Pengaruh Penggunaan Variasi Jenis Busi Dan Variasi Bahan Bakar Terhadap Emisi Gas Buang HC, CO, CO2 Dan O2 Pada Sepeda Motor Honda Beat FI Tahun 2016
The purpose of this research are (1) Knowing and obtaining the results of the investigation of the effect of variations in spark plug types on exhaust emissions of HC, CO, CO2 and O2 on Beat FI 2016 motorbikes (2) Knowing and obtaining the results of investigating the effect of variations in fuel on exhaust emissions HC, CO, CO2 and O2 on Beat FI 2016 motorbikes (3) Knowing and obtaining the results of the investigation of the effect of spark plug types and fuel variations on exhaust emissions of HC, CO, CO2 and O2 on Beat FI 2016 motorbikesThis research uses descriptive quantitative research with experimental research methods. Measurement of exhaust emissions in accordance with SNI 09-7118.3-2005. The population in this study was a Honda Beat FI motorcycle. The sample in this study was a Honda Beat FI motorbike in 2016. The data collection technique was using purposive sampling. The research was conducted at Dishubkominfo Surakarta city using the gaz analyzer technotest.Results of this research is (1) The use of a combination of pertalite fuels and iridium plugs generates the lowest HC rate of 118.67 ppm or a decrease of 32.58% (2) The use of pertalite fuel with platinum plugs decreases by producing the lowest CO rate of 0.487% or decrease 3.31% (3) pertamax fuel with standard plugs resulted in the lowest CO2 exhaust emission of 10.5% with a difference of 2.27 or decrease 17.75% (4) use of pertalite fuel with standard plugs capable of producing O2 exhaust gas emissions of 1.057% or the lowest
PELAKSANAAN PRAKTIK KERJA INDUSTRI PADA PESERTA DIDIK KELAS XI DI SMK NEGERI 2 KARANGANYAR DENGAN MODEL KIRKPATRICK
This study aims at: (1) obtaining a description the quality of implementation Internship Program Competency Ototronic Engineering class XI in SMK Negeri 2 Karanganyar in terms of the Reaction component; (2 obtaining a description the quality of implementation Internship Program Competency Ototronic Engineering class XI in SMK Negeri 2 Karanganyar in terms of the Learning component; (3) obtaining a description the quality of implementation Internship Program Competency Ototronic Engineering class XI in SMK Negeri 2 Karanganyar in terms of the Behavior component.This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 2 Karanganyar. This study was included in the type of evaluative research (evaluation research) where the evaluation model used was Kirkpatrick's evaluation model. The population in the study were students of SMK Negeri 2 Karanganyar at the Ototronic Engineering Expertise Program and the supervisor of the school in the ototronic engineering expertise program and supervisors in the industry who directly assisted the implementation of industrial work practices. The number of respondents was 108 students, 5 mentors for the ototronic engineering expertise program, and 5 mentors in the industry. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire method that was distributed to students, an interview method with some student respondents, and all school supervisors and industry teachers, and documentation of the final score of Internship. Validity uses fact finding, namely the validity of logic. Therefore, fact finding for reliability testing is not necessary. Score analysis uses average analysis which will be assessed based on research criteria. The results of the study show: (1) aspects of reaction with student respondents who have an average value of 3.88 which includes very high criteria, this is indicated by the results on the indicators giving direction of 3.99; (2) aspects of evaluating learning with student respondents who have an average value of 3.82 which includes very high criteria, this is intended with the results on the discipline indicator of 4.00; (3) aspects of behavior evaluation with student respondents who have an average value of 4.07 which includes very high criteria, this is indicated by the results on the skills indicator after the internship is 4.25; (4) from the results of research conducted to obtaining a comprehensive picture when viewed from the components of reaction, learning, and behavior is very high including very high criteria
PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN CEROBONG DAN BLOWER PADA KONSTRUKSI WATER HEATER GAS LPG
