    Dalam upaya meningkatkan jumlah mahasiswa lulus tepat waktu. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi hal tersebut salah satunya adalah prestasi akademik yang dimiliki oleh masing-masing mahasiswa, dengan indikator yang digunakan yaitu indeks prestasi mahasiswa. Namun  ditengah proses perkuliahan tidak sedikit mahasiswa yang mengalami penurunan indeks Prestasi, yang mana saat ini belum jelas penyebab penurunanan IP tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa  penyebab penurunan indeks prestasi sehingga memudahkan bagian akademik baik itu unit pengelola program studi serta dosen wali untuk mengevaluasi prestasi akademik mahasiswa sehingga dapat memberikan pengarahan yang tepat dalam upaya meningkatkan prestasi akademik, sehingga mahasiswa diharapkan dapat lulus dengan tepat waktu,   memperhatikan nilai kehadiran, nilai kompetensi masing-masing mahasiswa dan nilai keaktifan kemahasiswaan. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer, yaitu data yang langsung diambil dari tempat penelitian. Kemudian diolah menggunakan metode rata-rata berdasarkan jurnal-jurnal yang ditemukan pengolahan data dengan metode neuro fuzzy dapat meningkatkan akurasi. Pada penelitian ini diterapkan metode neuro fuzzy / ANFIS dengan fungsi keanggotaan segitiga dengan software matlab

    SimPKL adalah sistem aplikasi online yang didesain untuk memfasilitasi mahasiswa yang akan melaksanakan kegiatan Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL). Sistem ini dibuat untuk mengorganisir seluruh aktifitas mahasiswa yang terkait dengan kegiatan PKL mulai dari awal proses perencanaan sampai dengan pelaporan PKL. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan persepsi mahasiswa terhadap sistem aplikasi simPKL pada implementasi kegiatan PKL. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 115 mahasiswa nonkependidikan di FMIPA yang sedang dan telah melaksanakan PKL. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket dan dianalisis menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dengan mengukur Perceived Ease of Use dan Perceived Usefulness. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengguna simPKL merasa bahwa sistem simPKL dapat membantu mereka dalam proses PKL, namun kemudahan dan kemanfaatannya belum dirasakan secara maksimal. Hal ini terlihat dari skor persepsi pengguna yang berada dalam kriteria sedang. Selanjutnya perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap penggunaan simPKL dan mengkaji kembali beberapa bagian sistem yang memuat alur proses mulai tahap persiapan sampai dengan pelaporan kegiatan agar dapat mendukung pelaksanaan kegiatan PKL lebih baik lagi

    Determining the right and best school is not easy. We must look for information in the schools that we go to, then compare it and choose which schools are suitable according to the criteria, such as determining which Vocational School in Central Lampung we must determine from different aspects as consideration for reviewing the best Vocational Schools, therefore we use decision support system as the best method of determining Vocational School, Decision Support System is a computer-based interactive system that is able to help decision makers to find the best alternative based on predetermined criteria using the MADM method (Multiple Attribute Decision Making). This method was chosen because it is able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case the intended alternative is to determine the best Vocational High School based on the specified criteria. The study was conducted by looking for weight values for each attribute. Of the five alternatives that are used as the highest sample values there are in the first alternative A1 with a value of 86 that indicates that alternative one is an alternative chosen as the best Vocational School in Central Lampung

    Many cases of rice farmers have difficulty coping with various types of diseases due to lack of knowledge and rarely counseling about the types and characteristics of rice diseases and how to overcome them. and the disease can cause losses to rice farmers. To overcome the above problems, the need to build a system that acts as a tool for rice farmers to analyze diseases that attack rice plants. The system in question is an expert system. The method used is Forward Chaining. From the results of the study, this system of rice disease experts was able to analyze the disease of rice plants based on their symptoms as a substitute tool for an expert. But for the results of the diagnosis can not provide solutions or suggestions that are really appropriate in handling it

