THE EFFECT OF DIET AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY ON TOTAL CHOLESTEROL LEVELS
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of diet and physical activity on total cholesterol levels. The method used is a descriptive method with survey techniques. The population of study program coordinators within UNJ and the sampling technique with random sampling is that all populations have the same opportunity to be sampled. The result of this study is that the frequency (X1) to cholesterol (Y) has a correlation of -0.434 meaning that there is a negative correlation between the frequency of exercise and cholesterol and significant because the significant number is 0.027 below 0.05. This means that the more often you exercise, the lower your cholesterol. While diet (X2) to cholesterol (Y) has a correlation of -0.418 there is a negative correlation between diet and the amount of cholesterol and significant because the significant number is 0.034 below 0.05. This means that by managing a good diet, the cholesterol is getting lower. So the conclusion is that the more often you exercise, the lower the cholesterol, and the better you regulate your diet, the lower the cholesterol
Motivation And Commitment Young Children's Swimming Training
Swimming athletes must be committed to their training, especially those who are still young. However, not all young swimmers are entirely committed to their training. As a result, the purpose of this study is to link a young swimmer’s motivation with a commitment they make throughout training. The quantitative descriptive method was utilized in this study, and data was collected utilizing total sampling procedures. The population and sample used were young swimmers aged 13–17, while the indicators used were the adoption of the sport commitment scale and motivation level. The Pearson correlation test yielded Sig results. (2-tailed) = 0.625, which is larger than 0.05, indicating that the two variables are unrelated. The conclusion is that a swimmer’s training commitment is not necessarily determined by their motivation. Because the majority of these young swimmers are self-motivated, they are less likely to develop burnout during training

The path coefficient value of coping strategies on physical fitness is 0.571;sig= 0.002<0.05, which means that coping strategies have a negative effect on physical fitness. The path coefficient value of physical fitness on football performance is 0.571;sig= 0.048<0.05 which means that physical fitness has a positive effect on football performance. The path coefficient value of emotional intelligence and physical fitness on football performance is 0.510;sig= 0.000<0.05 which means that emotional intelligence has a positive effect on football performance. The coefficient value of coping strategies and physical fitness on football performance is -0.470;sig= 0.000<0.05 which means that coping strategies have a negative effect on football performance

DEVELOPMENT OF VOLLEYBALL LOWER PASSING SKILL MODEL FOR JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL EXTRACURRICULARS
Abstract
This study aims to obtain empirical data on the effectiveness and results of the volleyball lower passing skills model. This type of research is research and development (R&D) with a pre-test and post-test design. The data analysis technique collects effectiveness test data using the t test with SPSS software. The effectiveness test was conducted on volleyball extracurricular participants at SMPN 15 Depok City, totaling 40 children who were given treatment using a variety of volleyball lower passing skill models for 4 meetings. The volleyball lower passing research instrument was carried out with a 1-minute lower passing test. The results of the study based on expert validation, it can be said that there are 12 models of lower passing skills based on media modifications that are considered feasible. And based on the quality of the model, this model is in the GOOD category, with a score of 88. In addition, after testing the effectiveness of the model, it can be seen that this skill model is effective for improving volleyball lower passing skills with a p value = 0.000 <0.005. so it can be interpreted that there is a significant difference between the average of the experimental group and the control group. So it can be concluded that giving experimental treatment has a significant effect compared to the control group
