KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL TERHADAP DOSEN PEMBIMBING DAN KETAKUTAN AKAN KEGAGALAN MAHASISWA DALAM MENYELESAIKAN SKRIPSI
This study aims to determine the relationship between interpersonal communication to supervisors with the studennts fear of failure in completing undergraduated thesis. The research approach used in this study is quantitative, with the correlation analysis method. Fear of failure is measured by the Performance Failure Appraisal Inventory (PFAI) scale of David E. Conroy (2001) with a reliability of 0.98, while the interpersonal communication scale is adapted from Evi Zuhara (2014) thesis from Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia with a reliability of 0,86. The respondents in this study are 136 students, who are completing the undergraduated thesis in Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The findings indicate there is a relationship between interpersonal communication towards the students fear of failure. The value of correlation coefficient generated equal to 0,240 with significance of 0,005 at the significance level of 5%. It can be concluded that there is a negative relationship between interpersonal communication to supervisors with students fear of failure in completing undergraduated thesis
PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN UNTUK MEMAKAI NARKOBA PADA DEWASA AWAL YANG PERNAH MENEMPUH PENDIDIKAN DI PONDOK PESANTREN
This study aims to determine the background factors of decision making to use drugs on young adult ever studied in boarding school.The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with a qualitative case study approach. Subjects in this study amounted to 2 drug user after graduate from boarding school and from different boarding school, one from traditional boarding school and one from modern boarding school, they are 23 years old. Data collection techniques used were interviews. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques and techniques of data validity checks using triangulation. These results indicatethatthere are sixfactors thataffect the subjectinmaking decisionsthatarepreferences, values, beliefs, emotions, and action circumstances. Of the six factors are the most influential factor that circumstances. Environment and the influence of friends is part of circumstances factor that affect both subjects.

This research aimed to look the picture of value and personality characteristic of effective teacher according to student from state school of East Jakarta perspective. This research use quantitative approach and descriptive method. Total sample of this research are 165 student with a accidental sampling technique. This instrument has been made based on the characteristic in UU of teacher 2005, research from Gao and Liu (2012), Mcber (2004), and Big Five personality trait. PENGARUH KONSEP DIRI TERHADAP PERILAKU BULLYING PADA MAHASISWA DI UNIVERSITAS X
This research aims to find out the influence of self-concepts towards bullying behavior among college student in “X†University. The dependent variable in this study was bullying and independent variable in this study was the self concept.This research uses quantitative methods, data were obtained by using a questionnaire. William h. Fitts (1965), whereas the scale of bullying refers to the theory of Participant Questionnaire (PRQ) Role of Salmivalli (1996). Data processing using Rasch modeling with the help of winstep version 3.73 and hypothesis test using the SPSS version 16.0. The participants of this research were 71 college students in “X†University. This research using a nonprobability sampling. The results of this research show that there was negative influences between self-concept toward bulying behavior of 23% and the remaining 77% influenced by other factors
KEBERMAKNAAN HIDUP PADA IBU RUMAH TANGGA YANG TERINFEKSI HIV&AIDS DARI SUAMINYA
People living with HIV (PLWH) often encounter feelings of shocked, sadness, scared, stress, and disappointed, when they have discovered that they are infected with HIV. If those feelings remain to exist, they may become depressed and even lose their meaning of life. Therefore, the aim of this reseacrh is to find and interpret the meaning of life of a housewife infected with HIV&AIDS from her husband. This research used a qualitative approach with the case study method. The subject is a housewife infected with HIV&AIDS from her husband in which was not involved in any risky acts and behaviours that could transmit HIV to others.The results of this research showed that subject can reach and understand the meaning of life through a few stages. For instance, the stage of tragic event, self-acceptance, finding meaning, realisation of meaning, and meaningful life. The success of these finding is also supported by several components in which this research showed that the component of social support plays very important role for the subject to reach her meaning of life in a great deal. Furthermore, there are three sources of meaning of life. They are creative values, attitudinal values, and experiental values
PELATIHAN MANAJEMEN DIRI DAN PROKRASTINASI AKADEMIK PADA MAHASISWA
The research was aimed to determine influence of perception of leadership styles toward job satisfaction among the employee in Blitzmegaplex Teras Kota. Dimensions of leadership styles in this research are participative, caregiver, authoritarian, bureaucratic, and task-oriented leadership styles. Dimensions of job satisfaction are hygiene factors and motivators. Methods of data collection in this research used leadership styles and job satisfaction scales. Sampling technique was purposive sampling to obtained a sample of 30 people. Analysis of the data used is regression analysis. The result of this research explain that there is a significant influence of perception of leadership styles toward job satisfaction among the employee in Blitzmegaplex Teras Kota, with a correlation coefficient (rxy) is 0,523 and R Square (R2) is 0,273. The magnitude show that the variable of job satisfaction accounted for by variable leadership styles as much as 27%. This means that as much as 27% of the leadership style variables influence to job satisfaction, and vice versa. This can be used as guidelines for companies to improve the style of leadership in order to increase employee job satisfaction, and maintain company productivity. From this result, it is suggested that other variables which have not been revealed such as the fulfillment of expectations of salary, interpersonal relations, work environment and physical condition, can be further studies
PENGARUH STRES KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI DI KANTOR CABANG PT. PEGADAIAN (PERSERO)
This study aims to research determine the effect of job stress against job satisfaction employees in the branch offices of PT. Pegadaian (Persero). Variabel studied were job stress as the independent variable (X) and variable job satisfaction as the dependent variable (Y). The method used in this study is quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 31 respondents. Techniques used in the purposive sampling and quota sampling. The data analysis technique are used to test the hypothesis is a simple regression analysis using SPSS version 17.00. Based on the calculations, the p value for the correlation of job stress and job satisfaction of 0.001 (p < 0,05). Regression equation, Y = 116,144 – 0,656X and the level of influence (R Square) of job stress on job satisfaction is 0.284, which means that job stress affects job satisfaction by 28,4% and the remaining 71,6% is influenced by factors other than job stress. Therefore, Ho is rejected and Ha accepted so it can be concluded that there was a significant influence between job stress on job satisfaction of employees in branch offices PT. Pegadaian (Persero)
PENGARUH KUALITAS KEHIDUPAN KERJA TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI PADA KARYAWAN
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of working life on organizational commitment in employees especially employees in PT. Mutualplus Global Resources in December 2013. Measurement scales used in this study was: Quality of Work Life Walton, in Zin (2004), and Bellingham & Meek, in Mas'ud (2004). The organizational commitment scale adapted from Allen & Meyer measurements, in Zin (2004) and Mowday, Steers & Porter, in Mas'ud (2004). The samples used in this study was 60 employees of PT. Mutualplus Global Resources. The method used is quantitative research with using the research data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was a simple regression analysis using the statistical software program SPSS version 18.00. Based on the results of hypothesis testing concluded that the quality of work life and a positive significant effect on organizational commitment in employees the product moment correlation coefficient is 0,697. However, due to the categorization of the quality of work life and organizational commitment included in the category with each having the same number of proportion, amounting to 80%, it can be concluded that the quality of work life of employees quite fulfilled that commitment of employees have also not too strong or weak against the organization. Major variables influence the quality of working life on organizational commitment show correlation of 0,486 which means that the variable quality of work life affects the organizational commitment about 48,6 % and the remaining 51,4 % is influenced by other variables.

