Keeping fit is very important during the COVID-19 pandemic. Study aims to maintain fitness during the COVID-19 pandemic based on simple tools. The research subjects were 16 teenagers who live in Kimia Farma II Complex, Duren Sawit District. The research instrument used the Multi Stage Fitness Test (MSFT). In this study, the results of the pre-test for girls showed that the highest score was 29.5 ml/kg/minute, the lowest value was 22.8 ml/kg/minute, the mean was 25.8 ml/kg/minute. The results of the pre-test for boys showed that the highest score was 30.6 ml/kg/minute, the lowest value was 24.4 ml/kg/minute, the mean was 27. The results of post-test girls obtained the highest result 31.8 ml/kg/minute, the lowest value 23.6 ml/kg/minute, Mean 27.5. The results of the post-test for boys obtained the highest result of 33.6 ml/kg/minute, the lowest value of 27.2 ml/kg/minute, the mean 29.8. Paired Sample T-Test for girls and boys obtained the value of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05, it was concluded that there was an average difference between the pre-test and post-test of adolescent girls and boys. These findings indicate that the physical activity model for maintaining simple tool-based fitness during the COVID-19 pandemic for adolescents has a significant effect on physical fitness

Analysis of Anxiety Factors in Petanque UNJ Athletes in Facing the Match
The psychological state of the athlete must be the main thing before the athlete participates in a match or championship. A strong mental condition will give you optimism and courage, while a weak mental condition will make you pessimistic and afraid. This study aims to analyze the anxiety factors of UNJ petanque athletes in facing competitions. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive analysis approach. Data collection in this research includes observation, interviews, and document analysis. The sample used was 18 petanque athletes. The research results of the athlete's anxiety variable have an average value of 48, the highest value is 67 and the lowest value is 26, standard deviation is 11.5, variance is 131.4, mode is 40, median is 48. The anxiety level of UNJ petanque athletes is quite high. The factors that cause anxiety among athletes also vary, such as fear of failure, fear of missing out on points, fear of stronger opponents and so on. Anxiety levels that cannot be controlled will make it difficult for athletes because it will have an impact on the athlete's body and mind so that it is not uncommon for athletes to experience many obstacles when competing
Effectiveness of Motor Skills Learning Model through Sports Games for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Students
Abstract This study aims to determine the motor skills learning model based on sports games as well as to test its effectiveness in improving the motor skills of elementary school (madrasah ibtidaiyah). This development research adopts the ADDIE model development and uses mixed methods, qualitative data was obtained from the description of the model, and quantitative data were obtained from field effectiveness tests. The subjects included in the development of the model were 60 underclass students 6-8 years in Kudus. Retrieval of research data using tests of motor skills learning outcomes for madrasah ibtidaiyah with validity and reliability values are categorized "good". A pre-post test was carried out for further analysis using the SPSS-23 paired sample t-test. The significance value of the difference in the t-count that appears = 16.56 df = 59 and p-value = 0.00 <0.05, there is a significant difference before and after being given the treatment of the developed model. They concluded that the model developed is in the form of 21 motor skills learning items consisting of 6 major criteria based on recorded sports games along with the procedures for implementing each item. The developed model can significantly improve motor skills learning outcomes for madrasah ibtidaiyah students
DEVELOPMENT OF DEEP FUN GAME TRAINING METHODS FOOTBALL TO IMPROVE QUALITY EARLY CHILDREN PASSING: English
Abstract with the title "Development of Fun Game Training Methods in Football to Improve the Quality of Passing for Early Childhood". This study used the Research & Development (R&D) development research method from Borg and Gall. The samples used in this study were 10 participants from the SSB KKM Cidulang. This research and development resulted in a fungame training model to improve the quality of football passing which has been validated, tried out and made improvements. The end product of fungame training consist s of various fungame training models to improve the quality of passing. The results of this research and development are data on pretest posttest scores and questionnaires using SPSS IBM 25 for windows with a significant level of 0.05. The results of this study indicate that the increase in football passing is 5%. From the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the passing training model can be developed and applied in the training process. Apart from that, with the fungame training model to improve the quality of passing that has been developed, evidence is obtained that there is a significant increase shown in the test results of the pretest, posttest and also questionnaire data, there is a difference between before and after the treatment of the fungame training model to improve the quality of passing football. Based on these results, it can be used as a football fungame training model as well as an output product of a fungame training model to improve the quality of football passing

Model of Based Physical Fitness Exercise Gurilapss Gymnastics (Mountain, Rimba, Ocean, Beach, River, Cultural Arts) Age 20-40 Years
Abstract
This study aims to produce a GURILAPSS Gymnastics-based Physical Fitness training model for ages 20-40 years, and aims to test the effectiveness of this exercise model. This research is a research and development model from ADDIE which consists of 5 steps (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, (5) Evaluation. Data was collected through observation, filling out questionnaires and testing maximal oxygen volume by using the Rockport Walking Test to determine the level of cardiorespiratory endurance aged 42-40 years. Based on the results of the model effectiveness test using the experimental method and the one group pretest-posttest design approach. The sample in this effectiveness test was an experimental class of 40 people aged 20-40 years who were given the GURILAPSS Gymnastics-based Physical Fitness exercise model. The results of statistical calculations using paired samples t test for the experimental class show a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The conclusion from the results of this study is that the GURILAPSS Gymnastics-based Physical Fitness training model can increase the cardiorespiratory endurance of people aged 20-40 years and is effectively used as a model of Physical Fitness exercises based on GURILAPSS Gymnastics for people aged 20-40 years.
