The expectation in this research is to be able to find out the factors that can influence the consumer loyalty of the XYZ brand AC so that it can be used as a reference in taking strategic steps of the company

IoT-based Automatic Fish Pond Control System

Aquaculture is a potential sector to be developed by the people of Indonesia considering that Indonesia's territory is dominated by the sea. Based on data released by the Directorate General of Aquaculture in 2015, the level of fish consumption projected increase up to 54.49 kg/capita/year. One important factor influencing the success of aquaculture is water quality. Some physical parameters to describe water quality include temperature, degree of acidity, dissolved oxygen and turbidity. The case of the death of thousands of fish in Cirebon due to hot temperatures reaching 36 degrees Celsius in November 2015 is one proof that monitoring and control of pond water quality has not been done properly. It will cause huge losses for fisheries. With research and development methods researcher design a tool called SENDAL IKAN. This tool has 7 sensors that can control water quality in fish ponds in real time from phone and can activate automatic responses directly and through applications on mobile phones if there is an indication that the water quality is outside normal limits. That way fish farmers will be easier to control and will not be too late to handle problems related to fish pond water quality

Optimization Model Schedule Nervousness in Flight Catering Industry

Abstract―Instability often occurs in production planning, which is also known as schedule nervousness. This phenomenon triggers companies to make various efforts in minimizing the level of instability. In this study, the author tries to look at the schedule nervousness problems of the aviation catering industry in determining the amount of production planning to increase profits. In the context of schedule nervousness, there is a very high difference between the value of the temporary demand which is known 10 hours before with the fix order when the airline has closed the check-in process. This phenomenon makes the aviation catering company must bear the loss in value of the difference in demand that occurs. In one month the company must bear the loss of at least 500 packs of food. Based on those problems, the author tries to make an optimization model with linear programming by determining the number of orders for each airline and class of passengers at a certain service level to produce minimal inventory with large profits. The completion of the model using Lingo software is running well and has produced an optimal solution. The potential cost reduction carried out in the first week of January 2020, has provided the best scenario with the potential for cost savings of the production process around the production cost of around Rp 53 million or about 23%

A proper maintenance project selection is a key to support performance of power plant. The issue of maintenance is allocation a limited budget to achieve the goals of various maintenance criteria and conflicting objectives. This paper presents an integrated AHP and goal programming. In the first step, since maintenance is measured in qualitative criteria, it is recommended to use AHP to weight and quantify criteria. Second step utilize GP which uses the criteria weights and alternative priorities calculated with AHP to optimize multiple objectives without exceeding available resource constraint. The results show that the approach can aid in selection optimal projects within available budget

The qualification assessment process is an important stage in the process of goods/ service procurement because it affects the success of a project. Up to now, the qualification assessment process at PT XYZ has not been managed comprehensively, resulting in delays or failure of project completion. Therefore, to get a qualified and best provider of goods/ services, the qualification assessment process using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) is necessary to be carried out. The process of this research started from selecting criteria through the Delphi method, then performing a pairwise comparison using questionnaires on each of the criteria identified. Subsequently, the data were processed using the ANP software, namely Super Decisions Version 3.2.0 to obtain the weight of each criterion. The next stage was to carry out an assessment of the goods or service providers following the LSP process. The final result of this research was to obtain the weight of each qualification criterion to determine a competent and threshold-passing provider projected to be included in the LSP
