The response to the sexual harassment problem and the influence of the #Me Too movement in China
Get PDF「#Me Too」運動を機に、各国において多くの人たちがセクハラ被害について声を挙げるようになった。「#Me Too」運動は、中国でどのようなかたち表れたのだろうか。本稿の第1 のねらいは、中国社会のハラスメント問題、なかでもセクハラに注目し、これまでに中国社会がセクハラ問題に対して、どのような姿勢で対応してきたのかについて明らかにすることにある。本稿における第2 のねらいは、世界を席巻した「#Me Too」運動が、中国社会にどのようなかたちで表れ、いかなる影響を与えたのかについて検証することである。結果として、中国では公共の場を含む、あらゆる場においてセクハラ問題が生じていることが分かった。その一方、中国では積極的にセクハラ研究に取り組み、海外におけるセクハラ問題への対応事例や社会における性差別を解消するための手立てなどに関心を寄せ、検証を重ねている。セクハラに関する国内の法整備の面では、関係する法「女性権益保障法」を改正するなどして取り組んではいるものの、まだ多くの課題を抱えていることが見えてきた。中国における「#Me Too」運動は、ソーシャルメディアを通じた大学キャンパスでのセクハラ被害を告発する、というかたちで表れた。このソーシャルメディアを通じたセクハラ被害の告発は、結果として中国の教育界が抱える深刻な課題を表面化させるに至った。いまや中国では、大学キャンパスや公共の場でのセクハラ問題は、社会的課題として人々の関心を集めている。これから中国は、この社会的課題を解決するために、有効な防止策を講じていくことが求められている。People calling about victims of sexual harassment in each country one after another with the“ #Me
Too” movement. How did“ #Me Too” movement appear in China?The primary objective of this paper is to clarify what kind of response the Chinese society has taken against sexual harassment. The second objective of this paper is to examine how the‘ #Me Too’movement sweeping the world appeared in Chinese society and what kind of influence it had.As a result, in China, in any place, including the public, it has been found that the harassment problem has occurred. On the other hand, China has actively worked on sexual harassment research, revealed that the law has been revised little by little. The“ #Me Too” movement that swept the world led to accusations of sexual harassment on campus through social media in China, and as a result, serious problems of Chinese education world was surfaced.Now sexual harassment at university campuses and public places in China is a major social issue.From now on, China is required to take effective preventive measures in order to solve this social issue.特

Get PDF本研究ノートは、2018 年9 月6 日にニュージーランドのウエリント市、ビクトリア大学で行われたハラスメント対策の実施に関して本大学の学生支援協会の代表であるシューテン・エリカ氏とのインタビュー調査のやり取りである。インタビュー調査の過程を通し、シューテン氏はビクトリア大学がハラスメントに対して、非常に真摯に取り組もうとしていることを簡潔に概説した。シューテン氏によると大学はハラスメントに対する適切な方針と措置を実行していることが明らかであった。ビクトリア大学はハラスメントに対するガイドラインが設置されており、そのガイドラインでは、学生の取るべき行動が明らかに記載され、またハラスメントという概念も明確に定義されている。さらに、学生行動に関して明確な指針を確立するとともにサポートすることを教職員にもガイドラインを提供することで、学生が孤立しないように、前向きな関係を奨励することが主張されている。つまり、ハラスメント問題を解決するためには教職員が積極的にサポート出来るようにし教職員を励ますことが重要だと主張さている。それらのサポートを求めるためのネットワークやサービスに関する情報も設置されている。シューテン氏は関係当事者全員のために問題を友好的に解決することを目的とする和解会議を通じて、ハラスメントの加害者（職員と学生の両方）の更正に焦点を当てた修復的正義の制度についても概説している。また、ビクトリア大学は学生代表を含む懲戒委員会を含むハラスメントを扱う多くの委員会を設置していることを指摘していた。最後に、現在のビクトリア大学でのハラスメントに対処するシステムには欠陥もあると思われるが、それでもなお、インタビュー調査に含まれる情報は、必要なインフラの実装に努めているため、特に日本の高等教育機関にも参考になるではないかと思われる。大学などのキャンパス環境は学生、また教職員が快適に活躍することができることが重要である。無論、ハラスメントのない環境が望ましいのは明らかだが、万が一、ハラスメントの被害者になる、または遭遇した場合、サポート対策がなされていることが理想であろう。特

China has become an aging society with aging rate over 7％ in 2001. In 2016 population of over 65 years old reached to 150.03 million, up to 10.85％. Aging has become a serious social issue.The article indicates an empirical analysis by using the Chinese government of statistical data. Then it conducted a questionnaire investigation about the actualities and problems of the elderly welfare for the elderly in Tianjin. The analysis clarified 3 problems: ①The demand for elderly welfare facilities overwhelms the supply. ②The heavily burdened with long-term care in individual family. ③The increase of poverty among the elderly.論

Rapid identification of Aconitum plants based on loop-mediated isothermal amplification assay

Identifying the cause of poisoning is important for emergency medical treatment, and a rapid and simple detection technique is required for the identification of poisoning cause. In the present study, we developed a rapid and simple method for detecting Aconitum plant DNA using a loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP)
assay.Results: Specific LAMP primers for Aconitum plants were designed based on the trnL–trnF intergenic spacer region.Using the LAMP primers, the LAMP assay included an initiation reaction of 10 min followed by amplification for 20 min
at the isothermal reaction temperature of 65 °C. The LAMP reaction was demonstrated to be specific and highly sensitive to Aconitum plants, given that the assay can be used for 1 pg of purified DNA. Using raw extracted DNA as
template, the entire detection procedure from DNA extraction to final detection required only 30 min. Moreover, the protocol identified samples containing approximately 5 mg of Aconitum plants cooked and digested with artificial
gastric juice. The currently proposed protocol exhibits good potential as a screening method of Aconitum plant poisoning for emergency medical care.Article number: 408 (2019
The Current Situation of Internet Usage and A Study of Native Advertising
Get PDF近年成長著しいインターネット広告市場の背景の考察として，消費者のインターネット利用時間を推考しうる調査を比較した。回収標本は必ずしも日本の人口統計に沿っておらず，報告値を読み取る際の留意点を確認した。また，インターネット広告市場の成長に応じて注目されるようになったネイティブ広告に関して，その概念理解に拡がりがある点を確認した。定義に頻出の要素は，「（編集）コンテンツのデザインやフォーマット，形式に準拠」して作られており，その「自然」な機能を妨げず，コンテンツに溶け込むという点であった。さらに伝統的な印刷系マスメディア（新聞，雑誌）が現在進めているデジタルシフトの現状を考察した。いずれの媒体社も，情報コンテンツをデジタル上で販売する施策は振るわない一方で，自社のデジタルメディア上にタイアップ広告を掲載する提案は盛んであり，この動きがネイティブ広告の活況と関わっている点を確認した。With the increasing popularity of online advertising during the past few years, this study examined three recently published reports on the internet usage in Japan. Results show that the data used in those reports were not necessarily a representative sample. Two out of three reports didn’t extract their samples based on the census data. This study also revealed that the definition of native advertising differed considerably by marketers and researchers. Note that native advertising is a type of advertisement that match the form and function of the media format which it appears. Among various definitions, common phrases were “follow and fit with the design and form of the content” and “natural”. In addition, traditional print media, such as newspapers and magazines, were contributing to the popularity of native advertising by transplanting conventional advertorial to their owned media. These findings will substantially undermine the purpose of research and their potential contributions to understand the effects of native advertising. Therefore, few guidelines are provided to promote informative research in the future
