insights for teachers and positive impacts on colleagues, students, and school leaders
TRAINING MODEL OF EVASION TECHNIQUES IN DOUBLE ART CATEGORY OF PENCAK SILAT BASED ON ATTACK MACHINE
Pencak silat, as a traditional martial art, has evolved into a modern combat sport that is now featured in various national and even international events. This research has developed 11 training models for evasion techniques in the double category of pencak silat using the Attack Machine and an Instrument Test to measure the speed of evasion techniques, named the Attack Machine Test. This research was conducted using the Research and Development method. The research procedure followed the ADDIE model, which includes Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data collection involved 30 active students specializing in the art category, particularly doubles, using testing and measurement techniques as the Instrument Test for collecting pretest and posttest data (Attack Machine Test). The data analysis presented includes descriptive quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. The results of this study show that the average pretest score was 58.3 and the posttest score was 67.5, with standard deviations of 21.104 and 17.555, respectively. In the t-test table for Equality of Means, with a significance level of < 0.05 for the One-Sided p Mean Difference Two-Sided p Std. Error Difference, it indicates the significant improvement in training effectiveness and reaction speed in the double category
THE CORRELATION OF AGE AND VISCERAL FAT WITH TOTAL CHOLESTEROL
This study aims to determine the correlation between age, and visceral fat with total cholesterol. The method used is a cross-sectional approach. For the population of RPTRA visitors in East Jakarta, the sampling technique with accidental sampling is based on chance. The result of this study is that age (X1) to total cholesterol (Y) correlates to 0.290. While visceral fat (X2) to total cholesterol (Y) correlates to 0.432, there is a moderate correlation between visceral fat and total cholesterol. So, age does not affect total cholesterol or visceral fat. Some of the factors that affect the increase in cholesterol are diet and activity
DEVELOPMENT OF ANDROID-BASED HEALTHY LIFESTYLE PHYSICAL EDUCATION LEARNING MEDIA TO INCREASE STUDENT UNDERSTANDING
This research aims to develop interactive learning media to help students understand healthy lifestyle behaviour in physical education for D-phase students in class VII and Evaluate the Effectiveness of Learning Media to evaluate how effective interactive learning media can help students understand healthy lifestyle behaviours in Physical education phase-D Class VII.This type of research is a development Research and Development (R&D) through quantitative methods. This method was determined based on data collection techniques carried out during the product development process. Through this research using the ASSURE model and has six stages ; Analyze Learner, State Objectives, Select methods, media, and materials, Utilize media and materials, Require learner participation, Evaluate and Revise.. The findings of this study were piloted with seventh grade junior high school students in Serang and Pandeglang districts. Based on random sampling technique, four junior high schools were obtained. The subjects in the small-scale test were 31 students and the large-scale test was 60 students and the research sample was 36 students.The results of this research are in the form of an android application as an interactive multimedia for healthy lifestyles. The mean result is 0.5617 which means it is included in the medium group. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the learning media for physical education sports and health material on healthy lifestyles based on android for junior high school class VII is effective for increasing students understanding of sports and health subject matter, with an average pre-test score of 47.77 and an average post-test score of 77.00. Based on results in the conclusion that this Android-based interactive learning media for physical education is good or feasible enough for students
COMPARISON OF INDEPENDENT SPIKE DRILLING TRAINING AND WITH A SETTER ON IMPROVING 3-METER SPIKES FOR VOLLEYBALL ATHLETES 17-19 YEARS OLD
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of two forms of training that is with the drilling spike method independently with gradual distance and drilling spike with setter with Spiker Specialization attribute variables on the ability to spike 3 meters. The method used in this research is an experiment with the treatment by level 2 x 2 design. This research was conducted within the scope of the DKI Jakarta Volleyball Pengprov with a population of XX PON Pelatda athletes in DKI Jakarta Province who experienced chronic ankle sprain totaling 76 athletes with a composition of 42 athletes in the position of Outside Hitter and 34 athletes in the position of Middle Block. The sample in this study amounted to 44 people with purposive proportional random sampling technique then divided into 4 groups. The instrument used to measure 3-meter spikes in this study is the Spike Skills Test instrument. Based on the results of data processing and analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) There is a difference between drilling spike training therapy independently with gradual distance and drilling spike with setter to increase 3-meter spike, (2) There is an interaction between training therapy and spiker specialization to increase 3-meter spike, (3) There is a difference between drilling spike training independently with gradual distance to increase 3-meter spike in the group of athletes who position as Outside Hitter, 3-meter spike improvement is higher if trained spike drilling independently, (4) There is a difference between independent spike drilling training with gradual distance on 3-meter spike improvement in the group of athletes positioned as Middle Blocker, 3-meter spike improvement is higher if trained spike drilling with a setter
ARM SLAM SKILL TRAINING MODEL FOR BEGINNER WRESTLING ATHLETES
This study aims to improve the throwing skills of wrestling athletes aged 13-15 years. The research was carried out in early June to late June 2024 at the POPB DKI Jakarta Wrestling Sports Hall. The study was attended by all wrestling athletes aged 13-15 years, consisting of 30 athletes. The method used in this study is Research & Development with the ADDIE method. The instrument used is the Arm Throw skill test for ages 13-15 years which has been validated by martial arts expert lecturers, wrestling lecturers and wrestling coaches. Based on the initial test data for arm throw skills, an average result of 95.8333 was obtained. Then after being given training material in the study to improve wrestling arm throw skills for ages 13-15 years for 8 meetings, a final test was carried out with an average result of 104.5333 There is an increase in wrestling arm throw skills for ages 13-15 years
