    Can The Customer Value Proposition Form Customer Loyalty?

    The aim of this study was to analyze and study the effect of customer proposition value on customer loyalty for heavy equipment products in Kalimantan with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable and customer profile as a moderating variable. This type of research is explanatory research using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population of this research is heavy equipment user companies in Kalimantan, with a sample size of 100 companies. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The research findings reveal that the customer proposition value has a significant effect on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction is meaningful as a mediating variable, meaning that the increase in customer perception of the customer value proposition is unidirectional and significant towards increasing company customer loyalty using heavy equipment products. Customer profile has a positive meaning to strengthen customer value proposition towards customer loyalty. The practical implication of this study is to provide an understanding that the customer value proposition that matches customer expectations is one of the important concepts to increase customer loyalty and customer profile to strengthen relationships

    Analisis Kredibilitas Non Endorse Youtuber Serta Pengaruhnya Pada Niat Pembelian

    Influencer marketing has grown rapidly nowadays on social media platforms, one of which is YouTube. Youtubers who are not in-house with brand or non-endorsed YouTubers have more trustworthy information in providing reviews regarding a product. Based on this, this study focuses on non-endorse YouTubers by proposing a source credibility model in the form of expertise, trustworthiness and homophilia on information accessibility and consumer purchase intentions. The survey was conducted using a questionnaire which was then distributed to respondents via social media. Furthermore, 423 data were obtained from respondents who were then evaluated based on certain criteria. A total of 380 valid data obtained after conforming to the research criteria from all the data obtained. Valid data are then analyzed using PLS analysis with the help of the SmartPls 3 application. The findings of this study indicate that the expertise, trust and homophilia of non-endorsed YouTubers have a significant effect on the credibility of information and purchase intentions. In addition, the credibility of information also significantly affects purchase intentions

    Tingkat kesehatan Bank merupakan gambaran kondisi suatu bank yang diartikan sebagai kemampuan suatu bank untuk melakukan kegiatan operasionalnya dengan normal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan kesehatan bank Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) dan Badan Usaha Milik Swasta (BUMS). Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode analisis deskriptif  dan uji Mann Whitney U yang berfokus pada rasio NPL (Net Performing Loan), ROA (Return On Assets), CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio) serta Self Assesment untuk Menilai GCG (Good Coorporate Governace). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan tingkat kesehatan pada bank BUMN dan bank BUMS berdasarkan pendekatan Risk Based Bank Rating dan uji Mann Whitney U dengan menggunakan metode RGEC

    Based on PP. 74 of 2012 on the change of hospital status to Public Service Board (RS-BLU) changed the perspective of the responsibility of the hospital in informing its operational performance. The practice of preparing and presenting the RS-BLU financial statements in Indonesia is not in accordance with PSAK 45, thus indicating financial management that is not in accordance with the financial accounting standard (SAK) that has been determined and affects stakeholder decision-making related to budget acceptance accessibility due to limited relevance of performance information sources on its financial statements. The purpose of this research is to analyze the increase of financial reporting value stakeholder through presentation of financial statements based on PSAK 45 with internet financial reporting as a detector to build stakeholder trust and increase source of RS-BLU budget revenue. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method describes, describes, compare a data with theory based on literature study that obtained from the source of publication documentation (The Asian Sun Life Index of Health in 2017). The results show that most of the RS-BLU in Indonesia do not apply financial reporting according to PSAK 45 and have a negative image in the eyes of their stakeholders, low capital financing and RS-BLU health service quality decreased by 65%

    Terkait program alih teknologi, suatu program alih teknologi sangat dipengaruhi oleh peran dari baik penerima teknologi maupun pemberi teknologi. Salah satu hal penting dari peran penerima maupun pemberi alih teknologi adalah tentang alasan atau motif atas kesediaan mereka dalam terlibat dalam proses alih teknologi tersebut. Apabila kita dalam melakukan proses alih teknologi tidak memiliki pengetahuan tentang alasan utama pelaku untuk terlibat dalam program alih teknologi, maka transfer untuk program transfer teknologi tersebut berpotensi untuk berakhir dalam kegagalan. Penelitian ini membuka kotak hitam untuk menemukan keinginan utama dari penerima transfer teknologi untuk menerima baik pengetahuan ataupun teknologi yang baru melalui program alih teknologi dengan melibatkan Helices, yaitu Triple Helix yang terdiri dari pemerintah, akademisi dan bisnis sebagai agen teknologi.  Dalam penelitian ini terungkap bahwa Program transfer dapat dilakukan dengan sukses bila alasan atau motif penerima alih teknologi. Dan dalam penelitian ini dapat terungkap bahwa motif utama penerima teknologi bersedia terlibat dalam suatu program alih teknologi adalah keuntungan finansial daripada keuntungan akan pengetahuan atau teknologi itu sendiri. Motif ini apabila terpenuhi akan dapat mendorong keberlanjutan dari program alih teknologi yang dijalankan

    This study aims to find out the implementation of retail business model strategy in form of entrepreneurship activities based on local wisdom, along with the challenges to implement it. The objects of this study is Pelanusa Community; a business community in Malang City that implements a retail business model based on local wisdom. A qualitative approach with data collection techniques through semi-structured in-depth interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation were used. The informants were selected purposively. The results of the study show that creativity and product innovation that accentuates local culture is the strength of Pelanusa Community to produce final product that has value proposition. This strength is supported by training activities that enhance technical and managerial skills. Strict quality control is also an important element to maintain product quality. However, Pelanusa Community faces challenges in terms of production scale to implement the strategy for its retail business model

SMEs with the support of empowerment programs, are expected to innovate based on local wisdom in order to have a competitive advantage so they can maintain future business performance. Innovative research on marketing performance is widely researched on a large business scale, however small businesses are still lacking. The research aims to explain the partial and simultaneous influence of green innovation, competitive advantage and empowerment on marketing performance. Quantitative research methods by taking data through questionnaires with a sample of 43 respondents, data analysis using multiple regression. The result is competitive advantage and empowerment have positive and significant effect on marketing performance, but green innovation has a negative and not significant effect on marketing performance. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence on green innovation, competitive advantage and empowerment on the marketing performance

    This study aimed to explain the issues of entrepreneurship and financial competence that exist in Beautypreneurs. This research chooses the qualitative approach using a phenomenological study, which involves in-depth interviews with six Beautypreneurs who are active in building businesses and developing their financial competencies. This phenomenological study is developed based on four main categories, namely are 1. Socio-economic problems, 2. work-life balance, 3. financial knowledge, 4. self-improvement. This study suggests that, firstly, Beautypreneurs have a discursive learning pattern when developing their financial competencies. The second thing, this study found that the personal resilience they try to build based on the cognitive deepening process obtained from the crisis, so these Beautypereneurs needed high mentoring by the mentor who understood the Financial knowledge. Asia Pacific stock markets are very potential for investors to investing their capital because the Asia Pacific stock markets are very potential to make maximum returns for the investors. The aim of this researches are to analyze integration that occur in the Asia Pacific stock markets and to know that Asia Pacific stock markets are suitable for investors to diversifying their portfolio. This research are using the closing price of the Asia Pacific stock markets from April 2011 – March 2019 using Johansen cointegration test and vector error correction model. The result shows that Asia Pacific stock markets are integrated shows with seven cointegrating values in Johansen cointegration test and investors cannot diversifying their portfolio in the Asia Pacific stock market because of positive correlation coefficient values from all of the variable