PERSEPSI AKAN TEKANAN TERHADAP KESEJAHTERAAN PSIKOLOGIS PADA PASANGAN SUAMI-ISTRI DENGAN STROKE
Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the effect of perceptions of caregiver strain and psychological well-being of wives or husbands as providers of care for his partner who had a stroke. Field studies in this research lasted from April to June 2013. This study using quantitative methods with ex post facto research design and using accidental sampling techniques. Participants in this study amounted to 37 wives or husbands of stroke patients who have taken role as spouse caregiver for at least 3 months. The participants were found at the clubs stroke and stroke rehabilitation center in Jakarta. The data was collected using a measuring instrument that has been adapted into Indonesian. The Modified Caregiver Strain Index is consisting of 13 items and Ryff's Psychological Well-being Scale consisting of 54 items. Based on the results of the data, obtained value of F = 0.085, p = 0.772> 0:05 (not significant) and the value effect (Adjusted R Square) 2.6%. So that it can be concluded that there is no significant effect of Perception Towards Caregiver strain on psychological well-being by by wives or husbands who became spouse caregiver for their partner who had suffered from stroke.

GAMBARAN PENYESUAIAN DIRI MAHASISWA BARU
This research aims to describe the self adjustment of 2012 new students of Psychology programs, as well as determine the factors affecting self adjustment on 2012 new students of Psychology Programs. This research conducted at the D campus of the Psychology Program, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This research used sequential mixed methods which conducted in two phases, starting with quantitative phase and followed by qualitative phase. Based on the result of quantitative phase, three respondents were selected to join in qualitative phase. Qualitative data collected by using interview technique. The results showed that 49 respondents (96,07%) include in the high category of self adjustment and 2 respondents (3,9%) include in the low category. The factors affecting self adjustment of new students of Psychology Programs are: 1) peer environment, 2) the learning process, 3) willingness to learn, 4. activities or programs outside the academic activities
