IMPROVING PHYSICAL FITNESS THROUGH THE OUTDOOR ADVENTURE EDUCATION PROGRAM IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION IN HIGH SCHOOL
This research aims to find the effectiveness of the Physical Education learning model through the Outdoor Adventure Education Program to improve physical fitness for high school students. The research design using a pre-experimental method in the form of a one group pretest-posttest design, two groups that are given a pretest and a posttest, the experimental group is given sixteen times treatment to determine the effect of the program on increasing students' physical fitness. 60 respondents divided into 30 experimental group respondents and 30 control group respondents. Physical fitness test instruments involve: (1) Hand Eye Coordination test, (2) Vertical Jump Test, (3) T-Test, (4) Hand Touch Reaction Test, (5) Dipping Test, and (5) Beep Test, the test based on Test guidelines Indonesian Student Fitness from the Ministry of Education and Culture. the results of the effectiveness test for the Experimental class were 67% in the quite effective interpretation category , the effectiveness test results for the control class were 21% in the less effective interpretation category. The test results for the difference in average physical fitness showed that the value was p = 0.000 < 0.05 . This study shows that there is a significant average difference between the experimental group and the control group
DEVELOPMENT OF A CHANGE OF DIRECTION TRAINING MODEL FOR JUNIOR TENNIS ATHLETES
This research aims to develop a Change of Direction (CoD) training model for junior tennis athletes. Developing a training model using the ADDIE approach (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). In the fifth stage or evaluation, using a sample of 46, to determine the effectiveness of the CoD training model. The N-Gain Score test is used to determine the effectiveness of the CoD training model in junior tennis athletes. The research results showed that the average pretest was 17.66 sec, and after treatment (posttest) it was 17.02 sec. The results of the N-Gain Score test obtained an average value of 0.43, which means that the development of the CoD training model has moderate effectiveness in improving direction change skills in junior tennis athletes. Thus, the CoD training model developed can be applied to improve direction change skills in junior tennis athletes. Future research will need to determine the most effective form of training to improve athletes' change-of-direction skills, taking into account other factors that influence change-of-direction performance. So it can answer the challenge of how the CoD training method can significantly improve the ability to change direction and ultimately contribute to the performance of tennis athletes
DEVELOPMENT OF A LOADING TRAINING TOOL TO TRAIN WATER POLO JUMPS AND SHOTS BASED ON WATER BACK SPIDER (WBS)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data ilmiah tentang pengembangan alat latihan beban cabang olahraga polo air untuk meningkatkan hasil latihan lompatan dan tembakan pada atlet polo air. Sampel diambil berjumlah 20 atlet polo air yang telah berusia 16 tahun yang tergabung didalam pemusatan latihan daerah DKI Jakarta. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode R&D dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan uji hasil kelayakan oleh ahli terdapat nilai 98% pada efektifitas alat, 95% pada fungsi alat dan 75% pada desain alat. Berdasarkan uji reabilitas instrument menggunakan formula Kuder dan Richardson 21 (KR 21), sedangkan uji validitas untuk pilihan ganda menggunakan korelasi poin biserial. Pengujian reabilitas menggunakan SPSS terdapat nilai Cronch’s Alpha kuisioner uji efektifitas alat pembebanan berbasis water back spider (WBS) pada uji reabilitas adalah 1,48610103. Uji efektifitas diperoleh rerata pre-test 8,90 dan post-test 16,00 dengan standar deviasi 1,210 serta 1,747. Terdapat pada tabel uji-t dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 memiliki Sig. (2-tailed) 0,001. Hasil p-value Sig. (2 – Sided) < 0,05, maka alat pembebanan berbasis water back spider (WBS) dapat meningkatkan hasil lompatan dan juga tembakan secara signifikan.
