    Abstract  This research aims to determine the formed background of The Allay's clique and the factorsthat push cohesiveness among its member. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with phenomenology qualitative technique. This research's subjects are five second grade of junior high school earlyadolescence females. The data collection techniques were used are survey, semi-structured interviews, field notes, and documentation. Data were analyzed by using qualitative data analysis techniques and data validity checking techniques with data triangulation based on sources and methods. The results of this study indicate that the formed background The Allay's clique is initially due to the intensity of frequent meetings. It supports their verbal interactions, and then through the interaction they find their common similarities, such as like the same type of food and music. They also like to do the same things. This clique cohesiveness built through intensive interaction among its members. Interaction is also occurred by physical, non-verbal and emotionally, when the five members spent much of their spare time together, both within and outside the school environment. The members of the clique have the same goal, which is self-actualization. Clique cohesiveness is also influenced by the structure, roles, norms, personal relationships among its members and sense of groupness that makes each member is felt as a unity.  Keywords: Clique, Early Adolescence, Female Friendship, Group, Cohesivenes

    PENGARUH KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL TERHADAP PENYESUAIAN PERKAWINAN PADA USIA DEWASA AWAL

     ABSTRACT The objective of this study is to determine the effects of emotional intelligence on marital adjustment in early adulthood. The study was conducted in South Jakarta. The population of this study is the early adulthood resident of district Pela Mampang, South Jakarta . Total population is about 500 people and the researchers took 46 people as the sample in this study because they meet the study requirement. This study used a quantitative approach. The method used in this study is ex post facto. And the sampling technique is probability sampling.The type of probability sampling that is used in this study is purposive sampling, whereas the sampling technique depends on the criteria.  Data collection technique used emotional intelligence and marital adjustment scale. The analytical techniques used in this study is normality test, linear test, and regression analysis. Based on the study result, F = 275 912, p = 0.00 <0.05 (significant), suggested that there is a significant influence between emotional intelligence on marital adjustment in early adulthood. The regression equation was Y = 25 276 +0249 X. This regression suggested that if emotional intelligence is 0, then the adjustment is positive 25,769. Regression coefficient of emotional intelligence variable is 0.249 which means if emotional intelligence scores is increased, then the marital adjustment will increase 0.249. We obtained a positive relationship between emotional intelligence and marital adjustment because the coefficient is positive. This means that, higher emotional intelligence will result on higher marital adjustment. The influence of emotional intelligence variables on marital adjustment in early adulthood that is obtained by Adjusted R Square is 0859 which means emotional intelligence affect marital adjustment in early adulthood couples by 85.9%, while the remaining percentage showed that there are other factors that influence marital adjustment on early adulthood beside emotional intelligence.  Keywords: Emotional intelligence, Marital adjustmen

    PENGARUH PENYESUAIAN DIRI TERHADAP KECEMASAN KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL PADA REMAJA DI PANTI ASUHAN MUSLIMIN

    Abstract   The objective of this study is to determine the influence of personal adjustment toward interpersonal communication anxiety in the teenagers of Muslimin Orphanage. The variables in this study were personal adjustment as variable (X) and interpersonal communication anxiety variables as variable (Y).  Data analysis technique that is used to test the hypothesis is a simple regression using SPSS version 16.00. Based on calculations, the value of F = 50.207 with a significant value of 0.000. Regression equation Y = 6245 + 0.976X and the influence of personal adjustment toward interpersonal communication anxiety 0.558 (55.8%), which means that personal adjustment affects communication anxiety in adolescent students in an orphanage by 55.8% and the remaining 44.2% is affected by other than personal adjustment. Hence, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted so it can be concluded that there was a significant effect on personal adjustment  toward interpersonal communication anxiety in adolescents in an orphanage.   Keywords: Personal adjustment, Interpersonal communication anxiety &nbsp

    RESILIENSI KELUARGA PADA KELUARGA YANG MEMILIKI ANAK AUTIS

    Abstract This study aimed to determine the family resilience in families who have children with autism based on seven dimensions: stressors, strain, relative and friend support, social support, resilience, coping-coherence, and the distress raised by McCubbin, et al. .  The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method equipped with qualitative methods. Participants in this study consisted of 32 families with an autistic child to fill the scale of family resilience and for qualitative consisted of three families with an autistic child. Quantitative determination of samples was selected using purposive sampling techniques. Qualitative determination of the sample was selected using the sampling technique with a maximum variation. Data obtained with the scale of family resilience raised by McCubbin using the Likert scale models. For the qualitative data obtained through interviews, observation, field notes and open questionnaires. The results of quantitative research shows that family resilience in families with an autistic child classified in the category of medium based on the seven dimensions proposed by McCubbin and McCubbin. There are 21 (66%) families who are at medium stressor category, 28 (87.5%) families included in the category of medium strains, 25 (78.1%) fall into the category of families have relatives and friends who support medium, 24 families (75%) included in the category of having social support medium, 15 families (46.9%) fall into the category of families who have family resilience medium, 23 families (71.9%) having a coping-coherence of the medium, and 28 families (87.5%) having a medium distress. The results of qualitative research showed that there were two families who have low family resilience and belonging to a family of medium. These three families have been able to fight for children's education, although not yet optimal. The three families particularly difficult to get social support from neighbors / friends around. This suggests that families with an autistic child are experiencing difficult and tend to feel protective factor in the risk factors through the process of life, making it difficult to achieve adaptation.     KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL DAN TEACHER EFFICACY PADA SEKOLAH DASAR DENGAN KURIKULUM 2013

