Effects of the Lecture about Developmental Disabilities on the Attitudes toward Reasonable Accommodations of the Students with Developmental Disabilities
Get PDFapplication/pdf発達障害のある学生に大学で合理的配慮を提供するにあたって、学生の障害についての認識や配慮への態度を検討することが重要であるという問題意識のもとで、発達障害のある学生が、発達障害についての大学での授業を受講することにより、合理的配慮の活用の有無に至るプロセスを、複線径路・等至性モデルを用いて仮説的に描出した。授業への参加を通して、障害認識のない学生が自身の行動特性や困難を障害に基づくものと考えられるようになること、自身の困難と障害認識が関連付いていない学生が両者を関連付けながら対応を考えられるようになること、自身の困難を障害の社会モデルから捉えることで合理的配慮を活用するようになることなどが明らかになった。障害のある学生とそうでない学生が授業という場に集うことで、多様性が確保されることが、障害のある学生の変化を促す可能性が示唆された。departmental bulletin pape
The Social Interaction of Kabuki Actor NAKAMURA SHICHISABURO the First and HAIKU Poets in Edo Era
Get PDFapplication/pdf初代中村七三郎は元禄期を代表する歌舞伎役者である。少長と号して俳諧を嗜み、物故の際には追善集『のこる露』が上梓されている。ただし、同書が無名作家による小冊であることから、七三郎は当時の江戸俳壇の中心から離れた存在だったと位置付けられている。そこで本稿では、元禄期の俳書を調査し、句の贈答や入集状況等をもとに、その交流圏を考察することで、七三郎が江戸俳壇の中心人物である蕉門の其角と親交を持ち、また、当時勢力を保持していた調和や不角らの周辺俳人とも交流、また京俳人や、其角門でもあった赤穂浪士らとも近い距離にいたことを明らかにする。さらには、本調査により、原本は所在不明ながら、断片的な記事から、『のこる露』以外にも江戸俳壇の重鎮らによる追善集が刊行されていた可能性のあることが判明した。七三郎をモデルとした浮世草子、後代の役者による顕彰、都市江戸におけるシンボル化という問題も併せて考察する。departmental bulletin pape
Issues in Accounting Disclosure Regulations on Transactions with Related Entities Made by Japanese Medical Service Corporations : Based on the Survey on “Reports on the Status of Transactions with Related Parties” Submitted by Medical Service Corporations in the First Year of Enforcement of the Seventh Amendment to the Medical Service Act of Japan
Get PDFapplication/pdfThis study aims to identify issues in accounting regulations to prevent unjustified flows of money in the transactions Japanese medical service corporations make with related parties. The Japanese government has required the submission of the report on the status of transactions with related parties of medical service corporations since the fiscal year that began after April 2, 2017. In introducing the requirements, the government did not provide necessary and sufficient guidance. Since Japanese medical service corporations do not have sufficient accounting staff, it appears difficult to comply with the requirements in such situations. In this study, I collected reports from medical service corporations from all prefectures used by Medico Search provided by Neostage Co., Ltd. The results are follows: （1） medical service corporations seem to be confused regarding which content should be included in specified form items; （2） the availability of support on how to prepare the report seems to vary by prefecture; （3） some prefectural governments seem to support hiding information that leads to identifying related parties. The Japanese nationa government should not leave those situations to prefectural governments. Rather, it should take the lead to reveal and correct unjustified flows of money in the transactions those medical service corporations make with related parties.departmental bulletin pape