    Poverty is a difficult problem to deal with. According to the current BPS poverty rate in Indonesia it still reaches 11.7% with the poverty depth index increasing from 1.75% (March 2013) to 1.89%. Then the poverty severity index increased from 0.43% (March) to 0.48%. The poverty line during the period from March to September 2013 increased by 7.85%. For this reason, criteria are needed to determine whether a family is classified as poor or not in Pringsewu District does not yet have criteria with a level of importance to make these decisions. For this reason, a decision support system is needed that can be an alternative decision support in determining poverty potential in Pringsewu district. In the calculation to determine the level of family poverty the Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making method is used. The manual test results using eight criteria from Nine alternatives where Alternative 6 is the alternative with the highest value of 75.25, and the lowest alternative is in Alternative 4, so Alternative 4 is an alternative identified as potential poverty in the Pringsewu District with a value of 46.25

    ANT COLONY BASED PID TUNED PARAMETERS FOR CONTROLLING SYNCHRONOUS MOTOR

    Pengaturan kecepatan pada motor sinkron menjadi permasalahan pada sebuah operasi motor sinkron. Salah satu metode pengaturan kecepatan motor adalah dengan penambahan kontroler PID. Parameter PID harus dituning dengan baik untuk mendapatkan kecepatan optimal. Salah satu metode penalaan dengan menggunakan metode cerdas berbasis koloni semut. Algoritma Ant Coloni pada prinsipnya mencari sumber makanan berdasarkan jejak feromone yang kemudian secara berkelompok akan mengikuti jejak yang memiliki feromone yang terbesar. Dengan prinsip ini algoritma akan mencari parameter yang paling optimal untuk diisikan pada parameter PID, sehingga didapatkan kendali optimal pada kecepatan Motor sinkron. Hasil optimasi ant colony didapatkan nilai fitness function sebesar 1.8833e+04, dengan 50 kali iterasi yang konvergen pada iterasi ke-10, dan parameter nilai PID yang optimal di mana, parameter P (Proportional) sebesar 0.7431, I (Integral) sebesar 0.3510, dan D (Derivative) sebesar 0.1385. Dengan beberapa case kecepatan pada Motor sinkron, dengan kendali PID Ant Colony didapatkan kinerja system optimal dengan overshoot yang minimum dan settling yang cepat

    This study discusses the testing process of the Lampung State Polytechnic e-learning application called the Polinela Learning Management System (LMS). The testing phase is one of the stages in the development cycle of a software. This stage is a series of activities carried out to find errors or shortcomings of a software or computer application. There are several techniques used to test software including black box testing techniques. In this study using black box testing with a boundary value analysis technique to test e-learning applications that have been applied to the Informatics Management program of the Lampung State Polytechnic. The boundary value analysis technique works by determining the lower and upper limit values of the data to be tested, then the data is inputted into the LMS Polinela application. The stages of research carried out begin by determining the functionality to be tested, designing test scenarios, determining the data to be tested, determining the upper and lower limit values according to the database structure that has been created, conducting testing experiments, documenting the results of research, and drawing conclusions. The test results show that there were no errors in the LMS Polinela application when validating the data to be processed

    PERBANDINGAN ALGORITMA CART DAN K-NEAREST NEIGHBOR UNTUK PREDIKSI LUAS LAHAN PANEN TANAMAN PADI DI KABUPATEN KARAWANG

    Karawang regency is known as one of the nation rice granaries because the are many areas of rice fields, especially rice. But the transfer of function from agricultural land into industrial or recidential area can change the geographical structure of Karawang regency previously filled with agricultural land into industrial and property areas. Data mining is a technique of extracting an information from large data. One of them regression techniques. In predicting something a dataset of a numeric data type usually uses a regression technique. In this study used regression techniques to predict the area of harvested land in Karawang regency by using tools WEKA 3.8.2. The resulting comparison is seen from correlation coefficient, mean absolute error, and root mean squared error. In comparison algorithm used the same scenario is cross validation 10 folds. The result of the experiment using the same scenario shows that both algorithm can be used to predict the area of harvest area in Karawang regency. The result of evalution with same scenario shows that CART algorithm has better performance than KNN algorithm with correlation coefficient 0,9646, MAE 498,6229, and RMSE 834,020