    This study aims to research determine the effect of emotional intelligence against teacher efficacy in elementary school with curicullum 2013. Variable studied were emotional intelligence as the independent variable (X) and variable teacher efficacy as the dependent variable. The method used in this study is quantitative research with technique cluster sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 50 respondents. The data analysis technique are used to test the hypotesis is a simple regresission analysis using Rasch Model with winstep version 3.73 and SPSS version 16.0. Based on the calcullations, emotional intelligence effects teacher efficacy by 6% and the remaining 94% is in influenced by factors other than emotional intelligence

    KEPRIBADIAN BIG FIVE PERSONALITY DAN EFIKASI GURU DI SEKOLAH DASAR DENGAN KURIKULUM 2013

    The purpose of this study is to determine the effect between Big Five Personality (openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, neuroticism) to teacher efficacy in elementary school with curriculum 2013. The design of this this study is a quantitative method. The measuring instrument used Big Five Inventory and Teacher Sense of Efficacy Scale that has been adapted into the Indonesian language. The number of samples in this study are 91 elementary school teachers who teach using curriculum 2013 in Bekasi City. The results of the research based on linear regression analysis showed a significant effects between Big Five Personality type of openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, and neuroticism to the teacher efficacy in elementary school with curriculum 2013. The results show that extraversion has the higher effect on teacher efficacy which is 24.1% with a positive effect on teacher efficacy

    JOB DEMANDS DAN WORKPLACE WELL-BEING PADA GURU SEKOLAH LUAR BIASA NEGERI

    This study aims to determine the effect of job demands on workplace well-being in public special school teachers. There are 126 subjects of this study who were selected by using the purposive sampling technique. This study uses quantitative method. Data collecting technique used instruments which were adapted by researcher based on The Workplace Well-Being Index and The Job Demands-Resources Questionnaire. The hypothesis was tested using the linear aggression analysis of one predictor. The result of the data analysis showed the score of F count = 32,479 > F table = 3,94 with the score of p = 0,000 (p < 0,05). This means that there is a significant effect of job demands on workplace well-being in public special school teachers and the effect is 20,8%

    This study aims to understand the influence of teacher personality on teacher attitudes toward inclusive education. The variables studied were the big five personalities as an independent variable (X) and teacher attitudes toward inclusive education as a dependent variable (Y). The method used is quantitative research, with cluster sampling technique. Participants of this study were teachers from inclusion public elementary school in Jakarta (N = 133). The instrument used to measure teacher personality is Big Five Inventory (BFI), while Multidimensional Attitudes toward Inclusive Education Scale (MATIES) was used to measure teacher attitudes toward inclusive education. Processing methods of data analysis in hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis. Results of this study showed there is no influence of teacher personality on teacher attitudes toward inclusive education (p < α; 0,113 < 0,05).     This study was conducted to determine the effect of personality traits of musical performance anxiety among musicians. As well as to find out which personality trait has the most effect of musical performance anxiety. This is a quantitative study with psychological scale. Researcher adapt the scale of performance anxiety inventory  for musicians (PerfAIM) revised edition from Barbeau (2017) and adopt the big five inventory (BFI) scale from Ramdhani (2012). The item reliability for MPA are (0,97), openness (0,97), conscientiousness (0,95), extraversion (0,93), agreeableness (0,85), and neuroticism (0,88). Respondents of this study are 87 musicians. Hypothesis tested using regression analysis. The results shown that neuroticism has the higher effect of MPA which is 31,9%. And the effect is positive

    The purpose of this study was to know the relations between teacher efficacy with psychological well-being among junior high school teacher with survey method and adapted psychological scale to collect the data which is Ryff’s Psychological Well-being Scale from Carol D. Ryff (1989) with reliability is 0.95 and The Teacher’s Sense of Efficacy Scale (TSES) from Tschannen-Moran and Anita Woolfolk Hoy (2001) with reliability is 0.80. The psychological scale has been given to 88 samples of respondent which is junior high school teacher with cluster random sampling technique. Researcher also used analytical correlation and Winsteps 3.73 also SPSS 16.0 version as application for testing the hypothesis of this research. The result of correlations analysis shown that r value 0.213 and probability score (sig) is 0.047. Conclusion this research result there is significant relationship between teacher efficacy with psychological well-being among junior high school teacher
