Effect of Matching Social Support with Stressors to Motivation and Sense of Loneliness in Female Worker
Get PDFapplication/pdf本研究では、ソーシャルサポートのマッチング効果について、特定の業務ストレッサー下で「サポートを目当ての人から得られているか」「得られるサポートは欲しい内容であるか」が内的動機づけや孤独感に与える影響を検討した。予備的な面接調査では、主なストレッサーの種類として、質的負荷／量的負荷／対人負荷の3 カテゴリーを得た。本調査では、質問紙調査を施し、業務ストレッサーを特定した上で、サポートの提供者と内容の両方が希望と一致した者と、いずれかもしくはどちらも不一致であった者との内的動機づけと孤独感の違いを検討した。質的負荷と量的負荷に関しては、いずれの指標についても、サポートの一致した者が不一致であった者より良好な状態であった。対人負荷に関しては差異が見られなかった。これらの結果から、業務ストレッサーを特定した上での「サポートを目当ての人から得られているか」「得られるサポートは欲しい内容であるか」というサポートの要求と提供の一致は、心理的well-being向上の効果があると考えられた。研究ノートdepartmental bulletin pape
Survey on Knowledge of Disaster-prevention of Children in Nias Island, Indonesia Ｉ
Get PDFapplication/pdfNias Island, Indonesia was heavily damaged by the Sumatra tsunami in 2004 and the Nias earthquake in 2005. These natural disasters completely ruined the foundation of daily life of islanders. Human damage was also enormous. People in this island had lost their family members, friends and neighbors. Since then, the global community has continuously supported the islanders. Japan International Cooperation Agency, JICA also has provided several support projects for the island. For the last few years, authors of this paper have participated to JICA grassroots-assistant project. At the first stage of the project, the authors surveyed on disaster-prevention awareness of elementary school pupils in the island. This paper introduces the result of survey and gives some advices to schools in island. Get PDFapplication/pdf本稿は警察によるヘイトデモへの対応を分析し、その課題を明らかにすることを目的としている。そのために、筆者によるフィールド調査のデータをもとに、警察とカウンター行動との関係に注目した。分析の結果、本稿では以下の点を明らかにした。まず、警察の目的はヘイト・スピーチを止めることではなく、デモを安全に終わらせようとするのみであること。つぎにそのような姿勢の警察にとって、カウンターはデモ隊と衝突を起こす危険性のある「挑発行為」としか捉えられておらず、一般通行人にとっての「迷惑」行動とされていること。その背景には日本に人種差別を規制する法律がないことを指摘した。そのうえで「ヘイトスピーチ解消法」の課題を提示している。departmental bulletin pape

Capital Consolidation Process for Medical Corporation’s Group Accounting
Get PDFapplication/pdfThe aim of this study is to propose a capital consolidation process to prepare consolidated financial statements for Japanese medical corporations. In Japan, some kinds of medical corporation are allowed by the Medical Law. Some medical corporations are founded as a foundation, but other medical corporations are founded as an incorporated association. And some medical corporations allow their stakeholders to own interest to corporations’net assets, but other medical corporations do not allow that. The appropriate capital consolidation process depends on a legal form of that medical corporation and whether that corporation allows their stakeholders to own interest or not. Get PDFapplication/pdf水上勉の小説「不知火海沿岸」（一九五九年一二月）は、忘れさられた作品である。発表後、水上勉名の単行本や文庫本には収められず、二度の全集にも入ってはいない。
それゆえか、水上勉をめぐる従来の評論、研究で「不知火海沿岸」にふれられることはほとんどなく、単独で論じられたことはない。
しかし、にもかかわらず水上勉は長年にわたり、「不知火海沿岸」について発言を繰り返している。みずからの戦後史を「金閣と水俣」という二つの言葉で語った水上勉にとって、実際の水俣体験を最初に作品化した「不知火海沿岸」は特別であったのかもしれない。
短篇推理小説「不知火海沿岸」は、発表から四カ月で、書下ろし長篇推理小説『海の牙』へと発展的に吸収されたというのが通説である。
が、水上勉も一方でそれを肯いつつ、他方でそれに抵抗してもいるのである。
本稿は、「不知火海沿岸」と『海の牙』とが、同じ社会的出来事をめぐる別種の試みであると考え、架空都市「水潟市」の意義、神話的世界の華やぎの只中に出現した「革命」、棄民と奇病の社会的地理、三つのストーリーライン、暴動からさらなる暴動へ、以上五つの視点から、「不知火海沿岸」の作品分析を試みる。小説「不知火海沿岸」こそが、『海の牙』さらにはＮ県水俣病をあつかう戯曲「海鳴」（「テアトロ」一九六七年九月）へと続く水上勉の「水俣」にとって、避けてはとおれない端緒なのである。departmental bulletin pape
