Exploring the Possibilities of Product Design Using Aquariums to Encourage Hydroponics
Get PDFapplication/pdfThe aim of this paper is to explore product design using hydroponics. This study was a research-based business feasibility study on plant factories. The three main points are as follows. First, the research focused on the growing conditions of plants. In terms of plant growth, if we focus on the possibility of reproducing a more natural environment as much as possible, we must consider the use of an aquarium system. Second, we derived the hypothesis "Is there any difference in plant growth between the existing plant factory system and the aquarium-based plant factory system? This hypothesis was then tested in a simple experiment. The results showed that the "hydroponics + aquarium" system is very effective. Finally, thirdly, the results of this study were considered to be valid for application and application in the architectural field. On the Fiscal Rules of Russia under Putin Administration
Get PDFapplication/pdfThe National Welfare Fund, the Russian version of the sovereign wealth fund, played an important function in the Russian economy immediately after the invasion of Ukraine, and the fiscal rules define the accumulation mechanism of the National Welfare Fund. This article focuses on these fiscal rules and the evolution of fiscal rules under Putin’s regime. We will examine these fiscal rules from first version to fourth version, relying mainly on a co-authored paper published in 2017 in the Russian leading academic journal “Voprosy Ekonomiki （Economic Problems）” by then Finance Minister Kudrin, who led the creation of the Stabilization Fund and the establishment of fiscal rules. After consideration of the history of Russian fiscal rules from first to fourth version, we will then consider the function of the existing fiscal rule (fifth version) for the wartime economy under the invasion to Ukraine.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFapplication/pdf筆者の教職生活・研究生活をふり返り、教育学研究について、研究的実践家と実践的研究者、教育人間学の問題設定との関連、人間モデルの教育観と実存モデルの教育観、問題解決型学習における問題の生成過程の改革・多様な考えの生かし方・まとめ方などの視点から整理しました。
教育現場に身を置く時代には研究的実践家の意識のもと、また、大学での研究では実践的研究者の立場として、教育現場の教育や教師に役立つ理論を構築しようとしてきました。教育実践の方向を決定づけるものに、教育観及び人間観（子ども観）、学力観があります。それらにより、教育実践の様相は大きく異なってきます。本稿は、自分の教育現場でのスタンス（教育観・子ども観・学力観）や教育実践及び教育現場の教師たちとの協同研究をふり返り、理論的に整理し続けてきたものです。
特に、算数の授業づくりについては、「自ら考えみんなで創り上げる算数学習」を提唱するに至りました。「自ら考えみんなで創り上げる算数学習」は、単なるレディメイドの算数を教え込むことではなく、子どもたちみんなで「算数を創る」（Do Math）問題解決型の学習を言います。問題解決型の学習において子ども達の活動を主体化させる二大要件とも言うべきものとして①問題の生成過程、及び②解法・解の発表・練り合い過程のあり方について究明してきました。departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFapplication/pdfロシアの歴史や文化にはテュルクの要素が少なくない。長い歴史の中で、ロシアと中央ユーラシアのテュルクとの関係は密接なものであった。現在のロシアにおいてもそれは同様である。テュルクの人々は古来、豊かな口頭伝承の伝統を発展させてきたが、英雄叙事詩や伝説などの口碑にもロシアは現れる。16 世紀後半にはじまる、ロシアの領土拡張と異民族支配を反映し、テュルクの伝承にはロシアとの戦いが描かれてきた。ロシアの征服の様子や敵ロシアと戦う勇者の姿が歌われてきたのである。「帝国」への第一歩となるカザン征服は英雄叙事詩『チョラ・バトゥル』に描かれ、カザン・ハン国やアストラハン・ハン国、シビル・ハン国を併合する経緯は共通する「罠」によって印象的に伝えられる。プガチョフの反乱をはじめとする反ロシア闘争や第一次世界大戦時の強制徴用についても詩人たちは語ってきた。それらは、中央ユーラシア・テュルクの人々の側から見たロシア史でもある。departmental bulletin pape
Language Activities and Expressions : A Study from the Perspective of Art Education
Get PDFapplication/pdf筆者は、「和光大学表現学部紀要22 号」（2022年）に「「具体」が子どもの美術を参照した理由についての一考察」を執筆し、子どもの美術と前衛美術との関わりについて論じ、子どもの美術と、童詩雑誌『きりん』の関わりが深いことを述べた。『きりん』との関わりでは特に、子どもの美術作品が多く掲載された橋本学級では、詩の時間が多く、自らの感覚を言語化する活動に馴染んでいたことがわかった。平成29（2017）年告示小・中学校学習指導要領（１）では、全教科で言語活動の充実がもとめられている（２）。しかし、図工・美術科はそもそも表現力をはぐくむ活動であり、その意義が感じにくく、取り入れる方法もよくわからない。平成20（2008）年学習指導要領改定の図画工作解説では、図画工作における言語活動について「形や色、そこから生じるイメージを、言葉のように扱いながら、思考したり、表現したり、コミュニケーションしたりする活動」（３）と書かれていている。これは、いわゆる一般的な言葉を使わないということなのだろうか？
言語活動は表現活動にとって重要なのか、重要とすればなぜなのか、またその有効な手立てとは何なのかについて、2022年6月22日に、中・高美術の教員免許取得者に対して、和光大学教授松枝到氏に講演をしていただいた。その講演記録をもとに論じていくこととする。丸数字は、2 章以降に引用するため、筆者が便宜的につけたものである。departmental bulletin pape
