A Study on Forensic Psychological Assessment，Feedback，and Information-Sharing Using Results of Questionnaire from Members of the Japanese Association of Criminal Psychology (JACP)
Get PDFapplication/pdf家庭裁判所や鑑別所、精神鑑定など司法領域で実施される心理アセスメント(司法心理アセスメント)の目的と本人や支援者へのフィードバックついて明らかにするために、日本犯罪心理学会会員へのアンケート調査を実施した。回答数は124 名、回収率は14.5%であった。
結果は、司法心理アセスメントの目的として、重要な順に、1「裁判所への処遇判断のため」、2「矯正施設での支援への活用のため」、3「矯正施設出所後の保護観察所や地域生活支援機関に活用するため」、4「アセスメントを受けた本人へ理解促進」、5「保護者・支援者への理解促進」であった。また、本人や保護者へのフィードバックは 63%が実施しており、67%が必要性ありと回答していた。
教育や医療・福祉分野の心理アセスメントでは、アセスメント結果は本人・保護者のものであり、本人または保護者にフィードバックされる。しかし公権力の行使という一面もある司法心理アセスメントの結果は、司法機関や法務機関の所有であるともいえるが、心理アセスメントの実施に法的強制力がないことから、本人・保護者と司法・法務機関の共有と考えることもできる。その観点から、本人の地域生活定着支援のために、インフォームドコンセントを得た上で情報共有する法的・政策的枠組みが必要である。departmental bulletin pape
Mark Twain's Interest in Japan During the 1870s
Get PDFapplication/pdfMark Twain's interest in Japan had deepened since he enjoyed appreciating the performance of the Japanese acrobats in New York in May, 1867. Through the friendship with Edward Howard House, who in 1870 came to Japan as a foreign correspondent of the New York Tribune, and in 1871 became “Oyatoi” teacher of English at Daigaku Nankô in Tokyo, Twain got the information of such books as A.B. Mitford’s Tales of Old Japan and Aimé Humbert’s Le Japon illustré. As to the former, in his letter to David Gray in April, 1878, just before leaving for Europe, he commented Mitford’s “THE FORTY-SEVEN RONINS” was better literature than The Loyal League with the fascinating Japanese woodcutting illustrations, which he had borrowed from Gray. As to Le Japon illustré, in some illustrations of A Tramp Abroad (1880) the influence from it can be recognized. In his library, Twain kept The Loyal Ronins of Tamenaga Shunsui by Shuichiro Saito and Edward Greey as well as Mitford’s Tales of Old Japan.departmental bulletin pape

彼らの意思伝達補助の手段の一つにVOCAがある。学校での授業の一環での実践報告は多くあるが、日常生活内で長期間に渡る使用についての報告はあまり見られない。今回は、VOCAの中の一つであるTASUCを日常的に使用した脳性麻痺者のAさんとその周囲の人々とのコミュニケーションの変化について整理し、VOCAの日常的な使用における効果と障がい当事者との対人関係についてどのような効果があったのかを考察する。研究ノートdepartmental bulletin pape

Get PDFapplication/pdf本稿は、心理学を専攻し児童心理学のゼミに所属する大学生が、児童虐待防止プロジェクトに取り組み、児童養護施設の視察や「学生によるオレンジリボン運動全国大会」への参加などを通して学んできたアクティブラーニングの報告である。特に、大学内で児童虐待関連書籍を紹介するために本のキャッチコピーを盛り込んで制作したPOP展示イベントでは、イベントに訪れた学生からのアンケート集計分析を通して啓発活動の効果を感じることができた。大学図書館とのコラボレーションも実現し、学生に関心を高めてもらうためのきっかけになった。また、全国大会でプロジェクトについて報告することによって、審査員や他大学の方からのフィードバックを得る機会になった。今後の展望として、大学内にとどまらず、大学近隣地域で児童虐待防止プロジェクトを行うといった発展的な取り組みが期待される。実践報告departmental bulletin pape
