A Study of Business Environment Change and Broadcasting Institutional Reform of Visual Mass Media in the Digital Age(Part2)
Get PDF本稿は前編の整理・考察を受け，放送の同時及び見逃し配信等をめぐる総務省の放送制度改革の検討で提示された諸施策が，厳しい経営環境に置かれているローカルテレビ局の経営基盤改善に有効となる，要件と制度設計について考察した。まずローカルテレビ局の重要な営業収入である広告費収入の動向と個社の経営状況を比較分析し，今後の改革への対応能力を検証した。次に放送が地域社会において果たすべき役割を整理して，地域社会が直面する諸課題の解決に役立つことで放送制度の目的を達成する必要性を考察した。総務省の制度改革の検討状況に即しつつ，今後のローカルテレビ局の経営基盤強化に効果のある選択肢となる施策として，①インフラシェアリングを推進し，施設，設備，機材，システム，アプリケーション，要員等を共通化，②共通化部分の開発・運用・改善に受信料財源を活用，③5Gブロードキャスト等の新技術を応用し，放送サービスを，国民・視聴者の追加負担を最小限に抑制した方式で正確・迅速・確実に伝える強靭なネットワーク構築方法を提示した。Based on the discussion in the first section of this paper, we discuss the requirements and institutional design that will enable the implementation of the various measures proposed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications（MIC）in its study of broadcasting system reform, such as simultaneous broadcasts and missed broadcasts, to improve the management base of local TV stations, which are experiencing challenging business conditions. First, we compare trends in advertising revenues, an important source of operating revenue for local TV stations, with the business conditions of individual companies and examine their ability to respond to future reforms. Next, we summarize the role that broadcasting should play in the community and discuss the need to achieve the objectives of the broadcasting system by helping solve various problems faced by the community. The Formation of "New Girl" and "New Reader" in British Girls' Magazines
Get PDF本研究課題は19世紀後半から20世紀初頭のイギリスの少女雑誌によって「新しい少女」と同時に形成された「新しい読者」を見出し、そこで構築された少女観と読者共同体の特異性を解明するという試みであった。2020年から始まったコロナ禍によってBritish Libraryでの史料研究に支障が生じたため2023年度まで延長し、中心となる4誌に加え、周辺資料を収集した。その結果、読者は雑誌を通して教育や就労を新しい文化として享受し、読者コミュニティとして立ち上げられた慈善団体を通して読者同士の結束を固めていたことや、雑誌と読者が互いを利益をもたらす存在と見なし、共犯関係を構築していたことが明らかになった。This project was an attempt to discover the "New Girl" and the "New Reader" who were formed at the same time by British girls' magazines in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, and to elucidate the peculiarities of the view of girls and the community of readers that were constructed in these magazines. The project was extended until FY2023 due to Covid-19. In addition to the four main magazines, relevant materials were collected at the British Library. Written languaging and factors that affect its learning benefits
Get PDF本研究１・２年目は、「筆記ランゲージング」（学習者が言語について疑問や問題に思ったことを書く活動）の長期的な学習効果を解明することを目的とした。その結果、筆記ランゲージングの効果は文法項目の難易度に影響を受けることが示された。本研究３・４年目には、ランゲージングを学習者自身にするか、他者に向かってするかが、学習効果に影響を与える可能性が示唆された。The first and second years of this study attempted to identify the long-term learning effects of "written languaging" (an activity in which learners write about questions or problems they have with the language). The results indicated that the effects of written languaging might be influenced by the difficulty level of the grammar items.
