KEBERMAKNAAN HIDUP PADA WANITA YANG BELUM MEMILIKI ANAK TANPA DISENGAJA (INVOLUNTARY CHILDLESS)
Generally, married women are willing to have a child, but not all women are having opportunity to be a mother. Veevers (Miall, 1986) defined involuntary childless as psychological desire to have children yet unable to have them. This research aimed to identify the meaning of life of involuntary childless women. This research used qualitative method approach with Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). Subject of this research was three involuntary childless womens. Data collection techniques used were interview with guidelines. The conclussion of the three cases from this study is the subjects have differences in the process of searching for meaning of life. In these cases has emerged themes on the four stages of the search for meaning of life
KECEMASAN TERHADAP BERITA HOAX DITINJAU DARI STRATEGI EMOSI PADA MILLENNIAL MOM
Ease access to the internet makes hoax news spread easily in this time. Milennial mom which is a generation that followed by technological and social media development is very vulnerable in believe and anxious towards hoax. The causes of anxiety involve the ability of individual behavior maintain and emotion regulation. Therefore, emotion regulation strategies are required by millennial mom for not easily feels anxious towards hoax news. The purpose of this research is to see the different levels of anxiety about hoax news based on the emotion regulation strategies on millennial mom. The method of this research is quantitative. In this research, hypothesis testing was performed using Mann-Whitney U test. Based on calculations that has been done, it can be seen that the significance value is 0,002 which is less than the significance level (α) 0,05 and Z count value is 3,131 which is more than Z table 1,96. This means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The conclusion of this research is there were significant differences in the levels of anxiety towards hoax news in millennial mom based on regulation emotion strategy, and emotion regulaion strategy cognitive reappraisal has a lower level of anxiety towards hoax news
EFIKASI DIRI DAN KEMAMPUAN LITERASI INFORMASI PADA GURU SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS
This study aims to determine the relationship between teachers’ efficacy with information literacy skill on high-school teacher. This reaserch used qualitative approach with correlational research method. Population in this study was high-shcool teachers whom teached with curriculum 2013 in DKI Jakarta. Samples that used was 100 teachers using quota sampling technique. Measurement of information literacy used adaptation instrument made by Tisa Lina Putri (2013) based on The Big6 Model with instrument reliability was 0.94. Teachers efficacy was measured by Teacher Sense of Efficacy Scale from Tschannen-Moran and Woolfolk Hoy (2001) with reliability of 0.70. Based on the results of data analysis, obtained the results there is a relationship between teacher efficacy with information literacy on the teacher. The result correlation value is 0.369 with a significance of 0.000 at a significance level of 5%. Thus it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between the teachers efficacy with information literacy
PERBEDAAN PERSEPSI KETERTARIKAN INTERPERSONAL SISWA PADA GURU SEKOLAH DASAR BERDASARKAN UKURAN TUBUH
This study aims to determine whether there is a difference in perceptions of interpersonal attractiveness of students in primary school teachers in Pondok Kelapa East Jakarta based on body size. This research uses quantitative approach with pre-experimental research method and quota sampling technique and questionnaire as data. This experiment was designed with digital manipulation of male and female teacher body size images as a stimulus variation, which then compares between variations and selected using the guttman scale with option 1 or 2. Then in rating with likert scale to know the level of interest. Subject of this study there are 155 people with age 18-12 years. The result of statistical analysis that yield is F = 28,284, p = 0,000 <0,05 (significant). The results showed a significant difference perceptions of interpersonal interest of students in elementary school teachers according to body size
ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) DITINJAU DARI KEPUASAN KERJA INTRINSIK
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intrinsic job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Measurement of variable of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) using measuring tool from Podsakoff (1997) and for measurement of job satisfaction variable using measuring tool that is Minessota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ).The method of data processing conducted in this study is the method of regression analysis. The result of research conducted is the behavior of citizenship organization (OCB) (Y) has increased one unit, then job satisfaction variable (X) will automatically add 0.365. It can be concluded that there is a positive (+) effect of intrinsic work satisfaction on the behavior of organizational citizenship (OCB). Seen from result of significance test of result of comparation F Counting 52,4 with F Table (1; 71) is 3,90 then result is F Count bigger than F Table. From the comparison of p = 0,000 and the significance level α = 0.05, the result is p <α. The conclusion is Ho is rejected then, There is influence of intrinsic work satisfaction on the behavior of citizenship organization (OCB) BPM members of all faculties at the State University of Jakarta. Variable self employment satisfaction 24.1% and felt by other factors outside of job satisfaction such as leadership style, personality type, self efficacy, and others