Hot / warm water is needed, especially for bathing purposes. Hot air used for bathing purposes is usually mixed with cold air whose mixture temperature reaches 35ºC to 40ºC. To take advantage of hot water, one of them is to use a water heater which is commonly called a water heater. The aims of this study were (1) to design and manufacture a water heater, (2) to obtain the relationship between air flow and the temperature of the air coming out of the water heater, (3) to obtain a relationship between air flow and the rate of heat transfer received and (4) to obtain a relationship between the flow rate of the water heater. water with water heater efficiency.The designed water heater produces variations in exhaust gas disposal and to obtain data, research is carried out in the laboratory.The results of the research process found that a water heater with a chimney and a blower is the best construction among the 2 other models in this study, with the data: (1) Water heater that is able to compete with water heaters on the market, which is able to produce air heat with a temperature of: 35.4 oC at a flow rate of 7.2 liters/minute, (2) The relationship between the flow of air (m) and the temperature of the water heater (To) can be expressed by the equation: To = –0.2215m3 + 4, 5633m2 – 29.935m + 96,878 (m in liters/minute, To in oC) (3) The relationship between flowing water and the rate of heat transfer is expressed by the equation: qair = –2.6026m3 + 6.9591m2 + 302.15m + 2536,7 (m in liters/minute, Qair in watts) (d) The relationship between flowing water and efficient water heaters can be expressed by the equation: = –0.0376m3 + 0.1006m2 + 4.3666m + 36.66 ( m in liters/minute, in percent)
EVALUASI PROGRAM KERJASAMA KOMPETENSI KEAHLIAN TEKNIK SEPEDA MOTOR DENGAN HONDA DI SMK MUHAMMADIYAH 1 SURAKARTA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MODEL CIPP
The purpose of this study is determine the collaboration of motorcycle engineering expertise competencies with Honda viewed from (1) aspects of the context which include; (a) the background of the cooperation program, (b) purpose, (c) objectives, and (d) relevance; (2) input aspects which include (a) curriculum, (b) HR, (c) financing, (d) facilities and infrastructure, (e) competency evaluation; (3) aspects of the process that includes; (a) learning programs,(b) apprenticeship, (c) teacher training, and (d) problems in the field; (4) product aspects which include; (a) opportunity to enter the workforce, (b) graduate competencies, (c) conformity to expectations.This study was used a evaluation method of the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, and Product). The data sources came from 9 graduate of the TSM Honda Department students, the Head of the TSM Honda Department Program, the Head of the BKK, the TSM-Honda program development coordinator, and 13 Heads of AHASS workshops. The validation of the questionnaire items was used logical validity. The data analysis technique was uses description supported by the average analysis based on the assesment criteria.The results show that: (1) aspects of the context which consisted of four indicators, namely the background of the TSM-Honda program collaboration, purpose, objectives and relevance of the program had all been in conformity and there had been an MOU between the school and Honda. (2) input aspects have been carried out in accordance with agreed procedures; (a) the process of making curriculum involves both parties, (b) preparation of human resources for training, (c) financing of facilities and infrastructure and (d) preparation of facilities and infrastructure conducted by schools, and (e) evaluating student competencies. (3) aspects of the process have been carried out by each party well and in accordance with procedures. Which consists of (a) practice-based learning programs, (b) apprenticeship students in AHASS workshops, (c) teacher training and certification and (d) field problem can be solve. (4) aspects of the product consist of (a) opportunitiy to enter the workforce still needs to be improved (b) the application of competence is 72% and job satisfaction which reaches 77.8% shows a good scale. KAJI EKSPERIMENTAL PERFORMANSI PENGEREMAN KAMPAS REM KOMPOSIT SERAT BONGGOL JAGUNG DALAM KEADAAN BASAH SEBAGAI BAHAN ALTERNATIF KAMPAS REM MOTOR
The study aims to: (1) Investigate the effect of variations in the composition of composites of corn and brass powder brake pads on the coefficient of friction in wet test. (2)Investigate the variations of composite corn and brass powder brake pads which have the highest coefficient of friction in wet conditions. (3)Investigate the ratio braking performance of brake lining composite corncob powder with comparison brake lining. This research is an experimental research with analysis data use descriptive quantitative method. Data were obtained by using Prony Brake engine braking performance test. This research specimen is variation in the composition of brake lining material, namely: first composition with a composition of 20% corncob powder, 40% brass powder, 20% MgO, and 20% polyester resin; second composition with a composition of 30% corncob powder, 30% brass powder, 20% MgO, and 20% polyester resin; and third composition with a composition of 40% corncob powder, 20% brass powder, 20% MgO, and 20% polyester resin. Data obtained from the result of research put into a table and displayed in graphical form, then analyzed. Based on this research the conclusion are: (1) Variations composition the brake lining effect on the value of friction coefficient in wet conditions test. This is indicated by the differences of the value of friction coefficient in every specimen composition, where first composition is 0,3447, second composition is 0,4367, and third composition is 0,3653. (2) The most optimal composition when testing in wet conditions is second composition. (3) Corncob fiber brake lining has a good braking performance when testing in wet conditions. At the optimal composition (second composition) the coefficient of friction is higher than Yamaha which has value of friction coefficient is 0,4271