This study aims to obtain scientific data on the development of water polo weight training tools to improve the results of jumping and shooting training for water polo athletes. Samples were taken totaling 20 water polo athletes who were 16 years old who were members of the DKI Jakarta regional training camp. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The data was then analyzed using the R&D method with a quantitative approach. Based on the feasibility test results by experts there is a value of 98% on the effectiveness of the tool, 95% on the function of the tool and 75% on the tool design. Based on the instrument reliability test using the Kuder and Richardson 21 (KR 21) formula, while the validity test for multiple choice uses biserial point correlation. Reliability testing using SPSS there is a Cronch's Alpha value for the effectiveness test questionnaire for the water back spider (WBS) based loading tool in the reliability test is 1.48610103. The effectiveness test obtained a mean pre-test of 8.90 and post-test of 16.00 with a standard deviation of 1.210 and 1.747. The t-test table with a significance level of 0.05 has Sig. (2-tailed) 0.001. The p-value result of Sig. (2 - Sided) <0.05, then the water back spider (WBS) based loading tool can significantly improve jumping and shooting results.

DEVELOPMENT OF A FOOTBALL PASSING LEARNING MODEL FOR JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
Abstract The aim of this research is to produce a product in the form of Developing a Football Passing Learning Model for Class Middle School Students. Analyze the process of developing a soccer passing learning model for class students, analyze the feasibility of the learning model, and assess its effectiveness. It is hoped that this research will produce a model that is not only suitable for use, but also effective in improving soccer Passing skills in class junior high school students. In its development, it uses the ADDIE method, which includes the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. The research sampling technique used in this study was 108 students. Data analysis uses effectiveness test analysis of the Football Passing model that was developed. Based on test data analysis, it is known that the pretest average is 24.2221 and the posttest is 39.7352. Then the researcher carried out a paired sample test to determine the level of significance of the model given to the subject. Stating that the significance level is 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that the development of a soccer passing learning model can significantly improve student learning outcomes to be applied in the soccer passing learning process. The results of the pretest and posttest also showed significant results.
 
Game-based futsal technical training model at academic futsal ages 15 (u-15)
The goal of this development research is to produce a book product model of basic futsal game-based technique skills training that can provide benefits to trainers to facilitate trainers in implementing training materials. This research uses research and development model of Research and Development from Borg and Gall which consists of ten steps in research. The experimental research design is the two-group pretest-posttest design. Subjects in this study were 15 years old futsal player students consisting of 40 students with 28 items of exercise model and 40 students were not treated. Stages in this study are: preliminary research, expert evaluation, product trial consisting of small group try-out and field try group, and test product effectiveness. The model effectiveness test uses basic engineering skill tests by comparing control and experiment groups. The experimental group was performed by pre-test before the treatments and post-test after treatment. While the control group was given pre-test and post-test but not given treatment. The comparison test of control and experiment group with spss-16 then the control group is passing = 0.218, controlling = 0.684, dribbling = 0.456, shooting = 0.271 or p-value> 0.05 then there is no significant difference in the control group. While in the experimental group is passing = 0.000, controlling = 0.000, dribbling = 0.000, shooting = 0.000 or p-value <0.05 then there is a significant difference in the experimental group before and after treatment. Thus, the application of the basic technique-based futsal skill training model for the age of futsal academy needs to be done to improve the players basic engineering skills
Development of Sports Psychology Research and Athlete Performance in Reputable International Journals: Bibliometric Analysis
This study aims to be able to map the scope of sports psychology research on the Scopus scientific article database. The research focus to describe the thematic areas that most attract the attention of academics, to analyze the development of research on sports psychology which is associated with athlete performance. This research method is descriptive quantitative with a bibliometric approach, assisted by Publish or Perish and VosViewers software. Research sample from the last two decades (2002-2022). Through the keywords "sports psychology" and "performance" in the "article title" found 59 articles. The results of the study show that research trends regarding sports psychology and athlete performance have increased. The fields that have most attracted the attention of academics are sport psychology, applied sport psychology, ethics, and athletic performance. The most frequently discussed topics are sport psychology, performance excellence, and applied sport psychology. Meanwhile burnout, athlete, exercise, ethics, mental skills, performance, talent, and expertise are topics that are rarely discussed. More in-depth research on topics that are rarely discussed can be carried out by other researchers
