Financial Performance Analysis of SMEs Before and After Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)
SMEs still face funding constraints. IPO is one of the efforts that can be done by SMEs to face this constraint. However, it is not yet known whether the financial performance of SMEs will increase after conducting an IPO. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of SMEs before and after the IPO. The sample of this study is SMEs that listed on the IDX in 2017, which is as many as five SMEs. SMEs financial performance is measured through three SMEs financial ratios, namely liquidity, solvability, and profitability. The paired sample t-test was used to compare the financial performance of SMEs before and after the IPO. The results showed that there is no significant difference in the financial performance of SMEs before and after the IPO. The results of this study provide recommendations for further research related to the valuation and performance of SME IPOs
PENGARUH KOMPETENSI GURU DAN PROSES PEMBELAJARAN DALAM IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM 2013 TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR KOGNITIF PADA MATA PELAJARAN PRINSIP–PRINSIP BISNIS KELAS XI PEMASARAN SMK NEGERI 1 KARANGANYAR TAHUN 2015/2016
The aims of this research are to know: (1) the effect of the teacher’s competence in the implementation of 2013 Curriculum toward the students’ Cognitive learning achievement in the subject of Business Principles of XI Marketing class of SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar, (2) the effect of the learning process in the implementation of 2013 Curriculum toward the students’ cognitive learning achievement in the subject of Business Principles of XI Marketing class of SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar, (3) the effect of the teacher’s competence and learning process in the implementation of 2013 Curriculum toward the students’ cognitive learning achievement in the subject of Business Principles of XI Marketing class of SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar. This is a casual associative research which used quantitative approach. The technique of sampling used in this research is convenience sampling/saturated sampling. The technique of collecting the data was done by using questionnaire. The technique of analyzing the data used was double regression, t-test and f-test.Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that (1) there is an effect of the teacher’s competence in the implementation of 2013 Curriculum toward the student’s cognitive learning achievement in the subject of Business Principles of XI Marketing class. It can be shown by the score of tstatistic > ttest; 9,552 > 1,667. (2) There is an effect of the learning process in the implementation of 2013 Curriculum toward the student’s learning achievement in the subject of Business Principles of XI Marketing class. It can be shown by the score of tstatistic > ttable; 2,036 > 1,667. (3) There is an effect of the teacher’s competence and learning process in the implementation of 2013 Curriculum toward the student’s learning achievement in the subject of Business Principles of XI Marketing class. It can be shown by the score of tstatistic > ttable; 51,726 > 3,128
PENGARUH FASILITAS BELAJAR DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR MATA PELAJARAN EKONOMI SISWA KELAS XII IS DI SMA NEGERI 5 SURAKARTA TAHUN AJARAN 2015/2016
The objective of research were to find out the effect of learning facilities and learning motivation simultaneously towards economic lesson achievement in XI grade Social Sciences in SMA Negeri 5 Surakarta academic year 2015/2016. The method used in this study was descriptive quantitative method with survey. The sample in this study were 56 students’ XI grade Social Sciences in SMA Negeri 5 Surakarta academic year 2015/2016. The data collection techniques used questionnaires. The data were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect of learning facilities and learning motivation simultaneously towards economic lessonachievement. The magnitude of the effect of learning facilities and learning motivation towards economic lesson achievement simultaneously obtained from the calculation of the R- square of 47,9%
OPTIMALISASI TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DI JURUSAN PEMASARAN SMK NEGERI 1 BANYUDONO
The purpose of this study was to find out the use, benefits and constraints of information technology in learning at the departement of Marketing at State Vocational High School 1 Banyudono. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study model. The sampling technique used is non probability purposive sampling with snowball sampling strategies. Data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews and documentation study with data analysis techniques interactive analysis Miles & Huberman. The results showed that the use of information technology in learning at the departement of Marketing at State Vocational High School 1 Banyudono still not optimal, that is merely a computer assisted learning, while other models such as: e-learning, blended learning and distance learning can’t yet be applied
PENGARUH KOMPETENSI GURU DAN MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI SISWA TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR PADA MATA PELAJARAN PENGELOLAAN USAHA PEMASARAN KELAS X PM DI SMK NEGERI 1 KARANGANYAR TAHUN AJARAN 2015/2016
The objectives of this research are to investigate: (1) the simultaneous effect of the teacher’s competency and the students’ achievement motivation on the learning achievement in Marketing Business Management subject matter; (2) the effect of the teacher’s on the learning achievement in Marketing Business Management subject matter; and (3) the effect of the students’ achievement motivation on the learning achievement in Marketing Business Management subject matter of the students in Grade X PM of State Vocational High School 1 of Karanganyar in Academic Year 2015/2016.This research used the quantitative method with the associative causal approach. Its population was all of the students in Grade X PM of State Vocational High School 1 of Karanganyar. The samples of research were determined by using the total sampling technique. Its data were collected through questionnaire, documentation, observation and interview techniques. The data were analyzed by using the multiple regression analysis, F test, and t test at the significance level of 0.05.The results of research are as follows. Firstly, the teacher’s competency and the students’ achievement motivation have a simultaneously positive effect as much as 39.7% on the learning achievement in the Marketing Business Management as indicated by the value of Fab= 24.37 which was greater than that of F0.05;2;69= 3.130. Secondly, the students’ achievement motivation has a positive effect as much as 7.34% on the learning achievement in the Marketing Business Management as pointed out by the value of ta= 2.343 which was greater than that of t0.05;1;71= 1.667. Finally, the students’ achievement motivation has a positive effect as much as 32.26% on the learning achievement in the Marketing Business Management as indicated by the value of tb= 5.732 which was greater than that of t0.05; 1;71= 1.667
