PT XYZ engaged in the electricity industry, which has a strategic issue that’s reduction of BPP (Cost of Providing) electricity as one step in supporting the holding company policy. With the target of reduction BPP, where one component of the BPP is maintenance costs. This research shows the priority of maintenance costs of each Units that can be used in the drafting of the RKAP. In order to prioritize maintenance costs, it is necessary to compile an analysis of the cost, start from the proposed maintenance costs of each unit (using the bottom-up method) until evaluating cost from management (using the top-down method). This top-down method is strengthened by the analysis of priority maintenance costs from the expert's view using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with the Expert Choice V-11 Software tool. Then the results of prioritizing maintenance costs from the bottom-up and top-down methods are carried out reconciliation through Forum Group Discussion (FGD). Based on the results, that the highest weighting factor was Productivity (0.616), followed by Area (0.320), Specifications (0.064). Whereas the sub factor that is very dominant globally is having low production costs and the highest priority Unit for maintenance costs is Unit E

Social and economic conditions affect people’s behavior and preference for housing and the selection of housing area and its design. People with higher economic and social conditions will choose a better quality of housing and the environment. This decision also influences housing preference for apartment design. The quality of the apartment is influenced by a healthy environment, the use of energy that is efficient and can be recycled, using the eco-design approach, and basic facilities are provided. This study focuses on design-based research for designing an apartment building that suits the preferences of middle and upper occupants with an ecological approach. In this study, middle and upper occupant preference determines the shape of the facade design in buildings. In order to determine design parameters and criteria, this study uses a literature review, data analysis, and architectural precedent study. The result finds that several aspects are synthesized and selected as general design criteria apartment buildings. The important parameters in the design of the facade of the building are attractive façade design and emphasize the changing color through vegetation design inside and surrounding the building facades at each season. The building is designed minimalist architecture with a neutral color selection that is combined with natural colors such as wood and stone. Parts of apartment facilities can also be accessed by the occupants easily. Placement of vegetation evenly gives the impression of being close to nature and provides relaxation for each occupant of the apartment building

Job Standard Parameters from Online Job Vacancy

    Get PDF
The internet has provided an efficient and economical way to provide job vacancy information to applicants in a way that is far more dynamic and consistent than happened in the past. This is directly proportional to the number of companies exploiting online technology (job portals, company websites, etc.) to make job advertisements reach a growing audience. To further optimize the selection process concerning processing time and accuracy, researchers have begun developing a sophisticated search engine to automatically sort resumes based on job offer requirements. Overcoming this problem requires the Information Extraction (IE) process. Research on IE regarding vacancies actually already exists and has been applied. Research on IE regarding vacancies actually already exists and has been applied In addition, we want to develop previous research involving all job vacancies websites to a wider extent. We realize that this limitation makes the extraction process difficult. we try to define job problems more easily, such as identifying various JSPs on job vacancy websites in Indonesia as a first step in the extraction process. Our findings in the survey of 14 job vacancy websites are 26 job standard parameters including structure collection and extraction methods. This study provides a detailed description of each component of information extraction on the job vacancy website in Indonesia. Starting from identifying the type of Structured Extraction to the output of extraction. This study also developed JSP from previous research

    Get PDF
XYZ Mart is a convenience store in Tulungagung regency. Founded in 2012, this store is designed to serve the daily needs of surrounding residents. In addition, this store also caters for the needs of families visiting patients at the hospital in front of XYZ Mart. Along with the store growth, there are more and more customers, and so the more demand. To handle the increasing demand, the store has to increase its inventory of goods. Problems arise when the number of goods keep increasing while the store inventory space does not. Therefore, in order to avoid overstocking or understocking, a research and planning are conducted to determine the optimal number of an order. The method used for inventory optimization is Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) to calculate the most optimal number of goods ordered. To anticipate the uncertainty of demand, Safety Stock (SS) is also used. To determine the average demand per year based on historical data, as a basis for EOQ and SS calculations, a Monte Carlo simulation is used. The expected outcome of this research is to provide recommendations of when and how much goods must be ordered so that the store can optimally use its limited space of inventory