The Influence of the TGT (Teams Games Tournament) Learning Model on Table Tennis Learning Outcomes
The success or failure of students in learning can be influenced by several factors, one of which is the selection of the learning model to be used. The selection of learning models must be adapted to the characteristics of students. The learning model that is often used in the learning process is the cooperative learning model. There are several kinds of learning models that are often used, namely the TGT (Teams Games Tournament) learning model. The use of this learning model allows students to be active in learning, so as to improve student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the effect of the TGT (Teams Games Tournament) learning model on table tennis learning outcomes. This research method uses a quasi-experimental design with one group pretest posttest. The population in the research is class students eight At school SMPN 5 Nganjuk which will be done 4 times. The sample used was 34 students. The data collection technique uses a table tennis stroke ability test. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis, normality test, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that there is a significant influence, this can be seen from the results of the analysis of hypothesis testing with a result of 0.00 which means <0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence using the TGT (Teams Games Tournament) learning model on table tennis learning outcomes
EVALUATION STUDY MENPORA CUP WOMEN’S U-17 TIERED LEAGUE COMPETITION
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the 2019 Menpora Cup Women’s U-17 Tiered League Competition Program. This study used a qualitative technique with an evaluation approach using the Context, Input, Process and Product (CIPP) model. The method of collecting data is triangulation using questionnaires, interviews, document studies and observation. The result of the research show that in: (1) Context Evaluation: has a very strong legal basis and government policy, with good intentions and goals, but not yet targeted. (2) Input evaluation: participants, organization, financing and committee have not been carried out properly and need to be improved in accordance with the development of the Menpora Cup Women’s U-17 tiered league competition every year. (3) Process Evaluation: sporting competition rules that must always be updated in accordance with football developments, competition implementation still needs to be maximized properly. (4) Product Evaluation: increasing public participation and interest in organizing the Menpora Cup Women’s U-17 tiered league competition every year, the role of the media in publication and promotion of sports to the community is increasingly being expanded, and efforts to find potential sports athletes from the community that need to be developed optimized. However, athletes’ achievements have not contributed much to world-class achievements
The Effect of Students' Attitudes Towards Exercise, Diet and Body Composition on Students' Physical Fitness Post-Covid-19
The purposeof this study is to find out the direct influence of Exercise Attitude, Diet, and Body Composition on the Physical Fitness of students of Al- Azhar Islamic High School in Bekasi City as many as 62 samples using the Purposive Sampling withdrawal technique. data collection techniques in the form of numbers, written statements, as well as oral information and various facts based on the focus on the research being studied. By giving questionnaires / questionnaires with a likert scale. and Observation. The analysis technique uses a path analysis approach (path analysiss). The results of the analysis were obtained, as follows: 1). There is a significant influence of Exercise Attitudes on Physical Fitness. 2). There is a significant influence between Diet and Physical Fitness. 3) There is a significant influence between Body Composition on the Physical Fitness of Students of Al-Azhar Islamic Senior High School, Bekasi City in the Post-Covid-19 Period
THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE SHOOTING TRAINING MODEL USING THE REPETITION METHOD IN BASKETBALL FOR AGED 12-14 YEARS
This study aims to determine the improvement of shooting skills in basketball games with the repetition method in basketball games for ages 12-14 years. This research was conducted from May-June 2023. The subjects in this study were 45 players aged 12-14 years. This research focuses on testing the effectiveness of developing a shooting technique training model with the repetition method, therefore the approach and method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental research design in the form of the one group pretest-posttest design. Data analysis used the inferential analysis was carried out using the T test, with a significance test (α) = 0.05. In the significant difference test with SPSS 16, the average value = 1.778 shows the difference from the results of the pre-test and post-test, df = 44, the results of t count = 11.212 > t table 1.680 (from n = 45) and p-value = 0.00 <0.05, which means there is a significant difference between before and after being treated with the basketball shooting training model with the repetition method. The conclusion is that the basketball shooting exercise model with the repetition method is effective and provides an increase in the shooting skills of children aged 12-14 year