EFEKTIVITAS MODEL PEMBELAJARAN CONCEPT ATTAINMENT DAN MIND MAPPING TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN EKONOMI KELAS XI IPS SMA NEGERI 2 KARANGANYAR TAHUN AJARAN 2015/2016
The purpose of this research is (1) to find a significant difference between the use of concept attainment model and mind mapping model to student learning outcomes, (2) to determine differences in learning outcomes students more effectively between learning by using the concept attainment instructional models with learning by using mind mapping. This type of research is a kind of quasi-experimental research with study design nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. Data analysis technique was used the t test. The results of research showed that: (1) the average value of the two groups have different posttest and evidenced by t-test calculation results obtained t calculate 2,003 bigger than t table 1.992 (df 75th with a 5% significance), (2) the calculation of the value of the gain by t-test obtained t calculate 2,182 bigger than t table 1.992 (df 75th with a 5% significance). Conclusions based on the results of the research are the two models used show a significant difference and concept attainment model is more effective than the model of mind mapping to student learning outcomes on economic subjects class XI IPS SMA Negeri 2 Karanganyar school year 2015/2016

This research is a survey. The study population is students of Economics Faculty of Education Teacher Training And Education Univerisitas March Surakarta. Samples were taken by proportional random sampling technique. The research data obtained by questionnaire. The validity of the data carried by the internal validity. Analysis of the data used in this research is the analysis of structural equation models. The conclusion of this study were: 1) There is a significant effect on the quality of the system of student satisfaction. 2) There is a significant effect the quality of information on student satisfaction. 3) There is a significant effect of service quality on student satisfaction. 4) There is a significant influence of satisfaction on the benefits of learning
PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA CD INTERAKTIF PADA MODEL DIKLAT KERJA COMPETENCY BASED TRAINING (CBT) DALAM UPAYA MENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI KEARSIPAN PESERTA DIKLAT BLK SURAKARTA
The purpose of this research: 1) develop media valid CD interactive to increase the competency participants training business school and management BLK Surakarta, 2) analyze effectiveness of media CD interactive to increase the competency participants training business school and management BLK Surakarta. This research used the research and development (R&D). Validation internal development media CD interactive on the model training work Competency Based Training (CBT) involving media experts, the people of material and practitioners. Analysis of the data used was descriptive analysis qualitative and the quantitative analysis use test one way anova. Value validation products obtained from media experts of 84,99 %, the people of matter of 84.25 % and practitioners of 85,51 % shows the average validation products of 84,54 % which means had qualified for very good. In the field there are significant differences average score posttest between the experiment to the control group with the significance (sig.) as much as 0.00 < α (0.05). Value obtained from validation and the the field show that the product of development media CD interactive being used as a medium learning and effective to increase the competency participants training for BLK Surakarta
ANALISIS DISKRIMINAN PENGARUH MARKETING MIX (7P) TERHADAP KEPUASAN SISWA SMA MUHAMMADIYAH 1 KARANGANYAR TAHUN AJARAN 2016/2017
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor marketing mix (7P) yang mempengaruhi perbedaan kepuasan siswa terhadap pemasaran jasa pendidikan di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar tahun ajaran 2016/2017 yaitu kelas X, XI, dan XII. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling dengan jenis proportional stratified random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan analisis diskriminan dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut ini. Pertama, terdapat perbedaan rata-rata antara dua kategori kepuasan siswa SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar dengan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Kedua, Faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi perbedaan kepuasan siswa terhadap bauran pemasaran jasa pendidikan SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar adalah variabel product, promotion, physical evidence, dan people. Ketiga, model diskriminan yang terbentuk dari keempat variabel tersebut adalah Z score = -7,359 + 0,215 x1 + 0,062 x2 - 0,056 x3 + 0,060 x4, sedangkan ketepatan hasil klarifikasi dari model diskriminan tersebut adalah 72,8%. PENERAPAN CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING DENGAN NUMBERED HEADS TOGETHER UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA
The objective of this research is to improve students’ learning outcomes in doing confirmation of customer’s decision through the implementation of the Contextual Teaching and Learning with Cooperative Learning of Number Heads Together at State Vocational High School 1 Sukoharjo in Academic Year 2015/2016. The subject of the research was the students of class XI Marketing 2 at State Vocational High School 1 Sukoharjo. It consisted of 34 students. Data sources of the research were taken from teacher, students, and documents. Techniques of collecting data used were interview, observation, and documentations. In this study, data validity test is done by triangulation of sources. Data analysis techniques with comparative descriptive data analysis, quantitative and qualitative dataThe result of the research showed that there was significant learning outcomes improvement from pre-cycle to cycle I and continued to cycle II. This result showed that the percentage of students who can reach passing grade of the last learning outcomes was 64,70 % or 22 students. Contextual Teaching and Learning with Numbered Head Together was implemented in cycle I and the percentage of students’ learning outcomes improved. The percentage was 79,41% or 27 students. The improvement also happened in cycle II. The percentage of students’ learning outcomes became 85,29% or 29 students
