In determining to determine the condition of latrines declared healthy or unhealthy using six criteria, including: Knowledge, the number of people using latrines, Institutional Monitoring, Regulations, Cleanliness of Public Facilities, Community Behavior. In this study, to determine healthy latrines, community samples were used in Pringsewu District. The TOPSIS method is applied to determine the priority of unhealthy latrine conditions. The research aims to design a Decision Support System for the feasibility of latrines in public housing in Pringsewu District to realize Pringsewu Open Defecation Free. Testing results are combined with using web mobile to facilitate the Health Office in calculating weight values and following up on the results of calculations as an evaluation material for the service to prepare policy directives to achieve the goal of Open Defecation Free. From the Test Results the system describes the results of calculations and accurate research in accordance with the manual tests conducted. Which alternative 3 has the highest value than the other alternatives while alternative 4 has the lowest value

Get PDFKota Lubuklinggau memiliki banyak sekali layanan jasa pengiriman barang, salah satunya yakni layanan jasa Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Express yang tentu saja peningkatan kualitas pelayanan terhadap pelanggan sangat penting dan dapat berpengaruh besar pada manajemen perusahaan, karena belum pernah dilakukan pengukuran faktor-faktor kepuasan pelanggan layanan jasa Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Express tersebut, maka peneliti berupaya untuk mengimplementasikan metode SERVQUAL hingga dapat mengetahui tingkat kepuasan para pelanggan. Sebanyak 75 responden diberikan kuisioner yang terdiri atas lima variabel yaitu kehandalan (reliability), daya tanggap (responsiveness), jaminan (assurance), empati (emphaty), dan bukti fisik (tangible). Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bahwa masyarakat memiliki tingkat kepuasan yang sangat tinggi terhadap layanan jasa Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Exspress sehingga menjadi pilihan utama dalam jasa pengiriman barang, akan tetapi apabila berdasarkan pengolahan data hal tersebut tidak terbukti maka penelitian ini dapat menjadi tolak ukur manajemen layanan jasa Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Express untuk dapat meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap para pelanggannya. Kata Kunci : Layanan Jasa Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Express, Tingkat Kepuasan, SERVQUA

In resolving of this issue, the writes tried use the development of technology application GIS (Geographic Information Systems) in order there were a mapping system location of the distribution waste disposal legal so that it’s easy for doing changes the data, provide the information and it also can be accessed by using mobile device. This research uses knowledge management methods. The results showed that the design program was an online dashboard application using the PHP programming language and MySQL database and Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 as the media for writing program listings. This research can be concluded that this web-based application can produce information to improve the quality of employee data processing quickly, effectively and efficiently. This is what was done by researchers in this research study. This research will produce a prototype product and the results of this research will be published in a non-accredited national journal
