ANALYSIS OF STUDENTS' INTERESTS AND MOTIVATIONS IN PARTICIPATING PHYSICAL EDUCATION LEARNING
Physical education plays a vital role in developing students’ motor skills, physical abilities, and knowledge, while also fostering positive attitudes toward active lifestyles. Interest and motivation are essential factors influencing learning outcomes in physical education (PJOK) at the elementary school level. This study aims to analyze students’ interest and motivation in participating in PJOK learning. The research employed a quantitative descriptive design with purposive sampling. The sample consisted of 20 students from a population of 110, selected based on low initial motivation and interest in PJOK. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed through percentage techniques. Results revealed that learning readiness (73%), personal interest (74%), teacher’s influence (71%), social support (78%), and ideals/aspirations (74%) were categorized as good. Meanwhile, the learning environment (65%), student ability (65%), physical condition (64%), and dynamic elements (67%) were categorized as sufficient. Overall, students’ interest and motivation in PJOK learning reached the “good” category, with an average of 70%. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening instructional strategies to enhance motivation and engagement. The study provides valuable insights for PJOK teachers to design more effective and supportive learning environments
Perceptions of Grade 12 Students Regarding Physical Literacy
This study aims to investigate the perceptions of 12th-grade students regarding physical literacy, a multidimensional construct that includes motivation, self-confidence, physical competence, and the knowledge required for lifelong engagement in physical activity. Physical literacy plays a crucial role in promoting active and healthy lifestyles, especially during adolescence—a critical period for developing lifelong health behaviors. Employing a quantitative descriptive design, this study involved 83 students from SMA Negeri Kalisat, Jember, who completed the Indonesian-adapted version of the Perceived Physical Literacy Instrument (PPLI). The instrument consists of 9 Likert-scale items assessing various components of physical literacy. Results revealed that 41.5% of students strongly agreed and 29.7% agreed with the physical literacy indicators, suggesting a generally positive perception. However, a significant number of students expressed uncertainty or disagreement on certain items, particularly related to social skills and self-management. These findings underline the importance of integrating physical literacy into school curricula and physical education programs. Strengthening students’ understanding and awareness of physical literacy can enhance their readiness to engage in lifelong physical activity, improve physical and mental health, and support national efforts toward youth health development
EXPLORATION OF SHARPENING FOOTBALL DRIBBLING TECHNIQUE SKILLS BY APPLYING THE TEACHING GAMES FOR UNDERSTANDING (TGFU) APPROACH STRATEGY: A REVIEW STUDY
Dribbling is one of the skills base in football holding role important in success games. However, learning dribbling techniques often face challenge in matter effectiveness and engagement Players. Approach Teaching Games for Understanding (TGFU) is a learning strategy that emphasizes understanding tactical and taking decision through modified game so that can increase dribbling skills in more effective. This study aiming for explore effectiveness implementation of TGFU strategy in hone skills soccer dribbling techniques based on study literature latest. The method used in study This is review study with analyze various literature that discusses implementation of TGFU in learning skills base football. Study results show that TGFU approach is capable increase dribbling skills through experience play more contextual, improvement understanding tactical, as well as involvement active player in learning. In addition, this strategy also provides benefit in matter motivation, creativity, and decision making more decisions good in the field. With Thus, the TGFU approach can be used as an effective alternative strategy in learning soccer dribbling skills
PHYSICAL CONDITION LEVEL OF VOLLEYBALL
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kondisi fisik tim bola voli Sungai Sarik Lipat Kain. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Populasi seluruh tim bola voli Sungai Sarik Lipat Kain dengan jumlah populasi 9 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik total sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi, jadi sampelnya berjumlah 9 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah leg dynamometer, hand dynamometer, back dynamometer, pull-up, wall squat, lari 15 menit (VO2 Max). Kemudian data diolah secara statistik, dengan rumus persentase dan mengacu pada norma penilaian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kondisi fisik tim bola voli Sungai Sarik Lipat Kain berada pada kategori kurang dengan persentase sebesar 58,33%.

BODY IMAGE PERCEPTION, BARBELL ROMANIAN DEADLIFT AND HIP THRUST EXERCISE ON GLUTES MUSCLE HYPERTHROPY IN WOMEN
Most women often feel unease with their body image as it is an asset for their attractiveness, this refers to the perception of body image. When observed, most female members in Recharge Functional Training have the same feeling about their body image, also have the same desire to have an ideal body shape with specific muscle growth, especially buttocks area. The purpose of this study is to determine the perception of body image, comparing the effect of romanian deadlift and hip thrust exercises on glutes muscle hypertrophy of female member. The research method uses quantitative descriptive using two group pre-posttest design. Population includes female participants of Recharge Functional Training, with total of 8 samples. Data collection instruments using body image satisfaction questionnaires, romanian deadlift and hip thrust programs by measuring hip circumference in samples to determine pre-posttest values. Results shows that the perception of body image satisfaction in women is high with value of 100%. There was an increase in the growth of glutes muscle mass in sample A group with romanian deadlift, but none was found in sample B group with hip thrust exercise program. Furthermore, there is no average comparison to post-test results from these 2 sample groups. 
