    Duplexing of Norms for Parental Roles among Childcare Supporters : On the Socialization of Child-Rearing

    application/pdf2015年以降の新たな子育てシステムにおける子育て支援者の規範的論理を明らかにすることを目的とする。特に先行研究で指摘されている「親役割」と「子育ての社会化」という二重の規範的論理に着目し、加えて障害児の親役割規範は定型発達児のものとは異なる位相が存在するかについても検討する。 28項目からなる質問紙調査を保育所及び子育て支援拠点事業所の保育士等の子育て支援者を対象に実施した。その結果、「子育ての社会化」という考え方には同意する一方、「子育ての最終責任は親である」という二つの規範を共存させていることが明らかになった。子ども・子育て支援法の「子育ての社会化」という理念と、児童福祉法が明確化している「保護者に児童の育成の第一義的責任がある」という政策言説のダブルスタンダードが「子育て支援者」に影響を与えていることが推察された。それを踏まえて多次元的な構造での理解を試みた。departmental bulletin pape

    application/pdfJapan's Keieishi is the management consultant certification in Japan that was created through recommendation from a government agency in the 1950s. After statutory auditing by certified public accountants was institutionalized, expectations for Keieishi and the Association of Management Consultants in Japan (AMCJ) were focused on the development of internal control systems.However, the founding of Keieishi and AMCJ were established with differences in thinking and expectations remaining among government agencies, researchers, and practitioners. As a result, the professional functions of Keieishi and AMCJ have expanded to a wide range.     application/pdfThere is a deep divide between school education and fashion in Japan. It is encouraged that practical education and the development of moral and regulations first, and thence Japanese school regulations place a lot of emphasis on children’s overall appearance. On the other hand, the lessons of family and consumer sciences (FCS) help students to develop a basic knowledge of clothing-sewing and washing, and (only a few) styling. How is it possible to teach the knowledge of styling in this Japanese school regulations? This paper is on feasibility of dressing education for dressing comprehension and competency of children.