HUBUNGAN LINGKUNGAN FISIK BENGKEL DAN BUDAYA KERJA TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PRAKTIK PEMESINAN BUBUT SISWA KELAS XI SMK MUHAMMADIYAH 1 GONDANGREJO
This study aims to: (1) Determine the relationship of the physical environment of the workshop on the learning outcomes of lathe machining practices of class IX students in Vocational High School of Muhammadiyah 1 Gondangrejo; (2) Determine the relationship of students' work culture on learning outcomes of lathe machining practices of class IX students in Vocational High School of Muhammadiyah 1 Gondangrejo; and (3) Determine the relationship of the physical environment of the workshop and work culture on the learning outcomes of lathe machining practices of class IX students in Vocational High School of Muhammadiyah 1 Gondangrejo. This research is a quantitative study, with a research method that is ex-post facto. The variables in this study are the physical environment of the workshop and work culture as independent variables and the learning achievement of machining lathe as the dependent variable. The population in this study is class XI students of the Mechanical Engineering expertise program in Vocational High School of Muhammadiyah 1 Gondangrejo with 157 students. The sample in this study is 79 people. Retrieval of data used questionnaire and documentation methods. The data obtained were analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are: (1) The physical environment of the workshop has a positive and significant relationship on the learning outcomes of lathe machining practices of class IX students in Vocational High School of Muhammadiyah 1 Gondangrejo with a effective contribution of 16.6% to the high student learning outcomes (2) Work culture has a positive and significant relationship on the learning outcomes of lathe machining practices of class IX students in Vocational High School of Muhammadiyah 1 Gondangrejo with a effective contribution of 18.3% to the high student learning outcomes and (3) The physical environment of workshop and work culture has a positive and significant impact on learning achievement of lathe machining practices the learning outcomes of lathe machining practices of class IX students in Vocational High School of Muhammadiyah 1 Gondangrejo with a effective contribution of 34.9% to the high student learning outcomes
IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM SEKOLAH LIMA HARI (PS5H) DI SMK TERHADAP KESIAPAN KERJA SISWA
The objectives of this research are 1) to know the correlation between the implementation of intracuricular activities in the five-days school program at Vocational High Schools toward students’ work readiness, 2) to know the correlation between the implementation of co-curricular activities in five-days school program at Vocational High School toward students’ work readiness, 3) to know the correlation between implementation of both activities (intracuricular and co-curricular) or five-days school program in Vocational High School toward students’ work readiness. This research was conducted in Vocational High School State 5 Surakarta. This research used a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational research design because it is aimed to see the level of correlation between independent and dependent variables. Data collection techniques used in this research is questionnaire. Data testing techniques using simple correlation analysis techniques and multiple correlation using the SPSS application program version 25.0. Based on thefinding of the research , it can be concluded that 1) there is a positive correlation and a significant correlation between the implementation of intracuricular activities in five-days school program toward students’ work readiness as proved by the value of rcount = 0.422 > rtable = 0.174 and the significance value of 0.00 < 0.05, 2) based on that there is a positive correlation and a significant correlation between the implementation of co-curricular activities in five-days school program toward students’ work readiness as proved by value of rcount = 0.622 > rtable = 0.174 and the significance value is 0.00 < 0.05, 3) there is a positive correlation and a significant correlation between both activities ;intracuricular and co-curricular or the five-days school program in Vocational High School toward the students’ work readiness as proved by the value of Fcount = 40.123 > Ftable = 3.07 and the significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. The finding of this research can be selected as a consideration and suggestions for the government in determining and deciding the policy
PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROBLEM BASED LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR GAMBAR TEKNIK MATERI
This research is done in SMKN 3 Sorong about application problem based learning Of Engineering Drawings With Orthogonal Pictoral Projection For X Garde Techanical Engineering in SMKN 3 Sorong for school year 2020/2021. The aim this research to know is the influence of application problem based learning models in inproving the result of learning to the students in the subject Of Engineering Drawings With Orthogonal Pictoral Projection in SMKN 3 Sorong. The type of this research is classroom action research which is implemented in three cycles, which one cycle consists of four components, they are planning, action, observation, and reflection. Technique of data collection is use observation and test. Analysis of data it done in three stages, namely reduction presentation and draw a conclusion. Result of this research show that utilization problem based learning models can increase the result of learning students in the subject Of Engineering Drawings With Orthogonal Pictoral Projection can be seen through aspect of knowledge in first cycles by 70% increased to 95% in second cycles, and can be maintained the result of learning student in third cycles by 95%. While the result of learning to the students in aspect of skills in firsth cycle by 86,6% increased to 90,45% in second cycles, and in third cycle increased too by 91,5%
Pengaruh Penggunaan Elektroliser Tipe Wet Cell Dengan Variasi Larutan Elektrolit Terhadap Daya Dan Torsi Sepeda Motor JUPITER MX Tahun 2010
The objectives of this study were to investigate the effect of using Wet Cell type electrolyzer on the power and torque of Jupiter MX motorcycles in 2010. To investigate the effect of variations in electrolyte solutions on the use of Wet Cell type electrolyzers on the power and torque of Jupiter MX motorcycles in 2010.This research was conducted at the Automotive Laboratory for Mechanical Engineering Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta and at PT. Motocourse Technology (MOTOTECH) Yogyakarta. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The research design used was experimental design. The research sample used a Jupiter MX motorbike in 2010. This experimental tool used a Wet Cell type electrolyzer using a variety of pure water, KOH and NaOH electrolyte solutions. The data collection method used in this research is the experimental method.The results of this study are the use of the Wet Cell type electrolyzer has an effect on the power and torque of the Jupiter MX motorcycle in 2010, namely an increase in power of 0.97 HP and an increase in torque of 1.88 N.m compared to testing standard engine conditions. The use of 24 gram / liter KOH solution in the Wet Cell type electrolyzer has the highest increase in power and torque levels compared to other variations in the ratio of solutions. There was an increase in power of 0.39 HP and an increase in torque of 0.3 N.m compared to the power and torque of using a Wet Cell type electrolyzer with water as an electrolyte solution without a catalyst and 1.36 HP and 2.18 N.m compared to the power and torque of the standard state. The use of 24 gram / liter NaOH solution has the lowest rate of increase, there is an increase in power of 1.33 HP and 1.84N.m compared to the power and torque of the standard state
PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROJECT BASED LEARNING (PJBL) MAPEL GAMBAR TEKNIK MANUFAKTUR
This study aims to improve student activity and learning outcomes in the subject of Manufacturing Engineering Drawing class XI TPm 3. Observation Results In this subject the teacher is still actively involved in the learning process or commonly called teacher centered. In the learning process the teacher conveys learning using an LCD projector, the teacher gives instructions or examples then students imitate what is exemplified. But in the process students have difficulty following the instructions from the teacher, the teacher must repeat the instructions until the students understand. This takes up a lot of time during the learning process. So there are other topics that the teacher cannot convey to students. Teachers feel unable to deliver teaching materials optimally because of limited teaching hours.The research method used is to apply the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model with the subjects of class XI TPm 3 students. Data collection techniques use evaluations in the form of LKPD in which there is an evaluation of knowledge and performance.The results of the holding of students, pre-test before learning cycle 1 obtained results of 39, only a few students who mastered the function of making and modifying 2D CAD drawings. 9 students who are quite mastered and 30 students who have not mastered. After filling out the questionnaire, it turned out that the reason was that the majority of children did not know about 2D drawing with computer application