REGULASI EMOSI DAN BURNOUT PADA GURU HONORER SEKOLAH DASAR SWASTA MENENGAH KE BAWAH
This study aims to determine the effect of emotional regulation on burnout. This study used quantitative method with psychological scale. There are 77 samples of respondents which are honorary teachers of middle down private elementary school with sampling technique is purposive sampling. This study used two adaptation scales that were burnout and emotion regulation scale. The data processing method that used to examine hypothesis were regression analysis one predictor. Based on the result of data analysis, obtained F count > 18,898 > F table 3,98 with p value = 0,000 (p < 0,05). There is the siginificant effect of emotion regulation on burnout in the honorary teachers of middle down private elementary school. From the equation of regression can be interpretated that if emotional regulation increases one unit, burnout will decrease of 0,425
MOTIVASI KERJA GURU HONORER DITINJAU DARI QUALITY OF WORK LIFE
Motivation work temporary teachers are needed in education. With a high work motivation is expected teachers will have quality in transferring knowledge to learners. One study to measure work motivation is related to quality of work life. This study aims whether there is influence of quality of work life on the motivation of teachers work honorary. Researcher used scale quantitative methods psychology. Researcher used adapted instrument, namely Motivation Teacher Work and Quality of Work Life Scale. There are 100 samples of respondent which is the teacher. The data processing used in the testing of hypothesis analytics regression linears. Result F count equal to 49,343 bigger than F table hence alternative hypothesis accepted. The resulting influence is positive, meaning the higher quality of work life the higher the motivation of the teacher work honorary. The effect of quality of work life on work motivation is 33.5% and the rest is influenced by other factors
KETERLIBATAN KERJA TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI PADA DOSEN DI UNIVERSITAS NEGERI JAKARTA
This study aims to examine empirically whether there is influence between job involvement to organizational commitment. The subject were 221 lecturer of State University of Jakarta (UNJ) selecting using incidental sampling technique. This type of research is a quantitative research, data collection techniques using research data obtained through survey instruments adapted from previous researchers. Instruments made have been tested for validity and reliability, and belonging to the reliable criteria. Research hypothesis testing was performed using linear regression analysis of the predictors, with the job involvement as a predictor variable. The analysis shows a correlation coefficient of 0,000, less than the significance level (0.05). This value is interpreted that there are significant job involvement to organizational commitment. The influence of job involvement against organizational commitment in this research is 24.2%. So this research indicates that the influence of job involvement against organizational commitment lecturers of the State University of Jakarta
DUKUNGAN SOSIAL DAN KEPATUHAN MINUM OBAT PADA PASIEN SKIZOFRENIA RAWAT JALAN
Schizophrenic patient need to follow doctor’s instructions to take their medication to decrease the symptoms they had and prevent relapse. Social support will make the patients feel cared so they will become more adhere when taking their medication. The respondent in this study were the outpatient schizophrenic patients in Jakarta. This study used 2 instruments from Medication Adherence Rating Scale and Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support. Based on regression analysis in statistic test, it showed that there is a significant influence of social support toward medication adherence among outpatient schizophrenic patients (p=0.000<α=0.05)
PREFERENSI PEMILIHAN CALON PASANGAN HIDUP DITINJAU DARI KETERLIBATAN AYAH PADA ANAK PEREMPUAN
This study aims to determine the effect of father involvement on mate selection preferences in his young adult daughters. Researcher used scale quantitative methods psychology. Researcher used adapted instrument, namely Nurturant Fathering Scales and Father Involvement Scale subscale Reported Father Involvement Scale for variable of father involvement and used instrument created by researcher for variable mate selection preferences. There are 96 samples which is a father who has daughters ages 18-25 and is unmarried with accidental sampling. The data processing used in the testing of hypotheses analytics logistic regression. The result of this research is there is no influence of father involvement on mate selection preferences in his young adult daughters. But when viewed from the value of Odds Ratio of 2,571 indicates that the father has opportunity to choose the family background preferences of the prospecive life partner of his daughters of 2,571 times compared of the personal characteristics preference of the prospecive life partner of his daughters. That is the father has opportunity to choose the family background preference of their prospecive life partner of his daughters compared of their personal characteristics preference even though the value is only 2,571