MODIFICATION OF THE DIFFICULTY OF FACILITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURE IN SALAF SCHOOLS WITH THE BELIEF, TRULY WITH DIFFICULTY THERE IS EASE
Salaf Schools, as Islamic educational institutions, often face limited facilities and infrastructure. This study aims to analyze the obstacles and challenges in providing sports facilities and infrastructure, especially badminton, in Salaf schools that have limited facilities. Creative modifications such as the use of used bottles as a substitute for rackets are carried out to overcome these limitations. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and case studies. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with teachers and principals, as well as observations of sports facilities in schools. The results of the study showed that although the tools used were not standard, these modifications increased student participation and enthusiasm in sports learning. The principle of "indeed with difficulty there is ease" was applied to motivate teachers and students to remain creative and productive in facing limitations. This innovative solution succeeded in creating an interactive learning atmosphere and supporting students' physical development
THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SHOOTING PRACTICE AND GOALS IN FOOTBALL GAMES
Shooting is kicking the ball with one part of the foot which requires accuracy, speed and strength so that you can score a goal. This research aims to analyze the relationship between shooting practice and the occurrence of goals in football games. The research design used is correlational. The population is 15 teenagers aged 16-19 years in the Akrab Pakusari club. The instrument uses a goal measurement test with 0.745. Analysis using the help of the Microsoft Excel program and the SPSS 21 for Windows program. The results of the research show a significant relationship between shooting practice and the occurrence of goals in football games at the Akrab Pakusari club with a correlation value of 0.525
EFFECTIVENESS OF HEALTH POCKETBOOKS IN IMPROVING AWARENESS AND HEALTHY LIVING BEHAVIOR OF STATE JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur efektivitas buku saku kesehatan sebagai media edukasi dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan perilaku hidup sehat siswa SMP. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 28 Surabaya yang berjumlah 29 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan pre-test dan post-test. Analisis data menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada variabel pengetahuan (p=0,039), sikap (p<0,001), dan perilaku hidup sehat (p<0,001). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa buku saku kesehatan efektif sebagai media edukasi yang aplikatif dan praktis
BIBLIOMETRIC INSIGHTS INTO NLP RESEARCH: GLOBAL TRENDS AND FUTURE IMPLICATIONS FOR SPORTS PSYCHOLOGY
Over the past four decades, the application of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) has expanded significantly, attracting considerable interest from researchers worldwide. Despite the proliferation of research across various disciplines, comprehensive reviews that map global trends in NLP research remain limited. Consequently, this study aims to evaluate the evolution and contributions of NLP research over time, and to identify the key topics, leading researchers, prominent institutions, and influential countries involved in its development. This study employs a literature review methodology using the Scopus database as of September 27, 2024, with the keywords “neuro-linguistic” and “programming.” Bibliographic data from 280 publications were exported in CSV format, processed using Excel, and analyzed with VOSviewer software to map networks and visualize findings. The results of the study are as follows: (1) NLP research output peaked in 2018, with over 20 documents published that year; (2) the most cited article is titled “Machine Learning Approach to Personality Type Prediction Based on the Myers–Briggs Type Indicator”; (3) the researcher contributing the most to this field is Tosey, with nine publications; (4) the United Kingdom and Europe exhibit a high concentration of NLP research and robust collaboration networks; (5) in the Scopus database, articles constitute the majority of documents, comprising 62.9% of the total publications; (6) NLP research is predominantly concentrated in the social sciences and computer science domains, where NLP techniques are utilized for developing technologies such as chatbots, text analysis, and linguistic data processing. The findings indicate that NLP holds substantial potential for application in psychology and the social sciences. However, its application in the domain of sports remains underexplored. This represents a significant opportunity to implement NLP in sports, particularly for mental training and enhancing athletic performance
EFFECTIVENESS OF SPORTS GAME METHODS ON FINE MOTOR DEVELOPMENT OF EARLY CHILDHOOD AT HIDAYAH GRENDEN PUGER KINDERGARTEN
The golden age period in children is very important for a child's life in the future, this is the basis for teaching children cognitive, motor, social, and language skills. Fine motor development at an early age will be beneficial now and in the future. Children who have poor fine motor coordination or who do not develop perfectly tend to experience frustration, failure, and rejection. Fine motor skills are basic skills that need to be built at an early age . Learning while exercising can help children improve coordination and fine motor skills. This study is to determine the effectiveness of the sports game method on the development of fine motor skills in early childhood . The Study case literature review method is practiced in this writing. Children's fine motor skills were measured using sports game techniques on two respondents who received intervention; the data was then evaluated three times, namely in the first week; second; and fourth. The results of the observations were carried out for four weeks. Observations were conducted before and after the intervention. The results of observations after the intervention showed an increase in the ability and development of children's fine motor skills. The conclusion is that the method of playing sports effectively improves fine motor skills in early childhood , it is hoped that parents and teachers can apply sports game techniques both at home and at school
